What I appreciate the most about iMIS is its ability to house all the components of our organization inside of one, easy-to-use platform. Myself and our team are inside the platform every day and we've found this to be the most superior AMS platform. We searched for literal years before deciding on iMIS EMS back in 2020. In my company we use Dashboard to easily access sellers' profiles since we are an online company that sells used cars therefore we rely heavily on this software. It also easily allows us to see the name and details of the dealer that bought the seller's car, we can see what documents the seller has uploaded so we can know which are missing so we can chase them. When I started using MemberLeap, I had never used software to create web content before. I was surprised at how easy it was to create and update web content. The interface is extremely intuitive and it is easy to learn the multiple functionalities of the software.
MemberLeap is also extremely responsive to help troubleshoot issues. Recently, I had to reach out to them to get a quote on how much it would cost to make a couple of edits to our web layout. They responded within a couple of days and were very clear on price.

I love the ease of use and speed with which it pulls information out of the database. It's easy to write reports, handle accounts and donations, and I love the duplicate account management capabilities. We coupled with with the Windfall integration to get wealth management information for our donors and the marriage of the two has led to some great insights and fundraising strategies and segmentation.
The Neon Academy seems very thorough and we've used it a lot. The onboarding process was simple and very professional, including importing data from our previous donor management solution.

Perhaps the best thing is the reporting. It's easy to create reports - quite unlike our old donor management system!!! It's fun and fast to create those reports and then it's easy to share them.
The built in commuications (email, campaigns, etc.) are great, even the ability to send external email messages to the donor record. The timeline of activities is really useful for our fundraising team so they can see where they left off and what their next steps should be.
We're not using the workflows a lot yet, but they seem to work great. I expect we'll be using them a lot more in the future.
We use it CONSTANTLY every day, and there are even more features we'll start using like volunteer management, events, grant management and pledge/payment tracking.

Our association has been using GrowthZone software for a couple years now, and we've been completely satisfied with the system - from the onboarding process to day-to-day tasks. We used to have a separate website and (clunky) database. In addition to this, we have a separate forum, and manually managed all of our events bookings. ReadyMembership effectively and efficiently moved all of this into one package, increasing workplace efficiency enormously. The benefits of association members being able to log in to the website, access their own areas are transformative, as they can access specifically tailored benefits, be shown tailored professional development opportunities, and easily book courses and conferences. Implementation was straightforward, and well-managed by the Pixl8 team, and I was impressed with how quickly the senior team would get involved if anything needed smoothing over.

I can embed HTML widgets into almost any website and can customize the fields as well as layout. It is a lot more flexible than other membership software I have tried. I have used it for business associations, networking groups and even created a directory of properties for a real estate association. Mobilize has an intuitive, user-friendly interface with low- and no-cost options for organizations to create and manage an online community. It is feature-rich. It supports a list-serve, onboarding and management of membership rosters, includes mini-profiles for each member that are viewable by the community, document management, and is customizable. Our professional organization is a volunteer-run and has no budget. We do not have a website, so our members rely on Mobilize to be our online hub and sharing spot. ClubRunner is a membership management and communication platform for clubs and districts.
ClubRunner is exactly what we needed! We developed our new website with every component that we wanted. It's easy to create and the support team is outstanding! We've occasionally had questions and we get responses same day or next day, often with links to video directions. Our organzation's website coordinator says this is her favorite platform that she's ever used. I'm not a techy person but have been able to easily upload design components onto our website. Our members have found logging on to be easy and the site to be intuitive. We also LOVE that ClubRunner has an app so that you can access member info from your phone. Nimble AMS is an enterprise class association management system with features needed to manage your professional or trade association and CRM.
Support staff is a big plus on a day to day basis. Support is a big issue especially when you are learning a new system. The Nimble 'app' built on Salesforce works great. Occassionally we come across a bug but Nimble is always right on top of it to get the fix out. Another PLUS.
Updates come 3 times a year right after Salesforce's. Nimble makes the updates easy, easier than any other system I've worked with. (But you are alway still beholding to Salesforce.)
I have worked with other AMSs before, the one feature I love is the Express Pay URL. What's so special? When your membership belongs to a company and employees are members by default, your main contact may be the company owner. If you send an electronic renewal invoice the owner, he/she will most likely pass that along to the A/P department - who is NOT going to create an account and log in and may not even be able to see the invoice directed at the owner. With Express Pay URL - you send the link to the owner, he/she forwards the email and ANYONE can pay the invoice online w/out logging in. All they need is an active credit card.
