Easy to customize and set up. Administration controls are easy to use and you can customize with little to no complex code. Analytics and exports are excellent. Feature-rich with moderation tools, custom pages, email campaigns, and FederatedSearch, unifying multiple information silos into a single search box. What do you like best about Circle?

As for the features, I want to mention several points that distinguish the circle.

Global Connectivity: Circle gives me the opportunity to interact in new and innovative ways, in an environment free from the negativity often found on other platforms. I feel empowered to build communities that add real value.

Technical Support: The customer service at Circle is top-notch, with excellent and easily accessible technical support, even for those without technical expertise. I've been able to connect with people from all over the world, enhancing my professional and personal relationships.

What do you dislike about Circle?

Circle platform does have a few drawbacks to consider. The real-time chat can be slow and occasionally glitchy, which affects communication. Building a community can take longer than some might hope, even though Circle provides good support throughout the process. The subscription cost is relatively high compared to platforms like Patreon, Supercast, and Discord. Updates sometimes lead to the loss of features or require entire group spaces to be updated due to design changes, causing confusion and frustration. The platform can become expensive quickly if all features are needed, and it lacks specialization in instant messaging. Commune is a platform that makes the community active by promoting communications among users.

I use commune at the user community. Before using Commune, we used to utilize Slack and Facebook as a community platform. However, we had a profound issue in that users were less active, and the posts were mainly sent by the official.

Commune is capable of creating a mutual communication environment due to the simple and optimal post design, which evokes users’ response.

It is even possible to deliver the contents in accordance with the users’ purpose. For instance, flow contents such as temporary notifications or stock contents that can be read in a long term.

Moreover, we can also accumulate and analyze the data in order to plan for the next action.

* The product team is agile and focussed on customer success. Loved the way they turned feedback into features in a short span of time

* New and effective features are being rolled out at regular intervals

What do you like best about AtomChat?

My favourite feature of AtomChat is its excellent video and voice calling. The video is extremely clear with no delays or fuzz when I use it to communicate with my friends and family. Excellent sound quality, with no strange echoes or robotic-sounding sounds. Despite the distance between us, it seems as though we are all in the same space. To be completely honest, I haven't discovered another chat programme that has such fantastic call quality. What do you dislike about AtomChat?

While AtomChat has typically been a decent fit for my needs, I do have a small complaint about the customising possibilities available. I do like how organised and user-friendly the programme is overall. I do, however, wish there were more options for customising my chats and profile. More emoji and GIF possibilities, chat colour choices, profile customization options, and a larger variety of notification noises would all be wonderful additions. These aren't deal-breakers, but it would be better if I had more control over how AtomChat felt like my own. While AtomChat's core messaging capabilities are fantastic, it could stand to be more distinctive and customised. I don't really have any problems other than that tiny issue. What problems is AtomChat solving and how is that benefiting you?

AtomChat provides significant benefits to me by resolving the following issues:

Streamlined Communication - It has been really helpful to have all of my chats and relationships in one spot. I don't have to move between different programmes anymore.

AtomChat's group chats and channels make it simple to segregate and organise various talks, which reduces chaos.

Media sharing has been made much easier thanks to seamless file, image, and video sharing. No more coping with incompatibilities or emailing files.

Excellent Call Quality - As I've already noted, AtomChat has excellent audio and video calling. On other messaging applications, I've never encountered calls that were that consistently clear.

Enhanced Security - I feel more secure knowing that my discussions are shielded by end-to-end encryption. There is no reason to worry about my privacy.

The most notable advantages I've noticed include centralising communication, upholding order, simple file sharing, outstanding call quality, and increased security. At Kiteworks, we use Magentrix for a number of different functions which all connect directly to our Salesforce environment:

1) Partner portal - allowing our partners to log cases into the Magentrix portal. This flows directly into our Salesforce Service Cloud environment and integrates pretty seamlessly. We use this for a number of functions:

Partners can log cases which flows directly to Salesforce.

Partners can access Tool Kits and register deals.

The Magentrix UI is very easy to configure and the integration to Salesforce is pretty seamless.

2) Customer portal - We also have the customer portal where partners can log deals and deal registrations.

3) Support - Their support is small, but very responsive. I am especially impressed by their CSM who is very responsive and is able to resolve issues quickly.

4) Costs - Quite affordable given the substantial offering.

5) Implmentation cycle - Again, is very configurable, and flexible. They have Sandboxes which are easy to connect to a Salesforce environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Magentrix Customer Portals?

Ability for partners to log customer cases. Ability for partners to search a knowledge base. Ability for customers/partners to have a community portal for playbooks and register deals.

It was a learning curve for me and I was on the helpline every other day. Their patience and willingness to help was incredible. I even received and email from them on Sunday when I didn't expect it until after the weekend. The person that I am in the most contact with is Malosav. He was always friendly and really goes the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you are experienced or just learning like I was. He went into my site and fixed things for me did research about things I asked. I am impressed and I recommend them to anyone looking for their service. I find it now very easy to use but of course there was the learning it. I have been on the internet with a lot of new apps, programs and equipment, I have never before had this kind of support. What do you like best about Bettermode?

It has a nice design, it can be customized as a completely white label social network, and you can create different spaces. What I like the most are the templates available to create a space, and of course, gamification, which is extremely important for me. Out of all similar products, this one is the most suitable for what I’m looking for, mainly because it’s a powerful tool and the price is right. What do you like best about Disco?

Disco is an incredibly flexible platform serving a variety of our needs and streamlining practically all of our operations and activities and interactions with our various audiences. It makes it easy to both segment and bring together our various audiences. The dev team has been incredible responsive on new features and working out any bugs. On top of that, in spite of its incredible flexibility, it remains one of the best-looking and quality UX experiences of any similar platform on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Disco?

It's still an early-market product, and while this has advantages, it also means that not everything is as holistically integrated as it will come to be over time. A product like this will always deal with feature-bloat, and adding new features will create all sorts of user conflicts and design challenges. Disco helps us manage both a startup accelerator program, and the surrounding community that goes with it. Not just stopping at basic mentor-management tools, but allowing us to streamline our communications with our entire audience, and segment them easily when needed. What do you dislike about Hivebrite?

Hivebrite is a powerful platform that accomplishes about 95% of what I need for effective community management. However, there are a few areas where I see room for improvement. One of my main desires is to have more flexibility to customize the user experience (UX) and interaction flow by allowing my development team to work more extensively on the platform. Greater customization options would enable us to tailor the platform more precisely to our specific needs.

Additionally, navigating the backend office can sometimes be challenging. While the interface is generally user-friendly, there are moments when finding certain features or managing specific tasks can become cumbersome. However, I am pleased to note that the Hivebrite team is actively working on improving this aspect. They have shown a commendable openness to accepting feature requests, addressing any issues that arise, and providing workaround solutions when the platform's current capabilities fall short.

Overall, while there are areas that could benefit from enhancements, Hivebrite's strengths significantly outweigh its weaknesses. The team's dedication to continuous improvement and their willingness to listen to user feedback give me confidence that these concerns will be addressed over time. Hivebrite remains an excellent choice for community management, and I look forward to seeing how the platform evolves to meet our needs even more effectively in the future.
