I started out just using their Buy Button and installing it on my site. That was an excellent way to get started and it worked great for when I only had a few products to sell. It was so easy to install. But as my store started growing, I decided to get a whole shopify website. I love the website, too! As a listing and marketing manager in an multi-channel ecommerce business, the part I find the most amazing about the Goflow program is that it is so user-friendly and simple to use, even if you are not so tech-savvy, yet it still has all features and options you would ever want an multi-channel program to offer you! Another part which I find amazing, is the continuous, never ending updates. There is an updates icon at the bottom of the page, and all the time you can click on it to see the latest updates. Updates are posted there as frequent as a few times per week! The Ecwid website is user friendly and you can manage everything for your store in one place. That's what I love most about this website. I canceled my godaddy account and made this website my business home for my brand. I started off with a free account then upgraded to venture where I could expand my brand with up to 100 products I could sell to my customers. Also with a lot of options for marketing and connecting your facebook and instagram shop and more. All of that is on one platform so it is very convenient for me to be able to manage everything I need to promote and sell my products even faster because of the advantage this site gives you as an entrepreneur. Customer support is very friendly and they are very prompt when asking your questions and getting your matter and issues resolve as quickly as possible. On my days off from work I am checking my website for updates and when I am not I get emails from Ecwid about how my store is doing and any tips to help me to promote my store. It's hard to say what I like "best," because there are a LOT of things to like! I love the customer service, for starters. When I was just a free user, if I had a question and clicked the "chat" button, I actually got an answer from a real human, not just a bot. That was the first sign this is a great company.
Once I started using the Enterprise Solution I realize just how comprehensive the platform is, without plugins! I've used Wordpress and Wix before. Wix has been easy, but very limited and not functional for growing into a large business. Wordpress is clunky and requires a lot of plugins for true functionality. Selldone is laid out very uniquely and you can tell the developers but a lot of effort into making it intuitive.
