What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you?

I dispatch dozens of work orders daily for 24 forepersons. We recently launched Field Service for front-end desk users and mobile users in the field. The drag-and-drop functionality in scheduling makes this feature so easy to use from my chair and the field personnel being able to quickly see their service appointments on a map, reject or accept what's been dispatched to them is fast and easy to do. In our construction industry, moving away from paper even into spreadsheet took time. Graduating to filling out forms on an iPad was the next step. It's not an industry known to be accepting of change. But Salesforce makes it so easy, our early adopters have seen the benefit and picked it up immediately. Impressive!! I love the mobile integration. Creating an estimate, scheduling a job, or creating an invoice is a snap on my phone. The app is intuitive and well laid out. The estimate and invoice templates are clear and responsive to a variety of devices. My clients love them. Fantastic and responsive customer service. The staff is eager to help find a solution and very understanding. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Chat, group chat and channels are some of the best features but there is SO much more. Our company started out looking for a platform for better company communications. Connecteam checked this box and did it very well but there are so many other features we use regularly. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

What do you like best about XOi?

Our technicians in the field need to have a fast easy way to navigate and input some of the data we need during onsite visits. XOi has both a mobile app for mobile use / technician input and a website that is easy to design your own workflows. We like the fact that our technicians don't need a computer degree to understand how to fill out the workflows and for our supervisors creating the workflows are easy, super intuitive and user friendly. First, creating a platform that is easy to use - our techinicans seem to like it and not dread doing the paperwork. We have been successful with this product with our Commercial Brach and now we have just started with our Residential Team. DataPlate capture is big. Tech can scan the dataplate containing model and serial and we can caputure that data in a database for marketing or equipment replacement purposes when the equipment becomes a certain age. The Azuga Fleet platform has been one of the best decisions our company has made to manage our fleet. We are currently using the GPS data loggers as well as the safety cams. The combination of these two products allows us to know the location of any vehicle in our fleet that is in motion or parked. The AI Safety dash cam has provided edudcational opportunities for our drivers to become better drivers and also provides video coverage in the event of an accident. When I have had to speak to anyone from the company from their sales team to the support team, the experience has been helpful and easy to navigate with solutions that work being provided on the first call. I like how fluent the system works. Jobber has done well at adding features without losing performance. For us, we rely on Jobber to perform for us every single day and it does. This confidently allows us to sell jobs, communicate with our clients and continue to push to give our industry a better reputation of a great customer experience. We have even worked with the support team to give suggestions of things we think could be useful to the software. Our guys like being able to see everything on one app, that is easy to use but gives them enough information to limit phone calls to supervisors. We love it. Kickserv has pretty much everything you need to run a dispatch business. We are able to send estimates, send invoices, track our guys time on each job, we are also able to take credit card payments, send reciepts and see if the customer viewd the invoice or n ot. If you are not a tech-savvy kind of person, it is a little harder to get used to where verything is, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremly helpful in our day-to-day duties. The support team of Kickserv is very very helpful. They respond quickly as a smaller business and we love to support other small businesses like Gary's Electric. What do you like best about ServiceBox?

I am the service dispatcher for One Degree. I like the seamless system for tracking all work done on each piece of equipment and easily reference previous work and recommended work for each job site and piece of equipment within the job site. I also like the way the schedule is easy to manage from one screen for the entire company. What do you dislike about ServiceBox?

The part I dislike MOST about Service Box is that the browser's back buttons don't work. If you are in a work order or quote and want to go back to the previous page, you have to click back to the main page for the company then select the tab you want to go to, then scroll down and find the quote or work order I need to reference, even if it was the last page I was working on.
