I’ve found its complexity and steep learning curve a bit challenging, requiring significant training and time. Salesforce has been very helpful for me as a Customer Success Manager at Okta. It helps me keep track of all my customer interactions and manage my sales opportunities efficiently. However, NX CAD has its drawbacks - the program is not quite friendly for new employees, which means that the process of their training may take a lot of time. This can further drop the potential for coming up with strategies for improvisation that help the team to speed up on projects. Due to its features, NX CAD allows addressing the task of effective cooperation within large design processes, enabling accurate modeling and making adjustments in processes and patterns. The main reason for moving to ZWCAD was on cost, but have to say I wish we had found this earlier. So number 1 is that there has been a big cost saving with no detriment to functionality.

I wish they had predictive sending in Campaigns, not just automation. I want to be able to send single emails easily with predictive send, or at least use "contacts time zone", you have to chose a specific time. Sometimes the email building feature is a little hard to navigate. I think they are improving the segmentation, but that also is sometimes hard to understand. We used to get free consultations twice a year with an Activecampaign team member to help us with questions and if we can improve anything, but now that has been revoked. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. Some aspects of the user interface are not completelly intuitive. I got some time getting used to the dynamic between Catalog and Bom, as, visually, they are extremelly alike. There are still some things that Onshape doesn't have that other CAD programs have had but every program seems to have something that others don't and it appears to just be a matter of time before Onshape will have added all the shortcuts that I was used to in other programs.

While the CRM software has many strengths, one disadvantage is that the initial setup can be time-consuming and may require some technical expertise to fully customize the templates and integrations according to specific business needs. What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Xoro is helping us conncect everything in one place. Before, we would place purchase orders, create sales orders, and run our accounting system through three different places. As you can imagine, this got really complicated when trying to record simple things such as cost of goods and things like that. Xoro has helped simplify that. There is not much I can say I dislike. I could nitpick at a few minor features, but it would be doing a disservice to the platform. However, if I had to select one improvement I wish would be made, it would be the ability to generate production order from the inventory replenishment screen. We started using Capsule CRM 10 years ago. About 2 years ago we moved over to Active Campaign as they had email marketing automation built in. However, our team’s performance dropped significantly. We moved back to Capsule CRM recently as they now have Transpond.io natively integrated. Transpond is an email marketing automation system, and this native integration makes this an incredibly powerful tool. We can now manage our contacts, pipeline, tasks and email marketing all from one place.

The interface is laid out extremely well and is very intuitive. Our whole team has visibility on all projects, tasks and sales activities. We use the sales pipeline feature to forecast our sales. It is an invaluable part of Capsule CRM as we can see where the leads are within our pipeline, and we can forecast our sales accurately. The added bonus is that Capsule CRM with Transpond.io is more competitively priced than other solutions!

In conclusion, I highly recommend Capsule to new or established businesses. This was the first CRM I used a long time ago, and after trying out other solutions, I have come back and my team a really happy we have made this transition. Siemens has chosen to make it more similiar to NX anad other siemens products.

Some user interfaces are now are harder to use then before, I guess it will need to get use to.
