What do you like best about OptiSigns?

OptiSigns has allowed up to update communications to our team members very quickly. We are able to send out updates on over 10 monitors as needed very quickly. We can update our monitors as offten or we would like sometimes it multiple times per day. Having built in templates has also been a help to us. I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

Qminder is incredibly simple to setup. We love the ability to have our staff chat with clients from the interface while clients are waiting. We love the Apple TV App that shows clients right where they are in the queue. We started out using Qminder at one campus and are in the midst of expanding it to all of our campuses. Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. It also helps us ascertain what order the individuals came in to be screened.

In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

I have a small bakery and we often would sell out. We needed a preorder solution for our customers so that we could prepare in advance for our daily demand.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I also feel that there are some missing features that would be really useful. However, one good thing is that I have requested a feature in the past that they actually implemented which made me feel very seen and heard as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need customers to be able to "reserve" pastries so that I can gauge daily demand and this software makes preordering possible.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! What do you like best about Raydiant?

The simplicity of the user interface. It is intuitive even for someone without big computer skills like Photoshop. Lots of content available to adapt and modify, I don't have to create anything from scratch unless I want to. Incorporation of moving video images really adds pop to my digital marketing and cross platform utilization on Facebook is easy and very effective. Support is east to reach, very quick to respond clear and understandable and able to remote in and screen share to help me learn. The price point is fantastic and this is a real bargain. What do you like best about Tactic?

As an office manager and someone who needs to help plan events hosted in our office, having an understanding of headcounts and trends in headcounts was vital. Knowing who is using the office and how it gave my team the ability to plan support, supplies and catering has been huge. If we weren’t changing our office space usage again we would continue with Tactic.

Additionally the support & implementation team were incredibly supportive as we evolved to a remote first company and were learning how to manage a workspace in a totally new way.

Liked the flexible access and the ability to reserve & assign desks for neighborhoods, teams, and single people

What do you dislike about Tactic?

Pulling reports not available - visuals in the Reports section were nice and very informative. But they remain in the software and I didn’t have any means to export them to a slide presentation or share them asynchronously with senior leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
