What I absolutely do not like is that through this platform the relationship with the parents is lost. it's too formal. We don't have emoticons, you can't reply to a message from the parent, but I have to rewrite another new message.

It also has errors when I post a longer message in the newsfeed and I want to press the "more" button and I can't.

Testcases Which are added and saved cannot be deleted. We had to contact their support to get it deleted manually. They acknowledged it and this feature will be available soon.

We needed a platform for taking an intial coding assessment for our engineering role hiring needs.

Equip is suitable, easy to use and budget friendly with some glitches but their support is very active and helpful and some of our issues were resolved almost instantly and some within the committed timlines like enabling python for ML/AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only features (and I have given feedback to ask if these can be developed) I wish Lumio had was a crop button, the ability to work on/open more than one lesson at a time, being able to save a photo as a background to a slide, how long it takes to download or upload a lesson, access to shared libraries (not a cost my school will pay), the ability to download student answers and responses afterwards instead of having to screen shot each page or it may get erased, and I wish the hard work I spend animating my google slides and powerpoints would remain after uploading them to Lumio (please add a feature that allows gifs and animations it keeps my students much more focused especially during reading (ex. blending segmenting words with an animated hand moving from letter to letter). LUMIO provides a daily interactive option/platform for my minimally verbal, virtual students and their families to seamlessly respond to discussions, choices and activities in real time and receive immediate feedback and encouragement from me. Students love to make choices independently now, and develop their skills without as much guided support. It's a little tricky sometimes that classrom screen is online vs using google slides which I can still use offline.

The name randomizer needs a little tweaking with size, the box the name is in is too big compared to the name inside. It takes up too much room!

The text size feature is a bit of a mess as well. When it's open, it covers a lot and it's hard to select. It's also hard to click and type in your own text size number. I also find it difficult to select text at all and size it.

More stickers and background options would be great. Maybe some science themed ones?

It could also use a snap to position option to line up all the widgets. Maybe one that users could turn on and off if they want more free style layouts.

It's helping me use a consistent method of a home screen for my classes. It gives them a routine. It is helping me with having all the extra tools/widgets there available that I don't have to find or create myself which saves me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was an easier way to use the personality tests for current employees. You have to create tests as though you were hiring and I found the personality testing to be so helpful as a leader wanting insights into the preferred communication styles of the team and gain insights into each other. I feel like it can be easy to manipulate the results. I understand it's the test takers choice to be honest, but sometimes even honesty cannot be easy to fit into a category. I, for example, only marked 6 on my test because that's the minimum it said to put, so our PI person informed me that me putting so little could make it less accurate. It allows me to connect with students, allowing them to self regulate behavior based on fair and accurate reporting on their performance from me, their teacher. Smart Pass has allowed us to limit the amount of times that students who seem to get into trouble together are actually out of class at the same time. It has allowed us to be able to track where students should actually be when they are out of class. Most importantly, the data of how much instructional time they are missing in a class, especially when compared to their grades in that class, has been invaluable in parent conversations. I wouldn't call this a downside. I have already shared the feedback to the Xobin team about the need to be able to download the reports in a more professional format to share with multiple stakeholders.

We are a lean team that caters to the learning needs of an organization with employees across the world. Before Xobin we had an internal platform where we had to prepare the questions for the assessments. However, technology assessments are much easier with Xobin's vast question bank. 1) Blocksi for Teacher appears to have some bugs related to screen sharing and importing lists of blocked or allowed URLs.

2) Individual student reporting could use more detail, such as a list of visited URLS by date and time.

3) Policies applied to a parent OU in Google are not automatically inherited by child OUs. You can set them to inherit, but we had to do this individually by child OU. As a public school division, we are required to provided filtered Internet access for our students. Blocksi solves that problem. It also provides us with a way to give individual teachers more granular control over how their students are using their devices during class, including limited students to particular websites, or blocking all access when the teachers needs to get the students' attention. Glider AI is great for our hiring process because it fixes some important stuff. For one, it makes evaluating candidates a lot easier by taking care of everything automatically. According to my experience In addition, its analysis driven by artificial intelligence gives us unbiased insights into the abilities of the potential employees which makes sure fairness when judging them. More so, this saves time and resources spent during screening. Furthermore, through identifying strong applicants early on in our selection process; we can concentrate more on promising individuals thus hastening recruitment and enhancing general outcome efficiency. The only feedback that we have had from clients is that some of the questions are very American. This can put candidates off. The candidate assessment supports those clients who don't have a robust recruitment process. They often keep making the same recruitment mistakes, which make it an expensive exercise. They are usually spending a great deal of time sifting cvs and then interviewing candidates.

By using the Sales Candidate Assessment, clients are only being presented with candidates who are fit for purpose. This vastly reduces the time, effort and investment in recruiting either a salesperson or a sales manager. It also allows for the interviews to be much more structured.
