I wish that Rippling integrated with our timecard system more seamlessly for time off requests. We have found a solution that works for us, but it does reqiure an extra step. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. Shopmonkey is falling very quickly from where it once stood. The customer service is not as personal as it once was, and the lack of updates is painfully frustrating when you're being told about the "new version" for multiple years with no release, and yet the current version is still breaking once a week keeping you from using it for hours on a busy day. It is becoming more difficult by the day to recommend Shopmonkey, a program I once praised to everyone to a program that is very useful but has better alternatives at far better prices. Shopmonkey speeds up everything that is done in the office. Creating estimates, ordering parts, getting authorization, etc. They also create issues once you rely on these things becuase they often stop functioning in the middle of your workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my last position, the ability to ask people questions who aren't necessarily on the approval list made it easier to properly code and process invoices. Now that I'm in AP, its great to see how those questions make it so the invoice is right when it comes to me for final payment approval. Additionally, the ability to find an invoice regardless of where it is in the process with the search feature is a huge help to answer calls and questions from vendors. im not sure if it is a setting or standard but the technician side is more restricted than a service writer in assigning work. the technician needs to see just as much as a service writer if not more. the DVI also doesnt have a tab for struts so I am taking pictures in the "other" tab. communication issues should be minimized with a clean and easy to use shop software as long as each individual does their part. as a technician, it is nice to know how to set up my day and which cars will need attending to first to last. all of the major building blocks have been refined and left for each shop to play around with. There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. I am a non-resident alien, so I exempt from paying FICA taxes. The ADP does not have the feature for non-resident alien, so first, I struggled to set my payroll deductions. ADP operator helped me exempt from fica by changing some settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am unfamiliar to US payroll deduction and UI taxes. I cannot calculate the deductions and pay taxes to IRS or state government by myself.

Nothing major comes to mind. It takes some time to get used to the product, but Zenskar team handheld me configure our contracts on the platform. It was a one-time effort. Now all the deals from HubSpot get created automatically in Zenskar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. Zenskar helped us create custom revrec rules for different billing schedules, and created journal entries (ASC 606 compliant) with no errors. It also integrates well with QuickBooks and Stripe. The only downfall that I have with Justworks is their full-time hours cannot be adjusted to accomodate our 7.5-hour full-time work day. The full-time work day included in Justworks is 8.0 hours. Therefore, we perfom manually adjustments for regular time, extra time, and overtime which is inconveinient. In the legal industry a 7.5-hour workday is common.
