We have found TeamUp to be convoluted in some areas, such as changing an appointment time. It would be nice to drag and drop instead of multiple clicks to make a small change.

Some of the UI is not as friendly as we have experienced in other platforms.

Coaches do not recieve notifications about rescheduled classes.

It is still possible for the house to book coaches who have blocked themselves as it is not easy to see on the calendar that they are not available.

The app is a nice feature, but somewhat clunky and slow, and not really suitable for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to structure memberships that are applicable to certain lessons or activities make it a lot easier for us to manage who has paid for what and see how many sessions they have left. With our previous system, we had to do a lot of that accountability manually. I use WellnessLiving to manage the daily operations of my business:

- Appointment Scheduling (online and in-store)

- Client Management, its the most value asset.

- Staff Management, I keep tracking of the hours worked

-Point of Sale, we sale products and services.

-Marketing and Communications, we send promotiones, news, reminders, etc

There are several key features that Gymflow does not currently have (ie: ability to adjust charges on checkout, door access being allowed for class attendees, membership addons). I believe all of these changes are on the roadmap but as of now, the lack of these features have caused a few pain points for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gymflow has helped us solve the tedium of paperwork and storage issue of keeping all of those records. It has also allowed us to control door access via the app which opened up the option of 24 hour access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients. Walla is continuing to add new features. I've been with Walla since March of 2022, and I've seen so much growth already with the software, especially the Marketing Suite! There's nothing that I dislike about Walla, but it might have fewer features than the larger/older software on the market. It's just something to be aware of. But I'd much rather have a high-quality software that is user-friendly than something that is unreliable with more features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use all of the features of Walla, from class booking to lead tracking. Also prior to Walla, we had our yoga class video library with a different software than our booking software. I love that the video platform is part of Walla! We use the automations for new clients, win-back campaigns, client attendance milestones, and in sharing community updates. I needed a booking platform that could handle family accounts, waivers, and offer customizations, while also integrating our nonprofit's membership benefits across all our offerings. There isn't a way to combine our rec class tuition from our company class tuition, given they have different pricing and discount structures. We have had it for many years, but we set it up incorrectly as we weren't even sure what we needed at the time. We can work with our setup so it's not really an issue. Just make sure to be thorough in your set up and it will be an amazing product to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JR has makes registration easy, solves taking payments, makes customer communication easy, and has robust financial reporting. As the off-site owner, I can get as much or as little detail as possible whenever I want or need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many of the features are outdated and the communication with the company is absysmal. Even their newly upgraded email system is basic and hard to use. Using the scheduling feature is difficult, especially compared to free calender apps like Gmail. I've also been trying to move information to a new payment processor for over 3 months now and it seems like every time I try to contact someone, no one knows exactly who is handling my account. The regular customer service is nice enough, but they can only forward my information to someone else. What was quoted as a 30-60 day process of switching over to a new payment processor has now taken 93 days as of 7/14/2024 with no solid answer in sight. At the end of it, I'll still have a $700 bill in addition to the hundreds of dollars that I've paid to keep my account active so I can collect invoices from customers. Zen Planner is a gym management software that allows users to manage gym members, schedule classes and run payment and payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
