We have found TeamUp to be convoluted in some areas, such as changing an appointment time. It would be nice to drag and drop instead of multiple clicks to make a small change.

Some of the UI is not as friendly as we have experienced in other platforms.

Coaches do not recieve notifications about rescheduled classes.

It is still possible for the house to book coaches who have blocked themselves as it is not easy to see on the calendar that they are not available.

The app is a nice feature, but somewhat clunky and slow, and not really suitable for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to structure memberships that are applicable to certain lessons or activities make it a lot easier for us to manage who has paid for what and see how many sessions they have left. With our previous system, we had to do a lot of that accountability manually. They are helping me be much more organized with my business. There are so many functions that help automate the entire gym experience for members, employees, trainers, and owners. I use WellnessLiving to manage the daily operations of my business:

- Client Management, its the most value asset.

- Staff Management, I keep tracking of the hours worked

-Point of Sale, we sale products and services.

We haven't fully onboarded yet, so unable to provide an educated answer. Only thing that has been cause for concern (though unavoidable) is that because we are moving from another platform, members will have to re-enter their payment information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can sell training packages in minutes, rather than in sessions. Gives the member some flexibility. Also, not every one can come in to the gym regularly, so being able to provide virtual classes and workout videos provides an opportunity to keep us all connected. There are several key features that Gymflow does not currently have (ie: ability to adjust charges on checkout, door access being allowed for class attendees, membership addons). I offer a free week trial at the gym and the sign up process for a non-member can be a bit cumbersome, I've found work arounds that have worked well, but I would there to be less friction for a lead to sign up for multiple classes at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wodify is a one-stop shop for all things customer experience. I use wodify as a CRM tool to manage leads and clients, as a billing tool to process membership fees, to sell merch, sign in for classes, clients log progress via the mobile app. It's a very comprehensive tool that helps me run the day to day operations of my business smoothly. I needed a booking platform that could handle family accounts, waivers, and offer customizations, while also integrating our nonprofit's membership benefits across all our offerings. I don't like the homepage with the calendar. Most people in my business that use the app go there to sign up for a class. When they see the calendar that says they don't have a workout that day, they think they aren't signed up.

Virtuagym was brought to me by one of their sales representatives who made me believe that the application would specifically meet all my expectations, such as the integration of the virtuagym calendar with my Google calendar.

They don't offer any free trial and you therefore have to risk a much higher price than some competitors like MY PT HUB who offer exactly the same thing for 4 times less. Dissatisfied with the product, they not only refused me a refund ($474) but wanted to force me to pay for a 3-month commitment ($175/month) for a product that I will not be using. So many of the features are outdated and the communication with the company is absysmal. Even their newly upgraded email system is basic and hard to use. Using the scheduling feature is difficult, especially compared to free calender apps like Gmail. I've also been trying to move information to a new payment processor for over 3 months now and it seems like every time I try to contact someone, no one knows exactly who is handling my account. The regular customer service is nice enough, but they can only forward my information to someone else. What was quoted as a 30-60 day process of switching over to a new payment processor has now taken 93 days as of 7/14/2024 with no solid answer in sight. At the end of it, I'll still have a $700 bill in addition to the hundreds of dollars that I've paid to keep my account active so I can collect invoices from customers. Zen Planner is a gym management software that allows users to manage gym members, schedule classes and run payment and payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the automation seems redundant. For example, I have seen it send a welcome email to a member who only renewed their membership and was not new to the gym at all. However, customer service is always friendly when correcting this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some downside to Club Automation include some inconsistencies around reporting and scheduling.

While the reporting in Club automation is robust yet simple, we find inconsistencies in data formating and available data across different reports.

The inconsistencies in scheduling prevent us from really operating some club offerings in the most desired ways. For example, service schedules (ex: Tennis, Swimming, Personal Training) vary in how they are presented, either resource based (Courts) or provider based (Personal Trainer) and is not able to be changed which prevents us from allowing visibility on the mobile app and online and adding additional services. Club Automation is helping us solve programming. Our business strives on adult and kids programming and CA gives us the resources and flexibility to build systems that allow us to focus on the right things and now worry about a lot fo the admin work invloved from registrations to billing and scheduling.
