Using Simplified, creating and sharing polished texts on social media is a snap. The fact that the list of social networks may be sorted in many ways makes it easy to target the proper people with marketing campaigns. I can keep up a steady social media presence with the use of the automated capabilities that let me to post any campaign to your items on sites like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. The part I've liked least is the high price of the tool, especially for startups. There should be a plan to pay per use or something similar to avoid continuous expenses, even when your capacity to produce videos is very limited. As a startup, departments are not defined for creating videos - very often, we make videos as needed and do it with the current staff, shifting priorities at the moment to produce them.

There is an important issue with the avatars: the current avatars do not blink - even in version 3. This is very noticeable in some long scenes. We are using Synthesia to create tool navigation videos to explain a few features and address some recurring issues from our customers. The main idea behind our subscription is to create videos to help our product become even more self-service and less dependent on human interaction, especially for common doubts or questions. I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. OptiSigns has helped to solve our communication issues with all of our team members. We post updates to our team members now on everything from planned plant closures to appreciation events. Overall, Calendly has streamlined my scheduling process, allowing me to focus more on my work rather than the logistics of meeting arrangements. One of the most frustrating aspects of scheduling meetings is the endless email exchanges to find a suitable time. Calendly simplifies this process by allowing clients and colleagues to book directly from my available slots, eliminating the need for back-and-forth communication. I do wish that there were times that the formulas were a bit more explanatory. At times the formulas do not seem to make sense and experts need to be consulted or self help videos need to be reviewed to solve the issue on why certain logic paths/formulas aren't working. Microsoft excel can translate massive amounts of data and spit out certain critical percentages taking the many formats that are inputted. Excel is also part of the collaborative function/umbrella program that can be utlized with microsoft teams to allow multiple people to enter in data at the same time and see real results. Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site. in my use one thing I don’t like is that sometimes it can be slow, especially if you have too many emails or attachments.

Also, setting up Outlook for the first time can be a bit tricky for new users. While there are many features, some of them are hard to find or use, which can make it confusing at times.

Superhuman is solving the problem of email overload and helping me stay on top of my inbox without feeling overwhelmed especially that as an EA, I am managing 6 ogmy client's inboxes. It speeds up my email management with its shortcuts, which means I can get through my emails in minutes instead of hours. Presenting to MS Teams option is helpful, but it would be great if other remote classroom tools, such as Zoom, etc. could be included. Mentimeter gives a voice to students who would otherwise be reluctant to share their thoughts. It benefits me immensely as my courses are mostly taken by international students in synchronous remote mode of delivery. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

It is now a natural part of our visitor check in process. It's a faster and more efficient method of notifying hosts of their visitors. We're not quite sure how we ever survived without it. Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. It also helps us ascertain what order the individuals came in to be screened.

In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived.
