The best thing about the HROne is its support team. The team is always ready to help whenever we needed. Infact now the chat bot .i.e. AI has been enabled in which we got our answer within 5-10 mins.

If I talk about the dislikement ,then at the time of new release and when any patch got updated . Then, at that time system works slow .

What do you like best about BambooHR?

Easy to set up, implement and use for Admins and End Users alike. Staff is responsive and very friendly. The have a lot of easy to find training/reference material for both the Admin and End User. What do you dislike about BambooHR?

Hugh downside for us is that we can not add contracted employees. We are a small company and have 4 contracted employees which do not need to use any of the feature (like requesting time off, payroll, etc.) in BambooHR, therefore it doesn't pay to pay for them to be added to BambooHR. Since their isn't a way to add this type of contractor for free, they do not show on the company dircetory and we have to maintain a seperate company directory.

I also wished we could link the Who's out calendar to our current calendar instead of just adding another calendar in out Outlook. Would also like to see entries in the Who's out calendar show notes from the time off requests, or be able to add notes that are not lost when the calendar refreshes. Right now if an employee takes of half of a, there is no way to note if they are out in the am or pm.

Do not like the asset tracking. I would like to have a main location to add an asset and assign it from there instead of having to recreate the same equipment anytime it is reassigned to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BambooHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

When approving time off requests, BambooHR show you who else is schedule off during that time. This helps us manage and maintain adaquate coverage. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Chat, group chat and channels are some of the best features but there is SO much more. Our company started out looking for a platform for better company communications. Connecteam checked this box and did it very well but there are so many other features we use regularly. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

What do you like best about Surfboard WFM?

When choosing our WFM vendor, we wanted to select a company that not only suited our WFM requirements, but culturally had a similar ethos to ourselves. Natasha, Elva and Sagar have been fantastic from the initial contact all the way through to 'go live'.

Onboarding was an absolute breeze thanks to Elva!

Moving away from Excel-based rostering was a must for us, and Surfboard has made things incredibly easy and has saved many hours a week in administration tasks. Integration with HR tool means that we know everyone's whereabouts in advance. What do you dislike about Surfboard WFM?

I don't think it would be fair to criticise any features of Surfboard, because the team are so receptive to feedback, requests and recommendations. What problems is Surfboard WFM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excel-based scheduling was problematic - unable to drill down to granular needs such as break/lunch placement. Surfboard allows us to be as specific as we need with break placements, meaning we can avoid breaks/offline activities during key times.

Staff couldn't access their shifts from home, which meant that we regularly had issues with staff turning up at the wrong time or even days. Ability to access Surfboard on the website, or integrating Surfboard with their phone calendars has pretty much eliminated shift errors.

Basic self-service - simple things like shift swapping with colleagues was a unnecessarily laborious process previously, with an unnecessary amount of people involved. Surfboard has resolved that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CEIPAL Workforce?

I've been a Healthcare Recruiter for 5 years and have used Ceipal for the last 3 years. The understanding of Ceipal is the best. We didn't need any additional training to navigate our work process. It took less than 2 days to get proficient in 75% of its uses. The reporting management may take some time to master but the rest of it is super EASY!

Apart from this, Ceipal is very easy when it comes to posting new jobs, mail merge, and even uploading bulk resumes.

What do you like best about Assembled?

What I appreciate the most about Assembled is its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which simplifies the management of complex schedules and tasks. It really helps me with time management and taking my breaks, meeting, work on time. Its notification feature implementation on sites is supreme. “Can't beat the customer service”
What do you like best about APS?

My team appreciates the teamwork and helpful customer service. I am confident any question or issue I may have is met with respect and prompt attention. If the resolution isn't given at the first response, it is escalated to a higher consult. In every case, my team and I feel that our questions / situations are always important and that the APS team will work quickly to resolve any issue and answer all requests. What do you dislike about APS?

I'm not completely sold on the time and attendance just yet, but it was way better than it was before. There are tools to track and maintain CA compliance with missed meal periods, but not to my convinience, but my inquiry has been heard and follow has been within reasonable time. I appreciate the opportunity to be heard and feel that my concerns are real to the APS team as they are to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is APS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is so comforting to have the support opening up new concepts within a brief window and have teams - not just one person, but constant teamwork at APS to ensure our concepts go live without issue. What do you like best about Eddy?

Almost ready to "go live" with our first payroll, and the entire process has been a relative breeze. The set-up is fairly do-it-yourself, and while that might sound intimidating, the actual experience is anything but. I've quickly received effective support and assistance when I've needed it. What do you dislike about Eddy?

Certain aspects of the set-up haven't exactly fit our needs. (e.g. timekeeping, PTO) In those cases, Eddy's engineers have either worked (quickly!) to develop something new, or we've been able to adapt to their system paramenters. The latter might not work for all companies, but we have the advantage of being relatively small with flexible ownership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

For one, we're going to experience a major cost savings. Otherwise, our biggest difficuly about our current HRIS vendor is a lack of responsiveness. So far, Eddy is a 180 degree change, and that is AFTER we signed up, so, not just part of a sales pitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about uAttend?

I love the Automatic Break Time Addition / Deduction - I don't have to make sure to go in and calculate those things anymore as they're already included.

Same with Holidays! I never have to worry about going through individual time cards to ensure holiday payments as they are automatically added once created.

What do you dislike about uAttend?

Trying to be helpful, I always think of ways to improve things. The only downside I can recently think of with Uattend is the ability to assist people when they have log-in issues. I can see their codes and try to troubleshoot with them - but it would be nice just to be able to access that from my side and reset everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is uAttend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves the need to have to monitor employee breaks to add that into their time for the week. Helps with ensuring when people are working so that we can track issues with attendance. We also use this information to compare to our time sheets to see what job on the floor takes up the most time. Helps with Metrics as well as Schedule and Attendance monitoring.
