When we started using MailChimp for the first time, I didn't like the free trial of this platform at all, as it offers a very low limit for the number of contacts you can enter during this trial period. In addition, you can't use most of MailChimp's default templates for your campaigns while you have the MailChimp trial plan. Another feature I didn't like about MailChimp is that it doesn't allow you to send scheduled notifications or reminders to clients who receive the campaign via email. When I first looked into Gmass, I couldn't find information about a trial. When I installed the extension, I thought I had a limited version of Gmass that was free to use and was surprised to receive an email saying my trial ends soon. Adding a welcome email that included information on the trial and an end date (with what to expect if the trial ends before it's renewed) would have been handy. - Also, integrating the follow-up campaigns with HubSpot sequences would be nice; it would save time from having to copy and paste each template.

There are really only 2 things that I dislike about Clari. First, there is a limitation to only have 4 Groups per view. This is a bit annoying as there are quite a few different data points on our opportunities that I wish I could quickly group at a glance without changing views. Secondly, over the past year Clari has done several updates which has caused all of my views to reset. We keep all of our CRM data in Salesforce, but Salesforce itself does not provide the neat, seamless views to track many opportunities at once and be able to quickly change the views and the data points to sort.
