Using Simplified, creating and sharing polished texts on social media is a snap. The fact that the list of social networks may be sorted in many ways makes it easy to target the proper people with marketing campaigns. I can keep up a steady social media presence with the use of the automated capabilities that let me to post any campaign to your items on sites like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. It facilitates teamwork and is utilized by all members of our organization, including those involved in sales and marketing. We aren't making use of all the cool features just yet. The part I've liked least is the high price of the tool, especially for startups. There should be a plan to pay per use or something similar to avoid continuous expenses, even when your capacity to produce videos is very limited. As a startup, departments are not defined for creating videos - very often, we make videos as needed and do it with the current staff, shifting priorities at the moment to produce them.

There is an important issue with the avatars: the current avatars do not blink - even in version 3. This is very noticeable in some long scenes. We are using Synthesia to create tool navigation videos to explain a few features and address some recurring issues from our customers. The main idea behind our subscription is to create videos to help our product become even more self-service and less dependent on human interaction, especially for common doubts or questions. It consumes a lot of RAM and has high CPU usage; one's PC either slows down or begins to lag or freeze when some tabs are opened for some time. Brave has certain built-in features like a VPN and an Ad-Blocker feature. I don't have to come across ads that I don't want to see. It becomes quite disturbing when pop-ups are coming from everywhere. Brave takes care of it. This is one of the best features of Brave Browser. I do wish that there were times that the formulas were a bit more explanatory. At times the formulas do not seem to make sense and experts need to be consulted or self help videos need to be reviewed to solve the issue on why certain logic paths/formulas aren't working. Microsoft excel can translate massive amounts of data and spit out certain critical percentages taking the many formats that are inputted. Excel is also part of the collaborative function/umbrella program that can be utlized with microsoft teams to allow multiple people to enter in data at the same time and see real results. Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

I would like a system that moves our camera system when someone is speaking to automatically show the speaker instead of having one of our team members do this manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site. in my use one thing I don’t like is that sometimes it can be slow, especially if you have too many emails or attachments.

Also, setting up Outlook for the first time can be a bit tricky for new users. While there are many features, some of them are hard to find or use, which can make it confusing at times.

Here are some drawbacks which I faced personally.

I have switched to new version of Outlook’s new version lacks essential features from the old version. It seems like having less features than old version. It is difficult to sort email, rules are too much and complicated.

It is good on organizational level but seems expensive for IOS and Macos users.

Managing user accounts, permissions, and settings, especially in a our organization is very complex and requires dedicated IT resources.

Microsoft 365 have solved alot of our problems.

OneDrive: we have no fear to loss of data because everything is cloud base now can be accessed any time.

Teams: Our Internal and with US Team meetings are converted to Team.

Tasks: It is very easy top track and maintain daily TO DO list.

Superhuman only supports outlook and gmail. Also, the shortcut commands is a long list and takes time to learn and be familiar with. The subscription can also be a bit pricey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superhuman is solving the problem of email overload and helping me stay on top of my inbox without feeling overwhelmed especially that as an EA, I am managing 6 ogmy client's inboxes. It speeds up my email management with its shortcuts, which means I can get through my emails in minutes instead of hours. There isn't anything to dislike, but there is always a scope for improvement, and that is what I would like to share.

Presenting to MS Teams option is helpful, but it would be great if other remote classroom tools, such as Zoom, etc. could be included. Mentimeter gives a voice to students who would otherwise be reluctant to share their thoughts. It benefits me immensely as my courses are mostly taken by international students in synchronous remote mode of delivery. Although PowerPoint is relatively simple to use, inexperienced users may find its sophisticated featuers and functionalities daunting. The best part is that a person doesn’t have to be an expert to achieve this. Personally, I used to spend a lot of time trying to animate my presentations, but I was rarely satisfied with the results, and it took me too long. I have found that creating engaging videos for social media, YouTube, or business can be challenging. But, Veed has changed content creation for me.

Veed offers a suite of tools for adding effects, captions, subtitles, and images to videos. I can produce professional-looking content without the steep learning curve of other editing software I've tried.

It has a user-friendly interface and streamlined workflow which is good for social media videos, podcasts, YouTube content and TikTok reels. The speed at which I can edit and enhance videos is remarkable.

I've read about a study that 93% of businesses gained new customers through video content on social media. Using Veed is not about creating videos, I see it as an investment in an online presence and a potential customer base.

Colossyan Creator is still relatively new, so it's hard to pinpoint any drawbacks at the moment. Right now, the positive aspects far outweigh any potential disadvantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It solves the problem of creating high-quality, professional videos quickly and efficiently, especially for training and marketing purposes. Historically, video production has required a significant investment of time, money, and expertise. Many other AI tools still struggle with natural facial expressions and body movements. The new monthly model offers unlimited videos however puts a limit on how many videos can be processed quickly (i.e. 30 for the Creator and 100 for Team). I was unaware on this part of the new changes and once I hit my 31st video, the processing time goes from a few minutes to 24 hours or more! I understand there might be limitations on the processing aspect, but going from minutes to 24 hour is a huge gap and significantly impacts our productivity. I hope HeyGen can reduce this process time or remove it completely in the near future.

The other thing is that Support team needs work. First is response time, which can take up to 45minutes to an hour on Live chat sometimes. Second, you either get a very knowledgeable Support person, or someone that has a lot of trouble even comprehending the problem (usually bugs/glitch within Heygen), and what they do is to force a generic solution that doesn't address the actual problem. A bit pricy if you don't use it a lot. Make sure you're going to use it a lot before buying. We use this very often to add interesting stories and explainer videos to go into our eLearning. If you don't have the Enterprise version, which we do not, it doesn't give you WellSaidLabs with your subscription. We looked into getting that feature, but found out if you get it, it still doesn't give you all the editing capabilities for the AI voices that WellSaidLabs has as a standalone product. Vyond does offer a free trial for you to try it before you buy it. It is a great tool if you want to spice up your eLearning with more interesting animated videos. You should be able to think creatively in order to use this tool to its fullest capacity. Vyond is the tool that you can use to take your eLearning to the next level. I use Vyond to make scenrio videos to explain concepts, explainer videos, scenario videos, and soft skills training for Amazon. I typically add these to my Articulate Rise courses, but sometimes I use these as standalone videos. So much cheaper and you can do more than if you used professional video to tell the same story. I've used Vyond for animated videos for new hire training, process training, explainer videos, and upskilling training.
