What do you like best about OptiSigns?

OptiSigns has allowed up to update communications to our team members very quickly. We are able to send out updates on over 10 monitors as needed very quickly. We can update our monitors as offten or we would like sometimes it multiple times per day. Having built in templates has also been a help to us. What do you dislike about OptiSigns?

I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. What do you like best about AutoLeap?

I recenly had the pleasure of using a new cloud-based software system which is revolutionary to our business. One of the highlights of this new software is the ablility to access the system form anywhere which was important to us.

While the new software system offers some great features, I’ve found a few drawbacks. One of the major issues is the system's inability to handle credits for return parts and cores effectively.

Having used NetSuite for several years, I've come to appreciate how it transcends the role of a traditional ERP and functions as a comprehensive business platform. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. Shopmonkey has been a big help and a great program for the last handful of years. It speeds up workflow in too many ways for me to list, and I usually recommend it if you're feeling like things at your garage could be more streamlined, because Shopmonkey is how. Shopmonkey is falling very quickly from where it once stood. The customer service is not as personal as it once was, and the lack of updates is painfully frustrating when you're being told about the "new version" for multiple years with no release, and yet the current version is still breaking once a week keeping you from using it for hours on a busy day. It is becoming more difficult by the day to recommend Shopmonkey, a program I once praised to everyone to a program that is very useful but has better alternatives at far better prices. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

Qminder is incredibly simple to setup. We love the ability to have our staff chat with clients from the interface while clients are waiting. We love the Apple TV App that shows clients right where they are in the queue. We started out using Qminder at one campus and are in the midst of expanding it to all of our campuses. Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. It also helps us ascertain what order the individuals came in to be screened.

In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived. The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. I have never had a bad experience with the Freshbooks support team. I've been using Freshbooks for almost 15 years. From the beginning, it was easy to implement into my business and easy to integrate into my workflow. I am in Freshbooks at least once per day tending to my bookkeeping, following up on invoices or writing new proposals. It is an absolute necessity for my small business. Checkbook has been the fastest solution when comparing against other companies. They have always been available to assist when we're in a pinch, or have missed a direct deposit deadline. What do you like best about Anchor?

Anchor is a brilliantly designed service with a robust array of features for invoice management. Our academy uses it for tuition invoicing. We are happy to be able to set up monthly payments, lump sum payments, and special payments. We can make changes with ease. Our parents apprecite being able to see their history and future payment details. Implementation was great and the support is superb. What do you dislike about Anchor?

We look forward to being able to issue refunds. As a private school, students sometimes choose to drop a class or withdraw, which requires a tuition refund. This feature hasn't yet been added to the Anchor set of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor.
