What I liked least about FloQast was that the initial setup and customization required a significant time investment, particularly for organizations with complex accounting processes. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, there were occasional issues with syncing data from certain accounting systems, which could cause minor delays in the closing process. I used to spend multiple days each month calculating that information, juggling between CSV downloads and complex formulae in several spreadsheets. Deferred revenue was a nightmare to parse. Now revenue by customer and deferred revenue calculations are all automated and a breeze to navigate within Rillet. Rillet's prepaid automation is super handy too. Ditching my Excel based supporting schedule for prepayments has been a boon to my month end processes. The Stripe reconciliation engine reconciles payouts and fees automatically. Just how detailed the information on workstations and servers we can get without having to be intrusive with the office and (possibly) interrupt their workflow. Having all the information without needing to log in anywhere makes this EoL search a dream for our techs. The ability to implement the agent via a simple package for deployment is fantastic! Not only the agent but the audit reporting to pull specs without any additional remote logins etc is phenomenal!
