What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Having used NetSuite for several years, I've come to appreciate how it transcends the role of a traditional ERP and functions as a comprehensive business platform. There are no major downsides to the system. If we're being picky, the design could be more sophisticated. Additionally, there is currently no way for us to access the deliverability information of our tickets, such as extracting the logs. Also, whenever a new contact is created, they are automatically emailed to create a Freshdesk account, which we do not necessarily want to happen every time. The best part about Acumatica for us was the ability to access the system from anywhere. We went live in late March of 2019, right at the height of the pandemic. There is not much I can say I dislike. I could nitpick at a few minor features, but it would be doing a disservice to the platform. However, if I had to select one improvement I wish would be made, it would be the ability to generate production order from the inventory replenishment screen. What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet has native integrations with Salesforce and Stripe, this allows us to have a clear picture of revenue by customer. I used to spend multiple days each month calculating that information, juggling between CSV downloads and complex formulae in several spreadsheets. Deferred revenue was a nightmare to parse. Now revenue by customer and deferred revenue calculations are all automated and a breeze to navigate within Rillet. Rillet's prepaid automation is super handy too. Ditching my Excel based supporting schedule for prepayments has been a boon to my month end processes. The Stripe reconciliation engine reconciles payouts and fees automatically. The Rillet team is rolling out new updates to the platform weekly, and it's been great to see how the product has evolved since we started working with them. They don't have a native integration with one of our AP tools: the workaround is pretty straight forward with a CSV upload/download process that Rillet's engineering team customized for us, but I'm hoping they roll out a native integration at some point. What do you like best about Atera?

Just how detailed the information on workstations and servers we can get without having to be intrusive with the office and (possibly) interrupt their workflow. Having all the information without needing to log in anywhere makes this EoL search a dream for our techs. The ability to implement the agent via a simple package for deployment is fantastic! Not only the agent but the audit reporting to pull specs without any additional remote logins etc is phenomenal! Providing customer support without having to remote in and use the task manager, CMD, and power shell is a GAME CHANGER! Using this on a daily basis helps with not integrating this with our new clients but also allowing us to use it along site our ticket system for asset tracking makes everything easy! What do you dislike about Atera?

At one point, giving access to customers to our technicians need to do find the "one specific" new customer in atera was rather cumbersome at times but now with the new update we can just give our technicians access to ALL customers as needed without additional clicks! What problems is Atera solving and how is that benefiting you?

Asset tracking! wanting to know if a PC or server is EoL or nearing used to take a lot of time, we needed to log in invidivually to each PC was not only time consuming but also tedious. What do you like best about Kosh.ai?

Prior to Kosh, we were manually reconciling finance transactions. Given our scale of operations, it was quite a tedious task. Using Kosh we have completely automated the reconciliation process but have also improved the other related workflows. The platform is quite configurable. What do you dislike about Kosh.ai?

What problems is Kosh.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. What do you like best about Gladly?

The AI feature to summarize the interactions via any channel! There are no "tickets" to speak of. For our front-line representatives in the organization, we have received a positive from the Gladly CRM as compared to others in the market! Migrating our customers from another source was simple.

Gladly was made for e-commerce, it has simplified the order process and communication with our customers that enhances their experience and loyalty to our brand. It has been quite a work blessing to have this platform. More time for customers in one single continuous conversation, and less time creating tickets. The Shopify integration works seamlessly. Overall satisfied and pleased that our company switched to Gladly. Highly recommended for your Customer Support and Sales teams in the highly competitive e-commerce industry! What do you dislike about Gladly?

I don't think the dislike is attributable to Gladly. I was used to dealing with tickets and creating them with other CRMs and it took a few hours to get adjusted that I didn't have to do that anymore with Gladly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main two challenges that Gladly has solved are longer response time to handle our customers' inquiries in all communication channels, email, chat, SMS, socials, and phone. The other problem that is solved is no more dealing with going back and forth between tabs or windows which gives our agents the confidence and assurance their interactions with customers will get resolved promptly thus increasing our CSAT and NPS scores! What do you like best about UserGuiding?

Easy to configure and create guides, points of attention and even surveys that are very valuable because they have direct contact with the people who use the platform. Editing also becomes easy once you understand the tool and a positive point is that you can edit any communication that is already active. There are several configuration options and it allows you to use it both for communication through the product and to create entire onboarding flows. If you have a well-structured user base, it is very simple to create user segments and configure specific guides.
