Overall Motive has provided our fleet with a way to start fresh on compliance, not favoring any one. Everyone has to play by the same rules and regulations. It also has ai cameras that I beleive improve our drivers with bad habits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not feel like there is enough support related to catalogs and cXML invoicing. I would like for there to be a better way to have it made public which suppliers offer catalogs (not just the Coupa Advantage suppliers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coupa has been beneficial lately in giving customers the option to have a more guided experience, where the "Write a Request" button used to be. We will be utilizing this to tie policies and links to, so that the experience is easier for the end users. Aljex is helping me in maintaining my shipments o daily basis, this tool has helped me in scheduling,track and measure delivery resources, I can plan and execute shipments here, audit and generate Invoices here.

They have recently been making some UI adjustments within the platform that make it less flattering. Support has not responded to our feedback on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The primary reason we use Samsara is for the DOT-required ELD of commercial motor vehicles. We also use it for GPS tracking on vehicles and road and driver-facing dash cams. It meets all of these needs very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GoComet helps to save time in day to day logitics activities, saves logistics cost for organization , provide detailed tracking of shipment and GoInvoice helps both shipper and LSP to be alligned on same page for Invocing with transparency and helps to face audit compliances in right manner . Streamline does not fully support networking of multiple suppliers with single or multiple DCs. Adjusting forecast models also looks very dull and it does not provide a pool of options for forecast models. The tabs for forecast model info also can be more view - friendly and easy to use. Streamline helps solve inventory optimization, networking for intersite transfers and demand planning using features like demand sensing for demand planning to make supply chain efficient for all our clients who come with the need of a supply chain solution which is easier to integrate and implement within their organisation and is easier to use. Streamline's simplicity makes customer support faster along with a very helpful technical team which provides quick solutions to most of the problems faced by our client. They assist with recovering invalid deductions from our major retail partners which is well into 7 figures. This has a made a manor positive impact on our bottom line. We can also analyze our on time perfomance with Walmart, which is an added benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reporting has helped me with managing my communication with customers on arrival time, it has also helped me establish how long my service techs were on a job site working if any concerns are brought up with customers. Excess and dead stock is down at all our branches, service level is up, and our central hub is running leaner than ever. I credit them with being the key reason we stayed profitable through the COVID years.

There are opportunites to improve things such as defaulting to the Team Manager's team when adding drivers and assets, instead of defaulting to another team and putting the Team Managers names in alphabetical order in the service programs to make it easier to find them. 1. When the other user are updating the system policy, you can't use the system to check data, but that is not frequently happend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really would like to see the "pause function" I know it is coming but wish it would happen sooner than later.

Currently there is an upgrade happening to the platform that has been somewhat difficult to navigate. I think that this has been a difficulty for us because of our timing to adopt the platform. Even though this has been a frustration at times, the staff has been great at receiving feedback and suggestions for improvements and features that we might like to see. Azuga fleet has helped our company identify opportunity costs that we did not know existed until we began to see the data come in. We have been able to take steps to help reduce the costs of oporating our fleet and conducting day to day business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only downside I see is the need to install the communication software on your computer, it is not a big deal, but may need to be installed by networks administratos depending on the security level of your network. It is a GREAT WMS, in the end that is the base of all the shipments, if you have a strong foundation you can do everything else with relatively ease. We use it for marine shipments, in and out, inventory control and billing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like least about Simply Fleet is the occasional issue with attaching .HEIC photos to certain features. Simply Fleet is effectively addressing several key challenges for us. GUI is the part that needs more work. It is not very polished or visually appealing even though it is simple to use. A more comprehensive GUI would be welcomed, while maintaining it user-friendly.

You will not regret using this software. It is not perfect but it is improving on a day by day basis, constant updates, more carriers, etc.

It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy.
