I do not feel like there is enough support related to catalogs and cXML invoicing. I would like for there to be a better way to have it made public which suppliers offer catalogs (not just the Coupa Advantage suppliers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coupa has been beneficial lately in giving customers the option to have a more guided experience, where the "Write a Request" button used to be. We will be utilizing this to tie policies and links to, so that the experience is easier for the end users. Streamline does not fully support networking of multiple suppliers with single or multiple DCs. Adjusting forecast models also looks very dull and it does not provide a pool of options for forecast models. The tabs for forecast model info also can be more view - friendly and easy to use. Streamline helps solve inventory optimization, networking for intersite transfers and demand planning using features like demand sensing for demand planning to make supply chain efficient for all our clients who come with the need of a supply chain solution which is easier to integrate and implement within their organisation and is easier to use. If I were to have one dislike of the system it is this, sometimes the user interface feels a little clunky. A lot of the people who use the product in our business need more of an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Xoro is helping us conncect everything in one place. Before, we would place purchase orders, create sales orders, and run our accounting system through three different places. As you can imagine, this got really complicated when trying to record simple things such as cost of goods and things like that. Xoro has helped simplify that. There is not much I can say I dislike. I could nitpick at a few minor features, but it would be doing a disservice to the platform. However, if I had to select one improvement I wish would be made, it would be the ability to generate production order from the inventory replenishment screen. These processes were time- and labor-intensive, moreover, some crucial mistakes could occur due to a human factor. Honestly? Diskiles about Fulcrum are so short-lived with my company. With weekly updates and improvements, what might be a pain this week could easily be solved following an update. The platform is constantly changing, and Fulcrum is always listening to feedback. If something may not work for you in particular, reach out to your Rep, I guarantee they are either already working on an update for it or have solutions in place to help adapt Fulcrum to your needs.

time consuming for large data, and very hard to anaylysis while the working going wrong ,the journal entries entered wrongly it takes to much time to correct there is no shortcut to replacethe entries, you can open 2 tally windows and correct the wrong entries thsi is a solution while facing incorrect working.
