I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. OptiSigns has helped to solve our communication issues with all of our team members. We post updates to our team members now on everything from planned plant closures to appreciation events. While the new software system offers some great features, I’ve found a few drawbacks. One of the major issues is the system's inability to handle credits for return parts and cores effectively.

I’ve been using the new software system for a several months now, and while it does have some drawbacks, the developers are always working on ways to to improve upon the system and it's functionality bo become more effective. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. Shopmonkey is falling very quickly from where it once stood. The customer service is not as personal as it once was, and the lack of updates is painfully frustrating when you're being told about the "new version" for multiple years with no release, and yet the current version is still breaking once a week keeping you from using it for hours on a busy day. It is becoming more difficult by the day to recommend Shopmonkey, a program I once praised to everyone to a program that is very useful but has better alternatives at far better prices. Shopmonkey speeds up everything that is done in the office. Creating estimates, ordering parts, getting authorization, etc. They also create issues once you rely on these things becuase they often stop functioning in the middle of your workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ilobby has been such a huge help to our site! It takes away the need of having to keep an officer at all the access points. It also makes it easier on Security becasue we no longer have to find and get in contact with the individual they are here to see. In my last position, the ability to ask people questions who aren't necessarily on the approval list made it easier to properly code and process invoices. Now that I'm in AP, its great to see how those questions make it so the invoice is right when it comes to me for final payment approval. Additionally, the ability to find an invoice regardless of where it is in the process with the search feature is a huge help to answer calls and questions from vendors. We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

It is now a natural part of our visitor check in process. It's a faster and more efficient method of notifying hosts of their visitors. We're not quite sure how we ever survived without it. Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. It also helps us ascertain what order the individuals came in to be screened.

In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived. im not sure if it is a setting or standard but the technician side is more restricted than a service writer in assigning work. the technician needs to see just as much as a service writer if not more. the DVI also doesnt have a tab for struts so I am taking pictures in the "other" tab. communication issues should be minimized with a clean and easy to use shop software as long as each individual does their part. as a technician, it is nice to know how to set up my day and which cars will need attending to first to last. all of the major building blocks have been refined and left for each shop to play around with. I would like me information aka compliance guides on secure facilties such as ITAR registered. facilities. How to check documentation, what documentation would be flagges, ect.. I would also like there ID's (drivers license) be crossed reference with the united states watch list, and automatically flag visitors that are not permitted into the secure facility. Nothing major comes to mind. It takes some time to get used to the product, but Zenskar team handheld me configure our contracts on the platform. It was a one-time effort. Now all the deals from HubSpot get created automatically in Zenskar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. Zenskar helped us create custom revrec rules for different billing schedules, and created journal entries (ASC 606 compliant) with no errors. It also integrates well with QuickBooks and Stripe. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. A Few Minor Hiccups

While Bigtime has been a fantastic addition to our workflow, there are still a few areas where manual intervention is required. In some cases, duplicate data entry is necessary to ensure accuracy. We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor.
