Google meet is one of the first platform come to our use when after covid used for video conferencing in office and till now its in use for meetings, wonderful platform, very easy to use, already using gsuit tools for business and started using this.

best and mose easy to use among all related platform available in market. the best thing is major employee works from field and less educated , they are andorid user, so for that it is best, they dont have to setup anything else, they can easily join from there android device, without hustel. we tried some other tools as well for some short time, but that created lot of difficuties specifically for the field team who are not able to set up on new platforms and facing lot of issues. What do you like best about Notion?

With Notion, we don't need much time to set up parameters and it differs a bit from other competitors that use templates for each type of project. In Notion we can start with a workspace to which we add components or functionalities based on our needs.

Basically, we incorporate elements such as an area to record Sprints, segments that host content and commonly used documents, instructions so that the work team can carry out specific activities, in addition to the customization of fields based on what we need to track tasks. What do you dislike about Notion?

While I like many of the features like the retractable left side menu and Kanban board, I may find the per-user customization a bit limited for my taste.

What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site. What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

We are able to not only record but get the transcript of the entire meeting so at the end of the meeting we have a ready made meeting notes.

It is pretty secure because before recording we get a popup asking / informing all participants that this is now being recorded and if there are confidential information that is not supposed to be recorded we get this reminder.

And finally i can put the existing call on hold and jump on to another meeting based on the need and it shows in my first meeting that i have put it on hold and the particpants know that i am not in it

I can join directly from my outlook calendar or from browser so no need to install teams app always.

I almost use teams multiple time in a day and have not found issues, even when network drops it puts the call oh hold and automatically re connects me to the call as soon as network is established.

Because of the ease with which i have been using this application for past 3 to 4 years i never had to reach out to customer suppor even once ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I work with my vendors and they have a different ID, and gave me their ID and i have my office ID, I can seamlessly switch between profiles BUT when i am on a meeting in one profile it does not show in my other profile as "On call" so people dail me directly, we should be able to show same atatus across profiles when logged on Same system

Currently as per my organinzations settings or subscription we are not able to call people on their mobile (call cell number) directly from teams, but i guess this is a feature we need to subscribe or enable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smartsheet?

Being able to have child-parent relationships was the big selling feature of this platform to me. They have been doing a ton of work on the back end and improving feaures regularly.

One of the other really cool things Smartsheet allows us to do is automate business processes. While you don't need to have programming knowledge, it certainly helps when building automations on the platform. That said, it's pretty easy to figure out and there are tons of YouTube videos out there as well as an amazing community from which you can get advice.

Recently, I upgraded my subscription to include Data Shuttle and Dynamic View. I am excited to dig deeper into these elements as I think it will go even further to help automate our business processes.

Smartsheet is the backbone of our organization. We use it for project planning, invoice approval, time entry, quote management, the list goes on. Our team is using Smartsheet EVERY DAY. The love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The mobile app sucks. It's basically unusable and Smartsheet doesn't allow you to choose to use the mobile Chrome or Safari browser instead of the app. There is so much feature limitation on the mobile app. I honesly can't think of a system that is as awesome as Smartsheet that has a mobile app that is as limited and as terrible as it is. What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It would be easier to say what we don't use it more. We don't use it for ToDo lists or for messaging. We use Todoist and Slack for those. Otherwise, we literally use Smartsheet for our business.

Skype is a great platform that we use in our office to connect with our clients. And since we use it daily, it's easier to integrate to share photos & screenshots and schedule meetings, and even the new feature to chat with yourself makes it easy to remember things and keep minutes of meetings (MOM) ready.

I like the way things are disposed. Everything is easy to find and use, and the minimalistic layout helps to see things clearly. I had an easy path using integrations and automations. I have to say that I enrolled on a Asana live tour with Joanna, and it was amazing; very interactive and easy to understand, which means that support is one of the priorities of Asana. I couldn't set more than one task responsible; when I try to assignee another person, the task is duplicated, and I didn't want this behavior. Another view I would like to see is a dropdown menu of Portfolios. Today we have only Projects, Teams and Starred. Overall, I really enjoy the fact that Slack makes instant communication easy. The platform itself is great, and in my oppion far better than teams. Customer facing interfacing is lacking in easy of use and can create bottlenecks. Support team is overseas and creates a less than seamless experience in terms of trying to resolve issues quickly. What do you dislike about Bordio?

There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. What problems is Bordio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Of course, this is the result of comprehensive work, but Bordio is one of the main innovations for us and likely has had a significant impact on this result. What do you like best about Avoma?

The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific. So I looked back at the scorecard, looked at which questions I was missing more often and then made it a point to make sure to ask those on my calls and the quality has improved significantly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

To me the only downside would be the AI that jumps on the calls. I know this is something that probably cannot be avoided but it just makes it feel like someone else is on the calls but know its another way it allows the system to take better notes of the calls. I do feel like the notes tab on the calls can be a little overbearing for me. When I see a bunch of words, lines and sections it can be a little overwhelming especially on a very busy day. Its solving how I communicate with my clients and helping me organize my calls as well. Before I tend to be all over the place with what was discussed on my calls. I knew what I needed to get accomplished but it felt like sometimes I did not always get to that point effeciently where Avoma has let me organize my calls and let me see what I have gone over and what I have missed. Another big thing is talk time. Before I did not realize how much I was talking on my calls and how little my clients talk and is still something I am trying to work on today.
