Google meet is one of the first platform come to our use when after covid used for video conferencing in office and till now its in use for meetings, wonderful platform, very easy to use, already using gsuit tools for business and started using this.

best and mose easy to use among all related platform available in market. the best thing is major employee works from field and less educated , they are andorid user, so for that it is best, they dont have to setup anything else, they can easily join from there android device, without hustel. we tried some other tools as well for some short time, but that created lot of difficuties specifically for the field team who are not able to set up on new platforms and facing lot of issues. Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site. I work with my vendors and they have a different ID, and gave me their ID and i have my office ID, I can seamlessly switch between profiles BUT when i am on a meeting in one profile it does not show in my other profile as "On call" so people dail me directly, we should be able to show same atatus across profiles when logged on Same system

Currently as per my organinzations settings or subscription we are not able to call people on their mobile (call cell number) directly from teams, but i guess this is a feature we need to subscribe or enable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

things i dislike about webex is that for a new user its hard to understand as a beginner it will take quite a time to learn hoe to use it and implement it , even sometimes it shows lags and performs poor which creates frustations like in using whiteboard its not fully efficient ,and another thing is the cost which is quite high then other similar products in the market, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the webex suit is solving the problem of good virtual remote communication and meeting by providing good high-quality video conferencing solution with many different tools like whitboard screen sharing and also providing meeting like interface ,it allow me to conduct virtual meetings efficiently and which gives me ease of arranging meetings from my comfort,this saves my time enhances my productivity and makes it easier to connect to anyone from anywhere so the problem of arranging meetings remotely and efficiently is greatly solved by webex suit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Skype for about 2 years now and, luckily did not encounter any issue that makes me dislike the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Earlier connecting with cooleagues was difficult but now with SKYPE everything is easy and sorted. We use SKYPE for our communications, meeting with remote employees and sending documents over the platform. There are alot of customizations that you can make from a notification standpoint which is great. However, I wish Slack had a section within the platform that easily showed the user how they can edit and customize their notification settings for a better experience. The main problem that Slack solves for me is having the ability to have instant access to my colleages in a remote setting. It has really helped me streamline my communication and get quick responses so that I can move my projects forward effectivley. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hugh downside for us is that we can not add contracted employees. We are a small company and have 4 contracted employees which do not need to use any of the feature (like requesting time off, payroll, etc.) in BambooHR, therefore it doesn't pay to pay for them to be added to BambooHR. Since their isn't a way to add this type of contractor for free, they do not show on the company dircetory and we have to maintain a seperate company directory.

I also wished we could link the Who's out calendar to our current calendar instead of just adding another calendar in out Outlook. Would also like to see entries in the Who's out calendar show notes from the time off requests, or be able to add notes that are not lost when the calendar refreshes. Right now if an employee takes of half of a, there is no way to note if they are out in the am or pm.

Do not like the asset tracking. I would like to have a main location to add an asset and assign it from there instead of having to recreate the same equipment anytime it is reassigned to someone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When approving time off requests, BambooHR show you who else is schedule off during that time. This helps us manage and maintain adaquate coverage. Overall, Calendly has streamlined my scheduling process, allowing me to focus more on my work rather than the logistics of meeting arrangements. Pretty much every aspect of this phone service is second rate; the mobile app gets a C-; the online admin portal gets a C; it is difficult to manage callflows and voicemails. Desktop app gets an F as it does not make managing any aspect of my experience better. Does not meet any of the things you might expect from a modern, software-first VOIP system. Difficult to use. It has been difficult to talk to service on the phone. Everything gets handles through email. Sometimes the written word gets misinterpreted and I think this may have led to our delay in fully implementing Openphone in our business structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our clients are constantly asking to text us. Some people in our office have accomodated them by providing their personal cell phone numbers. As a business owner, this makes me uncomfortable. I want them to be able to enjoy their time away from the office and not every client is reasonable and understands this. I wish that Rippling integrated with our timecard system more seamlessly for time off requests. We have found a solution that works for us, but it does reqiure an extra step. Google Workspace solves several problems for me as a student. It allows me to easily collaborate with classmates on group projects using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, all in real-time. There are no specific points to dislike about Keka however the response from the customer support team sometimes takes longer. The process flow is lengthier and it consumes more time to read the entire module to understand the process. Keka helps to resolve the manual calculations that are involved in payroll processing. It helps to circulate Form 16 easily to all the employees. It helps to calculate the income tax and document collection in one place. The leave and attendance management module makes it easier to track the employees attendance and penalize them whenever required. Keka is very useful for performance management and to implement the OKR module to track the performance of the resources. It helps in terms of goal setting, performance evaluation, and feedback sessions, which motivates employee engagement and growth. Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

I don't think it would be fair to criticise any features of Surfboard, because the team are so receptive to feedback, requests and recommendations. Excel-based scheduling was problematic - unable to drill down to granular needs such as break/lunch placement. Surfboard allows us to be as specific as we need with break placements, meaning we can avoid breaks/offline activities during key times.

Staff couldn't access their shifts from home, which meant that we regularly had issues with staff turning up at the wrong time or even days. Ability to access Surfboard on the website, or integrating Surfboard with their phone calendars has pretty much eliminated shift errors.

It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. We don't need to login into various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, DIce, etc.) instead just use the "Integrated search" method and find candidates on every job board with ease.
