There aren't many downsides to PandaDoc, but if I'm being really nitpicky...

* Creating documents can be a little tedious in getting data fields to align properly with the text.

* If you are copy & pasting from existing Word (or other) documents, the initial "paste" requires some dilligence in getting it properly formatted to PandaDoc.

* Printing out a PDF of an agreement often comes out really misaligned - to the point of being indecipherable.

Everything can be done digitally for our clients. We used to send PDF templates of our contracts. Other than those with upgarded Adobe features, everyone else had to print the PDF, manually fill out the info, and then scan/photograph the doc and send it back to us. If I were to have one dislike of the system it is this, sometimes the user interface feels a little clunky. A lot of the people who use the product in our business need more of an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. In my last position, the ability to ask people questions who aren't necessarily on the approval list made it easier to properly code and process invoices. Now that I'm in AP, its great to see how those questions make it so the invoice is right when it comes to me for final payment approval. Additionally, the ability to find an invoice regardless of where it is in the process with the search feature is a huge help to answer calls and questions from vendors. We cannot format the Q&A so it directly matches the fonts that we use in our templates. This means eveything we bring in as a cut & paste from the library - has to be formatted again once it is in the proposal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It heps us to have one source for all content; making us more confident that what is going out the door is correct. I would sometimes like Relayto to have a clock or timer that I could check to know how much time I'm investing in making edits because I think I sometimes spend too much time on the platform trying to create the perfect interactive content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem that Relayto solves is the challenge of finding a way to create interactive content and make it look professional in a very short time. The best part is that a person doesn’t have to be an expert to achieve this. Personally, I used to spend a lot of time trying to animate my presentations, but I was rarely satisfied with the results, and it took me too long. And when I had to create more than one article, the time would double or triple. Relayto optimizes the content presentation process and makes it intuitive and user-friendly. Nothing major comes to mind. It takes some time to get used to the product, but Zenskar team handheld me configure our contracts on the platform. It was a one-time effort. Now all the deals from HubSpot get created automatically in Zenskar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. Zenskar helped us create custom revrec rules for different billing schedules, and created journal entries (ASC 606 compliant) with no errors. It also integrates well with QuickBooks and Stripe. I know security is a big deal, and people really need better security, but to sign in, you have to have an authenticator on your phone, scan a QR code, and then enter a code after entering the typical user name and password. It just seems to be a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We manage all our contracts and legal documents via Fynk. We create them, send them through approval processes, sign them electronically via Fynk, and then manage the contracts, keeping track of risks, deadlines, contract values, and more. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. A Few Minor Hiccups

While Bigtime has been a fantastic addition to our workflow, there are still a few areas where manual intervention is required. In some cases, duplicate data entry is necessary to ensure accuracy. I honestly can't think of anything. They stand by their product, hire great people, and continuosly innovate to stay one step ahead of their competitors. My firm has a proposal team of 30+ writers who respond to thousands of proposals a year, with deliverables ranging from Word/PDF based RFP responses, graphic and branding-heavy proactive proposals, Excel-based IT security questionnaires, online portal responses, and PowerPoint based presentation proposals. There is not much not to like. The only thing that would add to the experience for me would be to receive an email notification that someone opened your Qwilr proposal after an opportunity has been closed lost or if you are months into the selling cycle. This would give me a good pulse check to see if the opp has come back to life and the prospect may be interested in revisiting. Saving so much time in the sales process and helping us anticipate negotiation points. We are able to adjust the scope quickly, instead of just negotiating on price alone. Also I don't have to spend time creating new documents for prospects to sign. We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor.
