MaintainX is great for a lot of reasons that make my job easier. The work order, asset, and procedure management allows my team to do 5 times the work because we are organized. Maybe the best "feature" is the customer service and development team. They are constantly updating the software to make it better for the user. Just how detailed the information on workstations and servers we can get without having to be intrusive with the office and (possibly) interrupt their workflow. With so many features its hard to say what I like best. However if I had to say something I guess it would be the interface and the fact that all the features are in one area. The fact that you can control every aspect of a computer is awesome. I started with anothewr company recently and have another program whos name I wont mention. The ability to have all the different locations use the program and attach pictures to the work order request so that we know where the problem is. I love the option that you can use your cell phone as well which makes it easier for the requestor to be able to be at the specific area that needs attention and not have to go to a computer to write up what's wrong. I also love the fact we the ones that have to assign the work order request can select different personnel to look and assess the problem. The quality of the product and the exstremly high level of customer service and repsonse time provided by the support staff. When we came on board we had a lot of assistance getting the system implemented and I was expecting the hand holding to stop there. Nope! They continue to this day to be incredibly responsive to any questions that might come up.
It was easy to set up and integrate into our system because it is web based. It is super easy to use and has many of the features that the super expensive ticket systems have.
