What do you dislike about Rocketlane?

The features and set up can be a bit manul at times which makes onboarding this tool move slower than I would like. I wish some of the features were more intuitive and more UI focused. Customer facing interfacing is lacking in easy of use and can create bottlenecks. Support team is overseas and creates a less than seamless experience in terms of trying to resolve issues quickly. What problems is Rocketlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps keep internal processes and procedures clean and bullet proof. The customer facing URL gives customers a chance to particpate in the project roll out. The Forms feature makes it easy to gather and collect data. The files feature allows you to easily store documentation for each project which helps replace Google forms and Drive. What do you like best about Ruddr?

First, Ruddr was the ONLY time tracking tool that we looked at that perfectly met our needs, and I'm not just saying that. We are a professional services organization that bills resources on T&M hourly basis for both contractors and full time employees. We had trouble finding a product that accomplished the dynamic engagements we found ourselves in, but also that provided a platform that was simple and easy to navigate by our consultants + our administrative staff, who use Ruddr now daily, to see the current progress week-by-week, semi-monthly, or even monthly for each of our projects. The most important part is that all of the products we reviewed would have racked us over the coals with per person pricing. Because Ruddr's product is so good, I would be willing to pay more for the product (please don't charge me more too soon), but for an initial plan + onboarding implementation support (that was fantastic, thank you Jason), the cost was extremely reasonable and we're ecstastic we made this choice. For reference, we were operating off google sheets before. No longer. Also, the tool easily integrates with Quickbooks, where we do our billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruddr?

I dislike that the company doesn't have even more functionality outside of time tracking. If they have built a product this good, then I hope we can bring even more of our daily HR/Finance tasks internally with Ruddr, but the fact they are hyper focused on this particular area is why they have knocked it out of the park. Kantana has changed how we manage our projects and cost allocations. We appreciate the ability to have all of our projects housed in one holistic software suite and the ability to build and create custom reports that helped identify progress against our KPI's. We also enjoy understanding how our engineers are allocated and identifying opportunities where we are under-allocated or over-allocated and quickly course correct.

What do you like best about Syncro?

Syncro does so much as a platform, we love it for our MSP clients. We utilize the ticketing system, which allows business customers to submit tickets for help. For customers we work a lot for, we've installed the RMM agent, which offers a plethora of features. I'd dare to say Syncro is the Addigy of Windows.

I love how easy it is to install the agent on each endpoint, a single installer per organization, which makes deploying the agent on a large scale super convenient. The remote log in features allow you to run command prompt commands, browse and make changes to the file system, and perform remote support activities.

What do you dislike about Syncro?

We occasionally run into issues, if customers send a text to the ticket system and they have multiple tickets open, Syncro seems to randomly select which ticket the text gets filtered into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing to like.

The worst out of box experience.

This system is a nightmare to set up and you will spend at least 2 to 4 months just to configure and get the basics going.

You end up spending more time setting the system up than you do supporting your customers.

What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

I've used them all since starting my MSP. Atera, Syncro, even Naverisk in it's early years.... I've been with N-Able for a while and for reasons I won't go into here, I decided to give Naverisk a trial. It didn't take me long to cancel N-Able and give Naverisk my money. It was a straightforward and easy decision. I'm self hosted, and the initial set up was very simple. I was up and running in around 30 minutes.

The portal is easy to navigate. The support is top-notch. Scripts ACTUALLY RUN when you want them to. Windows Updates also work, and is very configurable. The service desk is very easy to manage, and the automation rules just rock! The email conversation with the sales guy was easy without any pushy tactics or hidden agendas. The online community is also very involved, and it CEO is also there at Front Of House too.

What do you like best about LogicGate Risk Cloud?

LogicGate allows ease of utilization and customization to accomdate the most tech-savvy to those of us just moving away from spiral notebooks and pencils. It's intuitive interface for both use and development allows users to navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape in real-time; versus waiting for a over-burdened tech team to "get around" that other solutions rely upon. What do you dislike about LogicGate Risk Cloud?

LogicGate is up and coming for the unique use for our instituition. As such, we are developing solutions together rather than having them in advance. While this is not a deal-breaker and does support the spirit of growth, it can delay certain ideas and implementations. These delays cause impatient stakeholders to create meetings to talk about developments upcoming, instead of what is being immediately rolled out.

Again, this is akin to saying "they should know everything in advance", which isn't fair, but it is a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LogicGate is quickly becoming the backbone of our Compliance Analysis pathway. By centralizing key pillars of SME review and Compliance, there are impressive efficiancies being developed. What do you like best about CMW Platform?

Excellent task manager software - supports both management and workflow. Time tracking is available and much used in our firm. Integration with Microsoft Outlook is also a great feature, along with the ability to access from mobile. Being able to use Comindware Tracker for common processes or standalone tasks for crucial in our decision to test the software.
