Before attending a conference called "A home for Everyone" last year, I was informed that they were using a new app called “Whova”. I was initially concerned as am not technology savvy, and this was the platform they were using. There would be no agendas or handouts printed at the conference, I am used to bringing back lots of resources to save in my binders for reference. Panic was already setting in before I even got there. Much to my surprise, the days of the conference went much smoother than I expected. the ease of implimentating this app was easier than I first thought. I was able to see all the attendees and the contact information they provided, I could see all the presentations and handouts that they would be providing at the sessions, I could prepare my questions that the presentation did not tell me ahead of the actual presentation. I felt empowered with the options that were available to me. While I was not able to learn everything before the conference, I was able to look at it the additional options before this year’s conference and must admit it allows me to take additional notes on this app during the presentation right on my phone, tablet, or computer.

When talking with the presenters of the conference, that advised me of the abilities that this app has far outweighs the competitors. This app allows me to engage in discussion with the presenters, set up meet-up meetings to engage in networking discussions with peers from different parts of the world, talk about trends, and discuss solutions other have used and what worker and did not work so well for them. This is not just a local app, but worldwide option. The possibilities are endless. I also appreciate the feedback from the company asking what worked, what was missing, what other options would benefit me and my company. We were late to the game signing up vFairs but they jumped right in and helped through every step of the way. Day and Night. The apps were amazing and letting us configure to our wishes was fantastic. Hamda and Candice were very helpful and was willing to do most anything we asked.

Lastly the 2 days of our show we had Roger as our on site rep. He was outstanding helping out, showing us the ins and outs of the ipads and always had a smile on his face.

After using Swoogo for 6.5 years, I have come to value this platform as one of the key aspects in the success of our events. I create registration sites for 30-40 events annually and spend most of my day in the Swoogo platform. The platform is exceptionally intuitive for event the most basic user. I love that anyone can use it, but you can truly make the pages your own. The cutom reporting, the various website templates, and the ability to add many external features make Swoogo a fantastic platform. My favorite thing about Swoogo is the individualized support that they provide to customers. I have never waited long for an answer and even when we had a complex situation arise, the Swoogo team kept us updated and outlined exactly what occurred so we could eliminate any future issues. The Swoogo team truly takes feedback of their customers into account and is constantly rolling out new features that users suggest. When you use the Eventcombo platform, you will discover it has everything you need to plan and execute your event. The platform has all the necessary tools and its customisation capabilities are above par. I can’t get enough of its Event Website Builder, which makes designing an event website extremely simple and easy. The platform as a whole has many features to make it easy for event planners to manage their events from start to finish. The user face is clean and easy to navigate and very customizable to what we want to do. It is also very easy on the attendee side - very straightforward and simple.

EventCreate is simple for anyone with basic computer skills to use and rapidly deploy a highly effective website. We were thrilled with the tools and the ability to integrate photos quickly and effectively into the product.

We received positive feedback from our prospective audience and were elated at the relatively low cost and ease of implementation. We plan to use this product frequently for all of our fundraising events.

What I like best about AllEvents, is the personal Website feature. Due to All events, I was able to create my own website where I can display my events. I also enjoy the seamless payment feature, where as soon as a Customer books or buys a ticket to your event, payment is processed straight through stripe and into your account in minutes. We love working with the Blackthorn Events folks! Their representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Blackthorn Events module is very powerful and integrates into our CRM platform. We have several different users leveraging BTE for a variety of different events with various options, ticket types, etc.

This was our first time using online ticketing. I searched through various ticketing platforms, some with ridiculous fees, and found TicketTailor, which had the lowest fees.

I enjoy the usability of Eventcube. So far it has been able to achieve what we need - following a rather complex event with lots of subevents.

The platform us super easy to use and their help desk should you ever get suck is very helpful and responsive.

You are able to brand your store to your brand guidelines very easily and this helps with continuing a professional look to clients/customers.

The reporting is brilliant and the ability to edit info forms (what you ask from the purchaser) has made our life so much easier when it comes to diet/accessibility requirements.

I evaluated, selected, and implemented Goldcast for Intercom's global webinar program and it exceeded my expecastions. We use it for all of our webinars, virtual events, and some of our in-person activations. I focus primarily on demand generation webinars, but we run them across our entire customer journey through different internal teams and across a number of regions in different languages.

I use the platform every day and we dozens of webinars per quarter, usually more.

The biggest but often overlooked value-add is the actual webinar and virtual event experience for ateendees. It has all the table stakes features and they're delivered in a thoughtful way that drives real value. We can develop well-branded events and there is solid language localization as well.

The integration of real AI capabiltiies has been a game changer for us, and I'm impressed by their ability to ship quality improvements quickly.

The platform also has all the behind the scenes functionality we need, including event/webinar management, integrations, etc.

Their sales team was helpful during evaluation and I never feel like I'm constantly behing "upsold" to. Their CSM team is stellar and ensures we get the most out of the platform and is very receptive to feedback and feature requests. Support is prompt and helpful.
