Pipedrive is extremely user-friendly. I set it up almost entirely by myself, I did the migration, set up the pipelines, prepared templates for emails and set up a few automation myself. This is not something to take for granted as I used a competitor's CRM before Pipedrive and it was everything but easy and intuitive and my frustration with it resulted in a suboptimal use of the CRM. Something else about Pipepidrive that is really worth mentioning is Smart Docs. That is primarily what attracted me to Pipedrive.
