While I like many of the features like the retractable left side menu and Kanban board, I may find the per-user customization a bit limited for my taste.

The features and set up can be a bit manul at times which makes onboarding this tool move slower than I would like. I wish some of the features were more intuitive and more UI focused. Customer facing interfacing is lacking in easy of use and can create bottlenecks. Support team is overseas and creates a less than seamless experience in terms of trying to resolve issues quickly. It helps keep internal processes and procedures clean and bullet proof. The customer facing URL gives customers a chance to particpate in the project roll out. The Forms feature makes it easy to gather and collect data. The files feature allows you to easily store documentation for each project which helps replace Google forms and Drive. The mobile app sucks. It's basically unusable and Smartsheet doesn't allow you to choose to use the mobile Chrome or Safari browser instead of the app. There is so much feature limitation on the mobile app. I honesly can't think of a system that is as awesome as Smartsheet that has a mobile app that is as limited and as terrible as it is. It would be easier to say what we don't use it more. We don't use it for ToDo lists or for messaging. We use Todoist and Slack for those. Otherwise, we literally use Smartsheet for our business.

I couldn't set more than one task responsible; when I try to assignee another person, the task is duplicated, and I didn't want this behavior. Another view I would like to see is a dropdown menu of Portfolios. Today we have only Projects, Teams and Starred. The main problem I had that Asana solved is the quantity of users that I can have. I need to share tasks and have the interation of my clients, and Asana fits perfect for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's difficult to see how much PTO or Vacation I have used. I would love to see that metric available always. In order to find that info, I have to run a report and manually calculate how much time I have charged to those categories. I have noticed for when I am doing accounting processes in Procore, it tends to round up to the nearest penny and throws off my totals. I do like the new views but as someone who constantly crunches number I prefer to see all my numbers in one screen without the need to scroll horizontally to the far right. Procore totals all my commitments for me. adds in the new totals whenever a change order is created, keeps all the costs organized and in place, provides an electronic papertrail, i especially love how it shows me the change history and which users inputted and changed information. These are all very beneficial to my accounting tasks and projects that I use Procore when the project is at the end of life cycle and ready to be deactivacted. #1 - it's starting to be a bit of a lead / follow-up board. We receive leads on people, subjects, businesses - we put them all into Trello. This is our primary list location for all future story tellers.

#2 - it is our action board, what we need to do on any given week. The other teammembers report their status here.

Autotask Professional Services Automation (PSA) helps in updating day to day data, docs, time logging, status of each and every ticket so that it will be useful for manager to track their employee. There was problem in our old system where checking everyone status and how many hours they have logged in and timeoff were not required approval but in autotask professional services Automation, Manager can get all the info and every week there is a option to submit the requests and manager has to approve it then only their time sheets will be prepared, this is major change which we bought to our organisation . If I were to have one dislike of the system it is this, sometimes the user interface feels a little clunky. A lot of the people who use the product in our business need more of an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Sage is solving to get our grants in the system but I am still not using everything that is offered fully. I feel llike I still do not know everything yet, even though I have been using this for almost a year now, I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. Xoro is helping us conncect everything in one place. Before, we would place purchase orders, create sales orders, and run our accounting system through three different places. As you can imagine, this got really complicated when trying to record simple things such as cost of goods and things like that. Xoro has helped simplify that. I have been using SAP S/4HANA Cloud for a while now and there have been many benefits that I could see. The time it saves is very important and effecient in delivering work.
