What I like best about Fellow is its seamless integration with Google Meet through a browser extension. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to create templates for recurring meetings. This feature saves time by pre-defining talking points, ensuring consistency across meetings and making it easier to stay focused on the agenda.

Another great feature is the app's functionality to access past meeting notes and review assigned action items. This helps keep track of progress and ensures nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.

Working in a fully remote company, I spend over 50% of my work hours in online meetings. Fellow helps by allowing me to define discussion topics in advance, ensuring all participants are aligned with the agenda and helping me keep track of important points.

What do you like best about Aha!?

It is so easy to create any roadmap I need across multiple products in our company! If I'm asked to give a "different" view of a roadmap for a meeting tomorrow, I'm no longer terrified :). The ability to create dynamic roadmaps has saved me a huge amount of time over the old way of storing product specific roadmaps in PPT files. I use Aha every day to keep myselef organized across products and if I'm ever stuck, I know I can depend on customer support to answer my questions quickly and with valuable information.

I have to add that I love how Idea management works, and how easy it is to promote ideas to work-items in roadmaps and keep all the records connected. We also have an easy integration with Jira, that meant we could easily implement Aha on top of our existing development process without impacting those teams too much. What do you dislike about Aha!?

I would have to be really nit-picky to find something I don't like about Aha. If there is anything, it is just that the product has gotten so mature that there are a lot of settings and it takes some time to learn. What do you like best about Avoma?

The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific. So I looked back at the scorecard, looked at which questions I was missing more often and then made it a point to make sure to ask those on my calls and the quality has improved significantly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

To me the only downside would be the AI that jumps on the calls. I know this is something that probably cannot be avoided but it just makes it feel like someone else is on the calls but know its another way it allows the system to take better notes of the calls. I do feel like the notes tab on the calls can be a little overbearing for me. When I see a bunch of words, lines and sections it can be a little overwhelming especially on a very busy day. What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its solving how I communicate with my clients and helping me organize my calls as well. Before I tend to be all over the place with what was discussed on my calls. I knew what I needed to get accomplished but it felt like sometimes I did not always get to that point effeciently where Avoma has let me organize my calls and let me see what I have gone over and what I have missed. Another big thing is talk time. Before I did not realize how much I was talking on my calls and how little my clients talk and is still something I am trying to work on today. What do you like best about Canny?

The website is user-friendly and well-designed. I liked the onboarding homepage reminder that kept me progressing through the setup steps of the tool. Once the website is shared with our clients this tool should work as expected. Having direct integration with Atlassian's JIRA means we can quickly incorporate it with our existing Sprints, Improvements, and Updates to our software products. Also, there were account-specific reminder emails to get me to not forget about the project setup. Within only a couple of weeks of intermittent work (on my part), we were able to see this system up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canny?

If you are transitioning from another platform like we were, there is only the option to upload feedback collected (from your previous application) but no way to upload your existing users (so they will get notified when the updates are released). And even if they are uploaded we would need a way to then associate them with each of their existing suggestions. This is the only reason I did not give them a full 10 of 10 above. I like the use of webstorms and the abilty to link ideas from one webstorm to the next. I also really liek the parent/child relationship you can create between ideas. Often times we end up with similar ideas and the ability to link them together eliminates the muddiness of the infomation being scatterede between many similar ideas. The biggest fault with Bright Idea is the lack of a mobile application that is functional and easy to use. They have an app for at least iOS, but it is buggy and zero improvements hve been made on it in the last 3 years. It has objectivly gotten worse, not better. What do you dislike about Sessions?

Our experience with Sessions.us has been deeply disappointing. Despite some positive aspects, the product’s numerous bugs and lack of responsiveness have significantly impacted our operations.

Bugs: The product is plagued with bugs and according to their replies, they know about it. For instance, changes made while editing meeting agendas were not saved. Additionally, using custom SMTP to send event emails from our address was ineffective. Every response from support was "We are aware of this issue and working on fixing it as soon as possible."

The damaging event: During our third event, attendees and even speakers faced insurmountable issues. Despite registering, they couldn’t join the session, we had to send them a link to Teams. This not only disrupted our event but also damaged our reputation.

Silence from Sessions: We reported these critical issues to Sessions two weeks ago, but they did not respond. We even escalated to the CEO, yet still no reply. According to their product information, they should respond within 48 hours, which clearly didn’t happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MeetGeek.ai?

I've tried a few different AI note takers, and this one does far better. It also records the whole meeting automatically. I even use the mobile app to record in-person meetings. The transcription I used to get from Microsoft Teams automatically didn't do a great job. I think it is because MeetGeek uses AI to run through the text to figure out what I actually said to correct spelling and punctuate properly. The summaries are really on point, and they give time stamps to the place in the video to review if I want. Claap's meeting recording is easy to use and the meeting transcription is very accurate. They ability to search through the transcription for key words is ideal when you quickly need to get to a point where certain words were said to get additional context. I also really like their AI sales coaching assitant. It provides useful insights that Sales staff can use to refine their approach to Sales calls and not only sharpen their skills, but also better structure their calls. The speaker insights also provide a useful overview of how speaking time is distributed over the duration of the call and this can help Sales people measure the level of engagement of thier prospects during calls and also help them refine their communication in future calls. What do you dislike about Claap?

It is still a little buggy. Seems like their development team is working hard to make the experience for users a little more smooth. Currently, sometimes I can't play videos in full screen and occasionally the pause and play button is not responsive. If you also don't take the time to optimize your notifications, you may end up in a scenario where you, your team and your clients may be receieving too many emails after calls, notifying you of available meeting recordings, comments on videos, first views and invites to Claap. I've been using Craft on a daily basis for the past few months.

Supports simple to quite complex projects, that span across business segments.

Very easy to add new fields and shape the data the way you want them

Very easy to create new views and slice & dice the data in multiple ways

UI is easy to understand and navigate

Has improved the way we manage the backlog, prioritize items, prepare the committed and uncommited roadmap and have a consolidated view across all our business segments.

Bidirectional Jira integration, that can work across different Jira Projects.

Implementation was been straight forward from Craft's side. Delays were due to us having to re-think our processes and align with best practices

The customer success team have been absolutely fabulous so far, going the extra mile on many occasions.

What do you dislike about Craft.io?

I would not say I dislike the following items, but mostly that they could be improved in future versions:

- Sorting on multiple fields in a table view

- Making custom-fields mandatory

- Searching data across custom fields in a table view

- Prohibiting the deletion of items, once they have been synced to Jira

- Alerting Product Managers on specific events (for example when a date slips)

What do you like best about Hirebook?

We are a start-up of 20 employees and used HireBook to improve communications with the marketing and revenue teams. HireBook is easy to use and well-suited for small teams. Their customer service is excellent. We used the tool to organize agenda for team meetings as well as get individual weekly updates from each member of the team. What do you like best about Reclaim.ai?

It's super easy to use, and integrates with my calendar well. I previously used Motion, which I liked, but it just wasn't intuative. You had to manually do everything, which if I'm honest... felt like I was wasting time. I discovered Reclaim by accident, and thought I'd give it a whirl. Two Words... Game Changer!

The habits feature has to be my favourite thing, In a few minutes I was able to add in details about all of my most mundane but regular tasks, and Reclaim literally slots them in perfectly to my schedule. It was really easy to setup. It also manages my tasks super seamlessly. When I started using the app, I had 3-4 weeks worth of work pre-booked.

Reclaim has improved my efficiency by 25-30% at least, allowing me time to add in personal time, as well as better schedule my tasks based on priority, and due date, and length to complete. It reschedules things seamlessly around meetings, and other more important tasks, and I haven't missed a single deadline. I've now got weeks back!

Seriously... I use Reclaim every day, I'm working on the same amount of projects but significantly more efficiently. Great app, and affordable price compared to Motions high price for less features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reclaim.ai?

There aren't really many negatives. I think there are some suggestions, like more integrations with other apps would be great - and a mobile app would be fantastic - although, the webapp is still good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Wazoku?

I really like the level of customization within the program. We can set up the challenges exactly how we want them, from user premissions, to steps and prompts, right down to the appearance of the site. Once you learn how to work the back-end of the program, it's pretty easy to set it up exactly how you want it. Also the customer support has been phenomenal. Questions are answered quickly and they allow improvement suggestions to be submitted through their Wazoku Connect platform. What do you dislike about Wazoku?

Navigation and processes are less intutive than I would like them to be at times. This makes it hard to teach less tech-savvy users how to sumbit, review, and progress ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
