I'm pleased to say that I haven't encountered any downsides or issues with using Fellow. Its features only enhance the management of online meetings. Working in a fully remote company, I find this tool indispensable. It significantly improves our workflow and communication, making meetings more efficient and productive. Working in a fully remote company, I spend over 50% of my work hours in online meetings. Fellow helps by allowing me to define discussion topics in advance, ensuring all participants are aligned with the agenda and helping me keep track of important points.

During meetings, Fellow enables my team and me to take notes in a single shared space, preventing the spread of multiple documents that are harder to manage and share.

I would have to be really nit-picky to find something I don't like about Aha. If there is anything, it is just that the product has gotten so mature that there are a lot of settings and it takes some time to learn. I am currently researching two tpics: (1) The future of Estate Planning; and (2) The Opportunity and Responsibility for our generation to actively participate in digitization of analog atifacts (which in itself adds eall new value as each is added to the overall wealth of mankind). To me the only downside would be the AI that jumps on the calls. I know this is something that probably cannot be avoided but it just makes it feel like someone else is on the calls but know its another way it allows the system to take better notes of the calls. I do feel like the notes tab on the calls can be a little overbearing for me. When I see a bunch of words, lines and sections it can be a little overwhelming especially on a very busy day. Its solving how I communicate with my clients and helping me organize my calls as well. Before I tend to be all over the place with what was discussed on my calls. I knew what I needed to get accomplished but it felt like sometimes I did not always get to that point effeciently where Avoma has let me organize my calls and let me see what I have gone over and what I have missed. Another big thing is talk time. Before I did not realize how much I was talking on my calls and how little my clients talk and is still something I am trying to work on today. If you are transitioning from another platform like we were, there is only the option to upload feedback collected (from your previous application) but no way to upload your existing users (so they will get notified when the updates are released). And even if they are uploaded we would need a way to then associate them with each of their existing suggestions. This is the only reason I did not give them a full 10 of 10 above. Uservoice provides a platform for us to connect with the user problems. It gives a proper feedback of the product and help us fix the issues faced by the users. The biggest fault with Bright Idea is the lack of a mobile application that is functional and easy to use. They have an app for at least iOS, but it is buggy and zero improvements hve been made on it in the last 3 years. It has objectivly gotten worse, not better. We review and house many many solutions that vendors bring to us. Without this software we would have an impossible task in front of us. Our experience with Sessions.us has been deeply disappointing. Despite some positive aspects, the product’s numerous bugs and lack of responsiveness have significantly impacted our operations.

Bugs: The product is plagued with bugs and according to their replies, they know about it. For instance, changes made while editing meeting agendas were not saved. Additionally, using custom SMTP to send event emails from our address was ineffective. Every response from support was "We are aware of this issue and working on fixing it as soon as possible."

The damaging event: During our third event, attendees and even speakers faced insurmountable issues. Despite registering, they couldn’t join the session, we had to send them a link to Teams. This not only disrupted our event but also damaged our reputation.

Silence from Sessions: We reported these critical issues to Sessions two weeks ago, but they did not respond. We even escalated to the CEO, yet still no reply. According to their product information, they should respond within 48 hours, which clearly didn’t happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is solving several key problems for me, primarily around performance management and employee engagement. It helps streamline goal setting and tracking, ensuring that my team stays aligned and focused. Trying to take notes and create tasks from a meeting is tedious, and I often miss things. With these notes, I can easily copy and paste the tasks right into my task management system and assign as needed. It is still a little buggy. Seems like their development team is working hard to make the experience for users a little more smooth. Currently, sometimes I can't play videos in full screen and occasionally the pause and play button is not responsive. If you also don't take the time to optimize your notifications, you may end up in a scenario where you, your team and your clients may be receieving too many emails after calls, notifying you of available meeting recordings, comments on videos, first views and invites to Claap. Claap is helping my team and I track and document conversations with team members in internal meetings, eliminating the need for a dedicate minute taker and it is helping us do the same for external meetings with clients and prospects. We can also easily share these recordings with clients and prospects as a link which they can also use to refer to the topics discussed and action points scheduled. It is hard to monitor the progress of submissions when skipso prescribes deadlines. I have no way of knowing when they are coming up as regards entries i am to judge and this results in my missing deadlines and working under pressure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sideways 6 collates all ideas into one place and provides multiple ways of filtering those, to view them by date, stages, submitter, etc. Sideways 6 makes it so much easier to create reports and data sets from a mix of qualitative and quantative data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is small, but I was having difficulty in receiving timely responses from the support team. Timely is defined as within 24-48 hours during business days. However, the leadership team stepped up and set a call with me directly to solve the issues I was experiencing. My team and I not only have our list of action items from each meeting and timelines for any follow-up meetings, but we also capture insight into our product and the sentiment of our customers toward our company. I would not say I dislike the following items, but mostly that they could be improved in future versions:

- Sorting on multiple fields in a table view

- Making custom-fields mandatory

- Searching data across custom fields in a table view

- Prohibiting the deletion of items, once they have been synced to Jira

- Alerting Product Managers on specific events (for example when a date slips)

Craft is here to

- act as the single source of truth for all Product Management tasks (backlog, prioritization, roadmaps, specifications, aligning work with the company strategy)

- make it easy to create and share a common view of the roadmap, targeted at different audiences (internal / external) and presented at different levels of detail (high-level Initiatives, Solutions, Features)

- collect Feedback from various teams and tie it to new Product features
