What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot helps businesses quickly realize the benefits of a fully integrated approach to inbound marketing. It's a pure pleasure to see the improved performance that businesses achieve, and it happens because the product is intuitive, extremely user friendly, and provides a wide range of feedback loops that constantly encourage customers to continue their progress. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

As a company that's leaning forward, they occasionally sell to customers who shouldn't be buying, and they still haven't completely figured out the best ways to support and encourage their partners (Value Added Resellers, VARs), which sometimes results in short-term confusion and frustration both with customers and VARs. The great thing about HubSpot card scanner is that it instantaneously puts the data in your CRM. All you do is take a picture and it finds the content for you. I’ve found its complexity and steep learning curve a bit challenging, requiring significant training and time. Slow speeds and occasional downtime, have disrupted our operations, especially when dealing with large datasets. The user interface feels somewhat overwhelming, making it difficult to navigate and find what I need. What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I like predictive sending inside of the Automations, as well as the search feature. You can really find contacts easily. I also like the "last engaged date" feature which makes it easy to identify who is engaging with us. Its very easy to upload contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I wish they had predictive sending in Campaigns, not just automation. I want to be able to send single emails easily with predictive send, or at least use "contacts time zone", you have to chose a specific time. Sometimes the email building feature is a little hard to navigate. I think they are improving the segmentation, but that also is sometimes hard to understand. We used to get free consultations twice a year with an Activecampaign team member to help us with questions and if we can improve anything, but now that has been revoked. We’ve been working with Insider for the past 6-7 months now and what we really like about the platform is that it’s capable of showing results from the first month itself. We believe it’s all because of their time that works 24*7 to make the tool implementation process faster.

We’ve been able to show personalized emails to boost engagement and conversions for a wide variety of use cases thanks to Insider’s exhaustive pre-built template store. Their template store has been extremely helpful in allowing us to get started pretty quickly with creating personalized campaigns for different user segments. There’s nothing specific that we can point out here, but one thing we’d like to add is in the initial stage, it’s sometimes difficult to get used to the platform. But with some frequent training sessions from the experts and continuous support from the customer success team, understanding all the features of the platform becomes easy. What problems is Insider solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were finding it difficult to engage with our inactive and churned users. That’s why we need a solution that could help us bring back those users to our website, and keep them engaged and retained. Thus, to re-develop interest among them, we decided to use email as a channel to communicate with them. It took us a few days to decide which platform we should use and then we came to know about Insider.

With the help of their Digital Growth team, we were able to create segmented email campaigns as well as newsletters. Given that all these campaigns were highly personalized, we observed a good opt-in rate. Close is the most effective tool I've used for contacting leads as soon as they come into our crm, staying on top of them as well with multiple touch points and then efficiently being organized to help with follow up.

It is also very good at tracking data to see what my team is doing on a day to day basis and also how we can better optimize our outreach.

- The lack of WhatsApp support in the bulletin feature, limits our ability to fully leverage the channel that drives better CTR and click-to-conversion for our brand CARS24.

Clevertap helps us to nudge users with the relevant communication at the relevant times. Clevertap introduced us to the feature called Bulletin which helps us to send car back in stock and price drop campaigns not only to the last viewed car of the user but to any car they have shown interest in. Bulletin as a feature also helped us with good percentage of CTR from those campaigns and conversions as well. CTR%: ~21% and 25 car delivery using bulletin. And yet even after all that, somehow, by far the best thing is that the support you recieve from the Team is incredible and unparalleled. The live chat connects you directly to a real person who is qualified to give you in-depth assistance. Tom assisted me and answered my very specific questions in full, monitored the campaigns where I needed assistance, and followed up 24 hours later completely unprompted. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Capsule CRM is extremely user friendly and my whole team loves the simplicity of the dashboard. My sales team performance has been improved significantly ass it allows them to process leads and manage their pipeline effectively. I love the fact that it has Zapier integration.

The interface has been designed really well, especially when I compare this other CRM’s I have used. Our team has full visibility of projects, tasks and tracks. This is vital for our organisation. We started using Capsule CRM 10 years ago. About 2 years ago we moved over to Active Campaign as they had email marketing automation built in. However, our team’s performance dropped significantly. We moved back to Capsule CRM recently as they now have Transpond.io natively integrated. Transpond is an email marketing automation system, and this native integration makes this an incredibly powerful tool. We can now manage our contacts, pipeline, tasks and email marketing all from one place.

The interface is laid out extremely well and is very intuitive. Our whole team has visibility on all projects, tasks and sales activities. We use the sales pipeline feature to forecast our sales. It is an invaluable part of Capsule CRM as we can see where the leads are within our pipeline, and we can forecast our sales accurately. The added bonus is that Capsule CRM with Transpond.io is more competitively priced than other solutions!

In conclusion, I highly recommend Capsule to new or established businesses. This was the first CRM I used a long time ago, and after trying out other solutions, I have come back and my team a really happy we have made this transition. What do you like best about Instantly?

I think what I like the best is how easy it is to use Instantly for a beginner. I reckon they have all kinds of pieces of training which you can assist with as well if you are like me, new to cold email software. What do you dislike about Instantly?

I think what I don't like the most is integrating cold email campaigns with warm up email settings.

You have to go to campaign options to figure out how many emails a day you should use, but then you have to go to your email accounts and also change in the settings the number of daily warm-up emails. The segmentation tool still needs a lot of work. It's currently not possible for us to segment based on certain properties within events and we're only able to use most historical data within a 30 day period and for many of our segments, we do need to be able to go beyond the 30 days.
