There were a few growing pains early on, but the Ninja team has stepped up and owned the problems every time. Things are considerably smoother these days. My clients are much better organized. I can pop in and fix an issue or assist a user from wherever I happen to be. Many problems are handled before the client knows there is trouble. MC is helping us identify data quality issues before they are detected elsewhere. While Google Cloud BigQuery has many strengths, there are a few aspects that I as a users find challenging are Cost, Flat Table requirement, Overkill for small Datasets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At one point, giving access to customers to our technicians need to do find the "one specific" new customer in atera was rather cumbersome at times but now with the new update we can just give our technicians access to ALL customers as needed without additional clicks! Asset tracking! wanting to know if a PC or server is EoL or nearing used to take a lot of time, we needed to log in invidivually to each PC was not only time consuming but also tedious. There are some minor drawbacks that I hope the Insycle team will solve eventually. My qualms are specifically with the lead upload feature. Namely, when uploading leads, you can assign to a Salesforce campaign but you can't choose the campaign member status. There's an easy workaround in Salesforce, but it does add a few minutes to the lead upload process. Our old tool, Cloudingo, was better for lead upload, but Insycle is better at literally everything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Duplicate records: Insycle merges duplicate records across both Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring high data quality and mirrored data across both systems with no upkeep/effort required from me and my team.

Data cleanliness: We use Insycle to clean up, standardize, and populate data.

Convert leads: We use Insycle to convert leads to contacts when the situation warrants it.

Associate: We use Insycle to associate leads to accounts in Salesforce and to associate some of our custom objects in HubSpot to one another.

First off the patch managemet feature is much better then all the other programs I have used in the past and I have been in IT management for over 30 years.

Its reporting is also very helpful as I cycle pcs to keep them in warranty and its easy with Endpoint Central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only complaint is the difficulty surrounding the formatting of emails. Bullet points can be difficult to implement, and copying & pasting from other sources can cause issues, as adjusting the font to match from different sources doesn't always work well. In my previous role with ym cpmpany, I did not have access to Planhat and was relient on several systems/platforms for customer information and management. After moving to my current role in Customer Success and utilizing Planhat, I can safely say it has replaced nearly every system I was using prior to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Duplice Check allows us to set complex duplicate detection scenarios. Salesforce does not allow those kind of complex settings. It gives us more control on the creation and update of duplicate records. Further more, it has a mass merge functionality that helps to easily clean multiple records automatically. I do wish that ZoomInfo Operations was aligned more perfectly with new Salesforce releases. For example, Salesforce has recently enabled Accounts to be added to Campaigns as Campaign Members, without any Contact record also associated. We use that for our ABM efforts, but ZoomInfo Operations doesn't allow us to add Accounts to Campaigns - it only allows Leads and Contacts to be added to Campaigns. We've set up segmentation/routing rules that look at address fields, and assign an Account Owner accordingly. We also look at Account Status and Account Owner, and assign Contact Owners accordingly (our SDRs own all Contacts until an Account has an Open Opportunity attached to it). We datestamp Accounts that are showing as Marketing Engaged based on ABM data fields that are populated from Demandbase. We use scheduled tasks at the top of each hour to assign a Persona to all Contacts, based on the titles that pulled in from ZoomInfo. We merge duplicate records (Accounts and Contacts) and rely on ZoomInfo Operations to migrate all important fields based on rules we set up once and rarely have to update. We use RingLead to make bulk reassignment of records when new members of the team are added, or territories are changed, etc. We import lists and update Campaign Member statuses twice a week to reflect updates from other systems in Salesforce, so we can leverage Salesforce reports and dashboards. Databrick is solving multiple data tools issues for multiple role, IT unified all strong features by provding data lakehouse with ETL, warehouse , ML feature support on top of external cloud host with GEN AI capability too. I am using databrick in my current engagement and it is helping me as simple and strong tool to ingest and transform data from bronze to gold layer using workflows. 1. No integration with Data Hub (open source tool for Data observability)

2. The bug that we encountered in Soda core was quite intuitive and should have not existed in first place.

3. While Soda Core is free, the more advanced features require a commercial license.

Data contracts & data quality (governance).

We would like it to integrate with Data hub, after which we can use it for Data observability as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting features are not well developed. There are a lot of basic reports that we use to run from our previous help desk system that we are unable to do within FreshService. E.g. report against a contract number to see the associated/linked assets. In some ways, the reporting is overcomplicated.

Most of our reports required from management are needed in list/table view and are required to be exported in excel format rather than in the view of widgets and charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asset discovery/management. By using the Discovery Probe we can now ensure we haven't missed any devices when manually importing them into FreshService. The data captured by the discovery probe such as the last logged in user is also extremely useful when coming up to End Of Lease so that we can view where the device is for easy replacement. Red Hat Smart Management exhibits strong integration with Red Hat products, which may pose challenges if considering a transition to alternative vendors down the road. Additionally, apart from these overarching concerns, a number of users have expressed criticisms about specific aspects of Red Hat Smart Management:

1.Navigating and utilizing the reporting system can be somewhat challenging. 2.While capable, the performance monitoring features may not match the robustness found in some competing products.

While Acho offers no-code transformation, some users might require more complex data manipulation. For these users, Acho could benefit from offering advanced scripting options or integration with external data science tools like Python libraries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you find yourself spending a lot of time moving data between spreadsheets or struggling to get your data into a usable format, Acho can be a lifesaver. It simplifies data wrangling and allows you to focus on getting the most out of your information. Acho empowers even non-technical users to access and manipulate data. In my opinion, Lyftrondata is the most sophisticated automatic cloud data warehousing platform for hassle free data integration. We can now successfully conduct advanced data operations at scale with quick and robust efficiency. We can now save our efforts and resources used in the engineering involved in the integration process earlier, and focus on other aspects of our business, like tracking relevant traffic and approaching new leads. I was struggling to find a way to fix my large CSV files with unparsed address data and no delimiter, I spent hours trying to manually clean up the data, until I found this software and used to to clean my list & output a usable address file.
