We are able to not only record but get the transcript of the entire meeting so at the end of the meeting we have a ready made meeting notes.
It is pretty secure because before recording we get a popup asking / informing all participants that this is now being recorded and if there are confidential information that is not supposed to be recorded we get this reminder.
And finally i can put the existing call on hold and jump on to another meeting based on the need and it shows in my first meeting that i have put it on hold and the particpants know that i am not in it

The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific.
