It is so easy to create any roadmap I need across multiple products in our company! If I'm asked to give a "different" view of a roadmap for a meeting tomorrow, I'm no longer terrified :). The ability to create dynamic roadmaps has saved me a huge amount of time over the old way of storing product specific roadmaps in PPT files. The most helpful part about avoma for me is the feedback after my calls. Such as how much I talked vs how much the client talked during the calls. I tend to over talk on some of the calls so its allowed me to look back at them and to see how much I tend to do that. So it allows me to have more insight. Another feature that I use for every call is the scorecard feature. This alone has helped raise the quality of my calls. Its very easy to think that you covered everything that you need to on the calls but Avoma allowed me to actually see some key points that I was not bringing up on the call which can be crucial. It allowed me to see that some of those questions I was asking in a very broad since and not being specific. The website is user-friendly and well-designed. I liked the onboarding homepage reminder that kept me progressing through the setup steps of the tool. Once the website is shared with our clients this tool should work as expected. Having direct integration with Atlassian's JIRA means we can quickly incorporate it with our existing Sprints, Improvements, and Updates to our software products. Also, there were account-specific reminder emails to get me to not forget about the project setup. I like the use of webstorms and the abilty to link ideas from one webstorm to the next. I also really liek the parent/child relationship you can create between ideas. Often times we end up with similar ideas and the ability to link them together eliminates the muddiness of the infomation being scatterede between many similar ideas. I've tried a few different AI note takers, and this one does far better. It also records the whole meeting automatically. I even use the mobile app to record in-person meetings. The transcription I used to get from Microsoft Teams automatically didn't do a great job. I think it is because MeetGeek uses AI to run through the text to figure out what I actually said to correct spelling and punctuate properly. The summaries are really on point, and they give time stamps to the place in the video to review if I want. It's super easy to use, and integrates with my calendar well. I previously used Motion, which I liked, but it just wasn't intuative. You had to manually do everything, which if I'm honest... felt like I was wasting time. I discovered Reclaim by accident, and thought I'd give it a whirl. Two Words... Game Changer!
The habits feature has to be my favourite thing, In a few minutes I was able to add in details about all of my most mundane but regular tasks, and Reclaim literally slots them in perfectly to my schedule. It was really easy to setup. It also manages my tasks super seamlessly. When I started using the app, I had 3-4 weeks worth of work pre-booked.
Reclaim has improved my efficiency by 25-30% at least, allowing me time to add in personal time, as well as better schedule my tasks based on priority, and due date, and length to complete. It reschedules things seamlessly around meetings, and other more important tasks, and I haven't missed a single deadline. I've now got weeks back!

I really like the level of customization within the program. We can set up the challenges exactly how we want them, from user premissions, to steps and prompts, right down to the appearance of the site. Once you learn how to work the back-end of the program, it's pretty easy to set it up exactly how you want it. Also the customer support has been phenomenal.
