We use Semaphore as for the CI/CD pipeline. It helps to identify if any commit or merge might cause any issue in workflow by running all test cases before merge or deploy. When automating builds for medium to large sized applications there are a lot of steps to manage from downloading dependencies and running automated tests to signing, configuring, and deploying. It can be very tedious to try and script all that out by hand. Bitrise makes that much easier by giving you pre made steps do handle a lot of those tasks for you. Jenkins has played a very important role in solving several crucial challenges that are present in our SDLC mainly in the aspects of CI/CD. Where I work we have a two weekly release cycle, being able to launch feature behind splits and switch over at opportune moments is crucial. We would often have to hand roll this kind of stuff into our own app/conf/DB...etc. in the past. We first used a customized ec2 instance with docker to deploy our frontend builds written next js, the deployment was very hectic it gave a lot of errors, memory issues and made deployment time way longer. That is when we decided to shift to Vercel and it was very easy to deploy via Vercel as well as it provided dev and production environments so we could create multiple sandbox links for various features that we developed which needed testing. Recently i came accross some issue in migration. when the tr failed to migrate we are migrating the TR manually , after migrating the TR manully the RT status is not changing to next stage and this is not frequent some time after manul migration it is changing the status not every time.
