I wish that Rippling integrated with our timecard system more seamlessly for time off requests. We have found a solution that works for us, but it does reqiure an extra step. Hugh downside for us is that we can not add contracted employees. We are a small company and have 4 contracted employees which do not need to use any of the feature (like requesting time off, payroll, etc.) in BambooHR, therefore it doesn't pay to pay for them to be added to BambooHR. Since their isn't a way to add this type of contractor for free, they do not show on the company dircetory and we have to maintain a seperate company directory.

I also wished we could link the Who's out calendar to our current calendar instead of just adding another calendar in out Outlook. Would also like to see entries in the Who's out calendar show notes from the time off requests, or be able to add notes that are not lost when the calendar refreshes. Right now if an employee takes of half of a, there is no way to note if they are out in the am or pm.

Do not like the asset tracking. I would like to have a main location to add an asset and assign it from there instead of having to recreate the same equipment anytime it is reassigned to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When approving time off requests, BambooHR show you who else is schedule off during that time. This helps us manage and maintain adaquate coverage. There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. We migrated to HiBob from a different HRIS and its versatility has allowed us to create a full record of our employees histories and continue to build on it in a swift manner. Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

The only downfall that I have with Justworks is their full-time hours cannot be adjusted to accomodate our 7.5-hour full-time work day. The full-time work day included in Justworks is 8.0 hours. Therefore, we perfom manually adjustments for regular time, extra time, and overtime which is inconveinient. In the legal industry a 7.5-hour workday is common. I am quite benefitting from the easy payslip access. Earlier, there used to be a huge problem in doing that. I am happy that Asanify has solved that problem fully. In fact, the customer support team is doing a great job at handling customer issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think it would be fair to criticise any features of Surfboard, because the team are so receptive to feedback, requests and recommendations. Excel-based scheduling was problematic - unable to drill down to granular needs such as break/lunch placement. Surfboard allows us to be as specific as we need with break placements, meaning we can avoid breaks/offline activities during key times.

Staff couldn't access their shifts from home, which meant that we regularly had issues with staff turning up at the wrong time or even days. Ability to access Surfboard on the website, or integrating Surfboard with their phone calendars has pretty much eliminated shift errors.

It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. We don't need to login into various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, DIce, etc.) instead just use the "Integrated search" method and find candidates on every job board with ease. The fact that it opens up with the clock ready is really helpful when I am running late and need to clock in right away. It logs me in automatically so I don't have to take extra time entering my log in details. I can easily just click to log in as soon as the page loads. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it.
