Just how detailed the information on workstations and servers we can get without having to be intrusive with the office and (possibly) interrupt their workflow. Having all the information without needing to log in anywhere makes this EoL search a dream for our techs. The ability to implement the agent via a simple package for deployment is fantastic! Not only the agent but the audit reporting to pull specs without any additional remote logins etc is phenomenal! Microsoft Entra is one of the best solutions Microsoft offers for verifying and identifying enterprise technology assets such as laptops and mobile phones. It ensures that only the right people have access to specific resources. What I like the most are these three features: multi-factor authentication with the Microsoft Authenticator app, identity management for each device, and its integration with BitLocker, which provides full disk encryption for the asset. From my perspective, the biggest plus is centralized switch management for Cisco products. I don't need to take time to look up the IP for the switch, SSH into it, take a copy of the config before, and after for my records and everything else. I can find it quickly in Entuity, it's already taken a backup of my config, then I select the port I need to change, apply the change and I can be confident it will reliably take a new copy of the config. Implementation was great thanks to Customer Support provided, Peter got us up and going within a week of the implementation call. I'm finding myself checking Entuity every day multiple times a day to get background information for my tickets.

Recently we360.ai upgraded its platform with several new features as an admin i am particularly impressed with the new features with the new alert feature this feature provides me with inactivity alerts for users which include the folowing details the users name, a specific URL, the date, a description of the alert, the type of alert, the individual the alert was triggered for and the exact time it was triggered. Each student can sit down at any computer running Jamf Connect and log on with their Entra ID credentials. It will create a local account for the student if one doesn't yet exist, and then sync their Entra ID password with the local account. The just-in-time account creation makes this product perfect in lab enviornments where you do not know ahead of time who will need to log onto the computer.

Another awesome feature is the ability to customize the login window completely. You can create a polished, professional, branded login window that really looks good. It's awesome to have the school's name and logo right there where everyone logs on.
