Overall, Calendly has streamlined my scheduling process, allowing me to focus more on my work rather than the logistics of meeting arrangements. Calendly integrates seamlessly with my Google Calendar eliminating scheduling conflicts. One of the most frustrating aspects of scheduling meetings is the endless email exchanges to find a suitable time. Calendly simplifies this process by allowing clients and colleagues to book directly from my available slots, eliminating the need for back-and-forth communication. The only thing that Novi does not currently do that we want is facility member-to-member communications. It does connect to other platforms that do that, so it's not a huge issue.

Novi did not have all the bells and whistles that we wanted when we started with them a few years ago, but they've been very responsive to feedback and requests, and have added many new features that we've requested. Novi serves as an information hub for us to track our members (database), but also for our members to participate in the association(website). It's the central focus of our operations and activity. Many other SaaS platforms that we use connect or integrate with Novi in some way, and the two synch to Quickbooks Online saves us a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to export/import transactions and then have to reconcile them.

Note on the price: Novi is not the cheapest platform, and it shows. It has been well worth the cost to get the quality customer support and a system that works this well. There are far more expensive systems out there that are not half as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limitations with having to sync to Salesforce first (instead of HubSpot) which creates some difficulty with order of operations, scoring, etc. since all of our other leads go through HubSpot first, then Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualified enables scheduling a meeting with sales super easy (for everyone involved - both our sales team and the prospect/visitor), making it a win-win experience overall. I think one downside I've experienced is report writing. The Intelligent Query Architect can be quite cumbersome, especially if you are not used to SQL-type reporting. Boomerang for Gmail is solving problems such as email overload, missed follow-ups, and forgotten emails. By allowing users to schedule emails to be sent at a later time, set reminders for important emails, and track responses, Boomerang helps users better manage their email communication. One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. We haven't had a "homebase" (CRM) in which we could really get in touch with our clients and send blast emails that will notify our clients of specials and services we offer.

Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I need customers to be able to "reserve" pastries so that I can gauge daily demand and this software makes preordering possible.

I use "party size" as "number of pastries" and this way I can understand how many pastries each person wants to reserve.

- The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. The only concern I've had is getting Notifications to my mobile device to work consistantly. I am often logged in at multiple locations (Home PC, Work PC, Tablet, Smartphone) and it took almost a year before I was able to get a ding on my phone to let me know someone joined the queue. May not be important during busy times, but essential during slower periods when someone can quietly add themselves to the queue and we not notice. Working at a small booth, we do not have space to have long lines. This allows customers who are going to have a bit of a wait to find other valuable things to do, like go shopping, have a bite to eat, or anything to help pass the time versus standing still, making the time seem longer. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. We no longer use SuiteDash. Sadly, it doesn't integrate with many tools that we use.

The company seems to believe that they can answer every needs, which prevents us from using other tools we need.

They also keep revamping plans and use confusing offers to promote new add-ons. The latest promotion for exchanging suitekeys gives a strange vibe about the future of the company.

I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point.

While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with other CRMs so we can properly tag clients on our lists.

We were using a custom solution for proposals which required a lot of cut and paste and it would be harder to track and modify. SuiteDash allows us to streamline the process with pre-built sections (pages) which can be included in the proposals. Though Acuity Scheduling is an impeccably good tool. We made a choice to move to calendly because Calendly offers even more integrations with virtual meeting tools than Acuity Scheduling. It therefore becomes an issue to automatically send out invite links with Zoom, GoogleMeet, Ms Teams or GoTo Meet So if it would accomodate a wide variety of online meeting tools it would be even better. Another problem we encountered was being unable to merge accounts for different businesses under one Acuity Calendar. Acuity Scheduling has simplified the process of scheduling appointments. It is convenient for us and our clients to coordinate and set up appointments. Integrating it with my calendar ensures that once there is a scheduled event at a certain time it automatically block off availability on the Acuity. This eliminates double bookings and back and forth emails. Effective and smooth scheduling saves us time and help me focus on personalized attendance to all my individual clients. This way I have had productive days since we deployed Acuity Scheduling. It helps plan and prepare for my video shoots, editing sessions delivering exemplary support to my clients.
