similar ip webpage rejection - In our company there are more than 200 people and every one use apollo so sometimes while loging in , it shows your IP is blocked as there are multiple account and then after few days it get fix on own, please check with multiple login from same domain issue. I think what I like the best is how easy it is to use Instantly for a beginner. I reckon they have all kinds of pieces of training which you can assist with as well if you are like me, new to cold email software. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I think what I don't like the most is integrating cold email campaigns with warm up email settings.

You have to go to campaign options to figure out how many emails a day you should use, but then you have to go to your email accounts and also change in the settings the number of daily warm-up emails. What do you dislike about Seamless.AI?

Forget about the data quality and poor UI, this company has very questionable business practices. They put a 60-day cancellation policy in their contracts and do very little to remind you.

I got a system message 60 days from the renewal saying our account had been upgraded. This was odd as I had been talking to our rep about downgrading because we were using it.

Emailed him right away and was told this was just a notice about our renewal going through. I immediately replied that we didn't want to renew (this was like 57 days from renewal). Was told that's not an option and we're stuck in the contract but that we could still downgrade.

Got on a call with the rep to discuss and was told our downgrade options are limited to some arbitrary pricing he had put in an email several weeks ago.

Asked to escalate our case to his manager. "I can escalate this for you, but I deal with a lot of frustrated customers in your position and I know what the answer will be." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I have used Zoominfo Sales in most of my sales roles, it syncs perfectly with either Salesforce or Hubspot (I have used both) and is an invaluable tool in the sales world. If you are trying to bulid a list of prospects, it has excellent list building capabilities. You can dial way in on the type of company you want to target and the types of individuals within those companies that would be the most ideal to connect with. In addition to building out lead lists, you can search for specific companies and look at all of the individuals that Zoominfo has contact info for at those companies. Also, with the chrome extension, you can visit a website of a company you may be considering targeting and with a click you can see if there is a Zoominfo record associated with the website you are viewing. And lastly, you can export any company or contact right into your CRM with a few clicks. This both saves you time from needing to build records from scratch and it populates additional company info into your CRM record for a more complete company profile. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The main issue that I run into is often the phone numbers and contact info is outdated. I know Zoominfo is pulling data from a multitude of sources on a regular basis to try and keep their info up to date, but even with these efforts, too often the info is incorrect. I don't believe any of Zoominfo's competitiors do this any better however, so it may be just something to be expected and accepted when using a business intel tool like zoominfo. What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are two major issues or pain points that Zoominfo solves within our sales organization. the first is the need we have to identify and reach out to potential companies and contacts that could use our services. Just searching google for these companies is never going to get you the type of data that Zoominfo provides. We can find companies all over the United States that fit our ideal client profile and dive into who is in what role within these organizations and what their contact info is. Often there are cell phone numbers, direct lines and email addresses available that makes targeted outreach so much more effective. The other problem Zoominfo addresses is the tedious work required to manually create client records in our CRM. Of course there will always be data that needs to be manually put in, but anything that can be found in Zoominfo can be exported right into HubSpot or Salesforce, allowing for detailed records, in mass, to be added directly to prospecting pipelines allowing for more time to be spent dialing and emailing and not doing tedious data entry. Its filtering system sometimes works slow. For instance, I select only one criteria, but it takes a time to check its database and show the results. When the number of filters increase, it becomes even slower. Its contact name to LinkedIn converter wants the full names of people, when I do not have their first name, I face a problem. What do you like best about Collective[i]?

There is no better sales application on the market that allows teams to collaborate seamlessly to win deals and accelerate the time to close. With Collective[i] team meetings or 1 on1s were not about what has been done since last week, but solely focused on strategy for winnable deals and getting out of deals where success wasn't likely. As an individual contributor, I got back almost a whole day of selling time as Collective[i] eliminated countless update calls or meetings with superiors. Faster response times and approvals from internal teams was a pleasant surprise with using Collective[i]. As an experienced sales leader, I will never lead a team without it. Daily forecasts throughout the quarter and deal risk alerts allow you to manage the pipeline without waiting for a person to alert you of the issue. The newer feature of being able to invite people to collaborate on deals outside the organization is amazing. A friend of mine had just finished a successful POC with a company I just began an engagement with. I was able to invite him into my deal to collaborate on strategy for a successful POC on my end. What do you like best about Cognism?

I think Cognism is the most complete, complex, and user-friendly software there is, at this time, and I can say that as I have been using it daily for multiple hours/day for more than 4 months. The web extension is a really great feature, due to its accessibility and user-friendly interaction. It has a very complete database regarding leads, with a lot of verified contact details, along with a great way to better qualify your leads, and not waste time on low-quality ones. What do you dislike about Cognism?

Sometimes I thinks some of my saved search parameters don't get saved, requiring me to reconfigure searches from scratch.

Also -- if I want to download a validated list of contacts, it would be great if I could set the quantity of validated contacts, and get exactly that. As it is, I configure a list, and tell the system I want a particular number of contacts -- and then say I want ones with validated email addresses. I get some subset of the original number -- no telling how many I'm going to get. Would be better if I could say I want "x" number of contacts with validated emails, and get exactly that. What do you like best about Autobound?

Autobound has completely transformed the way I write personalized sales emails. What used to take me 20 minutes now takes just seconds, and the results have been impressive. It pulls insights from news events, LinkedIn profiles, and shared experiences to craft messaging that resonates with prospects—something that would take forever for me to research manually.

The onboarding process is a breeze, and the pre-populated value propositions and starter messaging make it easy to get going. I also love the multiple options it gives for messaging, making it simple to switch things up and avoid sounding repetitive. It's extremely versatile with features like asking Autobound to make a message shorter, longer, or even better suited for texts versus emails. You can also generate follow-up emails, which is perfect for building out sequences.

Autobound integrates seamlessly with Outreach and Gmail, letting me easily copy and paste personalized messages into my sequences while working through tasks. It’s a massive help for SDRs, especially newer ones, boosting confidence by using tactics that top reps rely on. The ability to craft insanely personalized messages on the fly, coupled with high response rates, has made this tool indispensable for me. In sales, you often feel like you have to choose between quantity and quality and Autobound helps with both! Simply put, it’s like having ChatGPT for sales emails. What do you dislike about Autobound?

It takes a while for a company to add pre-populated value propositions, so it would be nice if Autobound could gather information from our company website, LinkedIn, etc., a bit quicker to make our value more widespread. Ok firstly, I am a complete newbie to tools like this, and am a non-tech founder and so some of this is scary to me but ...

LeadDelta is a great tool for managing your LinkedIn connections and messages. I have been using it for a few days and I am very impressed by its features and benefit.

One of the best things about LeadDelta is its customer support.

I had a minor issue with the installation (which was my fault, not theirs), and they helped me resolve it quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional and super fast!

Another thing I love about LeadDelta is its onboarding process.

They have a clear and engaging intro video that shows you how to use the tool and what it can do for you. They also have a lot of resources and tutorials to help you get the most out of it.

LeadDelta has helped me organize contacts, track conversations, and find new leads on LinkedIn. And it seems so easy to set up too.
