There are many pre-designed templates that I can customize using different AI technologies. A big advantage for me is the adaptability of the design in terms of color palette, fonts and backgrounds. Using Simplified, creating and sharing polished texts on social media is a snap. The fact that the list of social networks may be sorted in many ways makes it easy to target the proper people with marketing campaigns. I can keep up a steady social media presence with the use of the automated capabilities that let me to post any campaign to your items on sites like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

As a company that's leaning forward, they occasionally sell to customers who shouldn't be buying, and they still haven't completely figured out the best ways to support and encourage their partners (Value Added Resellers, VARs), which sometimes results in short-term confusion and frustration both with customers and VARs. What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCI has been amazing! It was easy to integrate all our social media accounts onto the platform. We used to have to go to each individual platform to make posts. Now we are able to make one post and push it out to all our platforms. We also have the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, and plan out our month in advance. It's wonderful for time management. We are able to do everything from SOCi so we never have to leave the platform. We can reply to messages, inteact with our customers, and respond to reviews. It has a broad, useful collection of features, at a decent price. I've done extensive research on other social media management platforms, and although these features exist on other sites, none of them contain the perfect combination of features that I need at a decent price like Vista Social. For example, you can upload a custom thumbnail for Facebook videos.

If there is one thing I dislike, it would be the functionality of the Twitter thread maker. It can create Twitter threads, but it is up to you to decide the length of each post in the thread.

What do you like best about Hootsuite?

Hootsuite has made leaps and bounds of improvements over the years in their scheduling program. I love the addition of the AI for when that pesky creative brain strikes. The editing of images to fit each platform is handy, and the editing feature is a lifesaver for edits needed before the post(s) go live. We use Hootsuite about 6 days a week- it's our holy grail for posting social. Easy to follow formats for posting and a user-friendly interface makes the implementation and intergration of Hootsuite a no-brainer for our company. Most recently, I REALLY love their webinars and tips and tricks. I try and attend as many as I can - they are hugely helpful for staying relevant on social media. Planable is very easy to use. It's intuitive, yes, but its robust features are what sold us. Tags, approval, comments/suggestions options ... just to name 3. I use it every day. If it weren't for needing to schedule content for our Google My Business page, we wouldn't have found Planable. So glad we did. What do you dislike about Planable?

Even annualized, Planable's basic plan is a bit pricy. The onboarding series of emails is great, but also overwhelming. I don't need/want an email a day and it has gotten redundant.

Being able to delineate where the content belongs would be helpful. Instagram post v. story is just one type of separation. Facebook and Google My Business both have events and offers "sections." I just got booted out of an active Life time deal. When i raised a ticket they refused to reply. Later i escalated with Appsumo from whom i purchased the LTD. What was shocking is the audacity and the guts they have to just delete all my content which i have carefully crated and created over several months. The reason they provided was Pinterest had issues with their API and so they randomnly just deleted all accounts that were posting on pinterest.

This is the most ridiculous explanation i have ever heard that is totally baseless. They just wanted an excuse to delete all the LTD accounts and force them to exit. While many of users may just walk away i will sue you and i wont back down....wait and watch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RADAAR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have just had the most horrible experience using Radaar. I had purchased a Life time deal on Appsumo and after using it for sometime they just cancelled my subscription and reset my account to a monthly billing account. Most helpful part of cloud campaign is the layout I think it's easy to navigate and the fact that you can create multiple posts for the same piece of content and you can go directly into Canva and create is also super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloud Campaign?

I'm still doing some posting from the phone to push out the content more but cloud campaign is great to keep a lot of content up and in front of people so the Instagram and Facebook accounts are fresh. I think that's the only thing I would change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Echobox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Utilizzo Echobox da poco più di 3 anni e ha facilitato e ottimizzato il mio lavoro di programmazione e gestione social nella pubblicazione di contenuti (io lo utilizzo per la pagina Facebook della mia azienda). Soprattutto la programmazione mi ha sempre portato via molto tempo ma con questo software è decisamente più facile ma, soprattutto, il lavoro ha un senso: ci sono dati che ti permettono di capire in modo facile se un contenuto già postato era “giusto” per l’orario in cui avevo scelto di programmarlo o anche solo per la piattaforma. Inoltre Echobox si adatta bene anche ai cambi di algoritmo e integra velocemente nuove funzioni in modo periodico. Le funzioni “mai più senza” per me sono state: la possibilità di scegliere la funzione “Optimal” per far decidere all’intelligenza artificiale quale sia l’orario migliore per pubblicare un post e, in secondo luogo, la possibilità di duplicare lo stesso post in modo da poterlo programmare nuovamente in altra fascia oraria, con un semplice click. Provando ad utilizzare le funzioni di programmazione interne fornite da META, la differenza è abissale: il sistema interno è limitatissimo e molto scomodo. Altra funzione top di Echobox è quella che permette di modificare i titoli dei singoli post, svincolandosi dalla SEO e puntando sulle aspettative e il target del social.
