What do you like best about Fathom?

The thing I like the most about Fathom is that The free plan itself is so good and provides so much value. I Love Gong! I am an AE and I use it to record all my calls and capture insights from my conversations with prospects and customers. It's the first time I have access to it at a company and I find it makes a huge difference! Listening to omy teammates calls helped me to ramp MUCH faster. And I am able to more accurately capture my customers sentiments and needs as well as their desired outcomes. It also helps me write very thoughtul follow-up emails. It's an indispensable tool! I can't really think of anything I don't like about it. It would be nice to be able to search across others calls and isolate text strings or issues that have been mentioned by others (to understand how others have handled). Google meet is one of the first platform come to our use when after covid used for video conferencing in office and till now its in use for meetings, wonderful platform, very easy to use, already using gsuit tools for business and started using this.

best and mose easy to use among all related platform available in market. the best thing is major employee works from field and less educated , they are andorid user, so for that it is best, they dont have to setup anything else, they can easily join from there android device, without hustel. we tried some other tools as well for some short time, but that created lot of difficuties specifically for the field team who are not able to set up on new platforms and facing lot of issues. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

We are able to not only record but get the transcript of the entire meeting so at the end of the meeting we have a ready made meeting notes.

It is pretty secure because before recording we get a popup asking / informing all participants that this is now being recorded and if there are confidential information that is not supposed to be recorded we get this reminder.

And finally i can put the existing call on hold and jump on to another meeting based on the need and it shows in my first meeting that i have put it on hold and the particpants know that i am not in it

I can join directly from my outlook calendar or from browser so no need to install teams app always.

I almost use teams multiple time in a day and have not found issues, even when network drops it puts the call oh hold and automatically re connects me to the call as soon as network is established.

Because of the ease with which i have been using this application for past 3 to 4 years i never had to reach out to customer suppor even once ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I work with my vendors and they have a different ID, and gave me their ID and i have my office ID, I can seamlessly switch between profiles BUT when i am on a meeting in one profile it does not show in my other profile as "On call" so people dail me directly, we should be able to show same atatus across profiles when logged on Same system

Currently as per my organinzations settings or subscription we are not able to call people on their mobile (call cell number) directly from teams, but i guess this is a feature we need to subscribe or enable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Scorebuddy has really helped to take our internal quality reviews to the next level. Instead of having to rely on separate lists and Excel files to keep track of scores, we can easily use Scorebuddy to create scorecards, review our agents and share and discuss the results in a very nice way.

Next to that, the team at Scorebuddy has been really helpful in listening to our requests for improvement and making these a reality. Superb support!

Lately, we've also found more and more uses for Scorebuddy within the organisation. What started as a Service Desk QA tool, is now developing into a standard tool for measuring quality across multiple teams with different goals. Pretty much nothing they offer is best in class. So if I had to pick one thing that I "like best", it would be that it technically qualifies as a phone service as I'm able to make and receive phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Pretty much every aspect of this phone service is second rate; the mobile app gets a C-; the online admin portal gets a C; it is difficult to manage callflows and voicemails. Desktop app gets an F as it does not make managing any aspect of my experience better. Does not meet any of the things you might expect from a modern, software-first VOIP system. Difficult to use. Close is the most effective tool I've used for contacting leads as soon as they come into our crm, staying on top of them as well with multiple touch points and then efficiently being organized to help with follow up.

It is also very good at tracking data to see what my team is doing on a day to day basis and also how we can better optimize our outreach.

Their support is also amazing and has helped me resolved anything I need in a timely manner.

What do you like best about OpenPhone?

Everyone has been extremely helpful. We are still having issues getting our pnone numbers ported, but that seems to be more of an issue with our current carrier rather than Openphone. We are looking forward to the freedom to move away from our desks and not miss a business call. We are also looking forward to being able to text our suppliers and clients. Our clients are constantly asking to text us. Some people in our office have accomodated them by providing their personal cell phone numbers. As a business owner, this makes me uncomfortable. What do you dislike about Salesloft?

It’s not very intuitive, especially in the beginning. The setup process was overwhelming, and we had to go through extensive training as a team, which was tiring. Import and export options are also hard to find, and I wish you could link more than one mailbox without upgrading to the highest plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesloft keeps cold calling, email tracking, and scheduling organized. The automatic calendar updates after prospects reschedule make things much easier to manage. What do you like best about Avoma?

The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific. So I looked back at the scorecard, looked at which questions I was missing more often and then made it a point to make sure to ask those on my calls and the quality has improved significantly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

To me the only downside would be the AI that jumps on the calls. I know this is something that probably cannot be avoided but it just makes it feel like someone else is on the calls but know its another way it allows the system to take better notes of the calls. I do feel like the notes tab on the calls can be a little overbearing for me. When I see a bunch of words, lines and sections it can be a little overwhelming especially on a very busy day. Thats why I feel that I tend to stick more to the scorecards feature and that really helps me know what I miss/go over etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its solving how I communicate with my clients and helping me organize my calls as well. Before I tend to be all over the place with what was discussed on my calls. I knew what I needed to get accomplished but it felt like sometimes I did not always get to that point effeciently where Avoma has let me organize my calls and let me see what I have gone over and what I have missed. Another big thing is talk time. Before I did not realize how much I was talking on my calls and how little my clients talk and is still something I am trying to work on today.
