What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Sage is solving to get our grants in the system but I am still not using everything that is offered fully. I feel llike I still do not know everything yet, even though I have been using this for almost a year now, I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Single solution for multiple problem, Vena have guts to prove their services and their reliable ease to use interface gives a wonderful experience to manage all reports on time. with Vena we can manage our budgeting reports, daily activity, performance reports, sales reports, and also analyse all the neccery data with powerful analytical interface. Drivetrain brings all of our Data Sources into one location and allows us to eliminate manually updating things in Sheets and Excel. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. We initially purchased Mosaic for the cash forecasting and modelling tool as we needed it for FP&A with our BOD, but the metric builder and dashboards have quickly become some of our favorite things to improve the experience for our internal stakeholders. In the past year we have been able to improve financial literacy internally by creating the right analytical tools for our budget leaders to understand their expenses and budgets. The major drawback for me is the lack of native integration with external systems, which has required us to do additional work to connect external data sources through API. Anaplan announced however the upcoming release of the Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) which I hope will address this limitation by improving data integration and orchestration native capabilities. Xoro is helping us conncect everything in one place. Before, we would place purchase orders, create sales orders, and run our accounting system through three different places. As you can imagine, this got really complicated when trying to record simple things such as cost of goods and things like that. Xoro has helped simplify that. There is not much I can say I dislike. I could nitpick at a few minor features, but it would be doing a disservice to the platform. However, if I had to select one improvement I wish would be made, it would be the ability to generate production order from the inventory replenishment screen. They don't have a native integration with one of our AP tools: the workaround is pretty straight forward with a CSV upload/download process that Rillet's engineering team customized for us, but I'm hoping they roll out a native integration at some point. There are very less things I could dislike about S/4HANA Cloud. I would say the Customer Support can be a little better in terms of responses.

I have been using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for a while now and there have been many benefits that I could see. The time it saves is very important and effecient in delivering work. Also, it comes ina decent cost and the ease of use and its features go hand in hand. Formulas and calculations can be tricky to manage. You need one or two administrators that have a strong knowledge of these as well as triggers. Finding a clear learning path of the product, that does not result in additional charges. Taking an accelerated class on formulas and having to pay for it or pay a consultant is not a solution when we already pay for the product. Dashboards are not user friendly, each tile needs to be manually updated with dates. There are no features to select dates for an entire dashboard tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have created a lot of efficiency in our month-over-month forecasting. Being able to pick up the last month's forecast and create a new version with the existing values means teams can update only those values that have changed and not all values. We can compare against actuals and review trends. The connections to OfficeConnect, allows us to bring updates to individuals on an immediate basis with a refresh. Being able to use the Planning tool within Excel allows users to easily update personnel and capital projects, while also having calculations that are repeatable for future analysis. There are not many pre-built templates we can use for modelling or reporting, this would help us to save time and also learn best practices from similar companies. However, we can always ask our Customer Success Manager or support for help if in doubt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh.
