What do you like best about Whova?

Before attending a conference called "A home for Everyone" last year, I was informed that they were using a new app called “Whova”. I was initially concerned as am not technology savvy, and this was the platform they were using. There would be no agendas or handouts printed at the conference, I am used to bringing back lots of resources to save in my binders for reference. Panic was already setting in before I even got there. Much to my surprise, the days of the conference went much smoother than I expected. the ease of implimentating this app was easier than I first thought. I was able to see all the attendees and the contact information they provided, I could see all the presentations and handouts that they would be providing at the sessions, I could prepare my questions that the presentation did not tell me ahead of the actual presentation. I felt empowered with the options that were available to me. While I was not able to learn everything before the conference, I was able to look at it the additional options before this year’s conference and must admit it allows me to take additional notes on this app during the presentation right on my phone, tablet, or computer.

When talking with the presenters of the conference, that advised me of the abilities that this app has far outweighs the competitors. This app allows me to engage in discussion with the presenters, set up meet-up meetings to engage in networking discussions with peers from different parts of the world, talk about trends, and discuss solutions other have used and what worker and did not work so well for them. This is not just a local app, but worldwide option. The possibilities are endless. I also appreciate the feedback from the company asking what worked, what was missing, what other options would benefit me and my company. What do you dislike about Whova?

I have not been able to find any downsides to this app as of the moment. I will follow-up with you as I continue to use this app. Thank you for your follow-up.

I will tell you I really enjoyed the option to add a poll, although would have liked an options to be other, and allow others to fill in, and not just provide 4-5 options. What do you like best about vFairs?

We were late to the game signing up vFairs but they jumped right in and helped through every step of the way. Day and Night. The apps were amazing and letting us configure to our wishes was fantastic. Hamda and Candice were very helpful and was willing to do most anything we asked.

Lastly the 2 days of our show we had Roger as our on site rep. He was outstanding helping out, showing us the ins and outs of the ipads and always had a smile on his face.

Jot From is easy to use and robust. Getting started with creating a new form and implementing it is super easy and intuitive.

What problems is Jotform Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some repairs our technicians perform require a form to be filled out for the inspection. The form has historically been in paper format. Now that our technicians have started doing repairs and inspections at the customer's location versus in a shop environment, this would mean that these forms would be floating all over the state and have a high potential of getting lost. What do you like best about PandaDoc?

PandaDoc is very affordable for small businesses. It has enough features to help streamline the "get a contract signed" process. I love the feature of being able to assign information and signature fields to different users and that PandaDoc notifies me when everyone has completed their part. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

There aren't many downsides to PandaDoc, but if I'm being really nitpicky...

* Creating documents can be a little tedious in getting data fields to align properly with the text.

* If you are copy & pasting from existing Word (or other) documents, the initial "paste" requires some dilligence in getting it properly formatted to PandaDoc.

* Printing out a PDF of an agreement often comes out really misaligned - to the point of being indecipherable.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything can be done digitally for our clients. We used to send PDF templates of our contracts. Other than those with upgarded Adobe features, everyone else had to print the PDF, manually fill out the info, and then scan/photograph the doc and send it back to us. Having used NetSuite for several years, I've come to appreciate how it transcends the role of a traditional ERP and functions as a comprehensive business platform. NetSuite is not just a tool for accounting or operations; it's a central hub that integrates and streamlines all facets of our business activity. From financial management to supply chain operations, administrative tasks, and beyond, NetSuite offers a unified solution that empowers every department within our organization. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. What do you like best about Signaturely?

I love that signaturally is a very simple design.That makes it super easy for people to sign a contract. We do a lot of work with contractors and use signaturally design art, non disclosure agreements, and Statements of work. I also love that you can bulk send agreements and it integrates with Google Drive. I haven't used it, but it also has forms. What do you dislike about Signaturely?

In my last position, the ability to ask people questions who aren't necessarily on the approval list made it easier to properly code and process invoices. Now that I'm in AP, its great to see how those questions make it so the invoice is right when it comes to me for final payment approval. Additionally, the ability to find an invoice regardless of where it is in the process with the search feature is a huge help to answer calls and questions from vendors. What do you like best about Swoogo?

After using Swoogo for 6.5 years, I have come to value this platform as one of the key aspects in the success of our events. I create registration sites for 30-40 events annually and spend most of my day in the Swoogo platform. The platform is exceptionally intuitive for event the most basic user. I love that anyone can use it, but you can truly make the pages your own. The cutom reporting, the various website templates, and the ability to add many external features make Swoogo a fantastic platform. My favorite thing about Swoogo is the individualized support that they provide to customers. I have never waited long for an answer and even when we had a complex situation arise, the Swoogo team kept us updated and outlined exactly what occurred so we could eliminate any future issues. The Swoogo team truly takes feedback of their customers into account and is constantly rolling out new features that users suggest. What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?

In my work day as legal professional, I am constantly using PDF documents (editing, changing, documenting, and required for submissions). In addition, sending documents for signature electronically has to be easy. I was having difficulties with my paid Adobe subscription. Not having my own IT professional in house for assistance, I had to figure out what the issues were and why they kept happening with Adobe. Eventually, as I couldn't get answers and problems kept occuring with Adobe, I started the search for an alternative document editing software. After research, reviewing, and testing, I decided Foxit looked to be the choice to meet all my needs for PDF document creating, editing, security, and ease of use. Plus, the price point was in my range (and less than previous subscription of Adobe). I have used it for +1 month now. It integrates seemlessly with my other systems (Microsoft user, Brother printing/scanning) and has been quite easy to navigate. My staff loves Foxit much better than Adobe which caused everyone headaches from time to time. Due to the cost of Adobe to add additional users, I had to monitor the implementation of the licenses. With Foxit, the cost was within the same budet so that all the appropriate licenses I needed to get are included in what was purchased. What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?

I added Foxit eSign as an add-on as that was something I needed. I understand that it is a different and distinct service, but in this day and age with the frequency of electronic signatures on the rise, it really should be part of the underlying 'basic' package. I have yet to find anything to dislike. It's been a smooth ride, and everything works just as I need it to for my document management needs. What do you like best about Foxit eSign?

being able to upload a document and create a template for forms that you use on the daily. You can also enforce conditions such as MFA for the signers, you can also enforce signature order, once the first person signs then it goes to the next. It is easy to create forms using their forms creater. I cant wait to learn on how to use more of the features. We are also getting our patients to sign our forms faster. What do you like best about Docusign?

I love the ease of being able to sign a document electronically and send it to other signatories. It is seamless and easy. I like that I can see the progress of the document in terms of which signatory needs to sign it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign?

This could be a feature that exists but that my organization has not made available to its employees, but I dislike that I cannot add my own template to my Docusign account. In many instances I have needed to send the same document, but adjusted a few fields for date or name, but I have had to create it from scratch each instance. I also dislike that Docusign will not allow me to change my last name, which I legally changed once I got married. I changed it in my account settings, but I could not adjust my actual signature. User-friendly, I like the UI of the platform. Our sales team creates different contract terms with custom billing schedules to close enterprise deals. Zenskar was able to translate these terms and billing schedules into an automated billing workflow. It was impressive. What do you dislike about Zenskar?

Nothing major comes to mind. It takes some time to get used to the product, but Zenskar team handheld me configure our contracts on the platform. It was a one-time effort. Now all the deals from HubSpot get created automatically in Zenskar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. Zenskar helped us create custom revrec rules for different billing schedules, and created journal entries (ASC 606 compliant) with no errors. It also integrates well with QuickBooks and Stripe. What do you like best about Eventcombo?

When you use the Eventcombo platform, you will discover it has everything you need to plan and execute your event. The platform has all the necessary tools and its customisation capabilities are above par. I can’t get enough of its Event Website Builder, which makes designing an event website extremely simple and easy. What do you like best about Cvent?

The platform as a whole has many features to make it easy for event planners to manage their events from start to finish. The user face is clean and easy to navigate and very customizable to what we want to do. It is also very easy on the attendee side - very straightforward and simple.

The reporting feature is a life savor. Very customizable and detailed.

What do you dislike about Cvent?

It is a little on the pricy side to get the plan you want with everything included.

What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

I love that my invoices can be set up to auto-renew and come to my inbox to approve before they are sent out. I heavily use this app at the beginning of the month to make sure I get paid. What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

I know security is a big deal, and people really need better security, but to sign in, you have to have an authenticator on your phone, scan a QR code, and then enter a code after entering the typical user name and password. It just seems to be a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

The best thing about this is that it automatically saves the signed version directly to your Dropbox in the same folder, so there is no need to download a copy each time. There is also a feature that allows you to notify a third party when the document is signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

I have used this program for over a year. The older version worked well, but ever since the update that was installed a couple of months ago, there are so many glitches that are still unresolved.

1) When you drag any box (date signed, full name, textbox, etc.) over to put it on a line where you or your client should fill in any information, the text automatically appears in an oversized textbox, with the text floating in the top left corner, never actually on the line. When you hover the box over the line, it appears to fit directly where you want it, but when you place it, the text floats up to the top left, off of the line, so you have to adjust its position every time after first placing it.

2) I always type my name as the signature. In the edit box it shows up fine, but a tiny bit of the first letter is always cut off when I place my signature on the actual page.

3) The initials are always WAY too large to be put on a line the size of an average document. I resize them every time.

4) The copy/paste function is messed up. For example, I use contracts that have a line for clients to initial at the bottom of each page. I resize the initials on the first page then hit Ctrl-C. As I scroll down to the other pages in my document, my screen has to be in a very specific place on the page in order for the CTRL-P function to work. For example, if I am showing the top part of a page but the bottom right corner, where I want the initials box to be copied, is not in view for lack of scrolling down all the way, it will not paste. If I scroll down to where I can just barely see the bottom right corner, it works. However, if I scroll too far past the bottom right corner, barely onto the other page, the entire document goes blank. When this happens, I have to CTRL-Z to go back, at which point the paste command no longer works, and neither does the copy command when I try to go back up to copy the original intials box. The annoying fix in this case is to undo the attempted paste, create a new initials box since it no longer allows me to copy the first one, resize it because as I mentioned it is always disproportionately large for the page, hoping that it is close enough in size to the first box I created, and go down from there to paste it on each of the following pages. There should be an easy duplicate on each page option, or at the least, these glitches should be fixed.

5) I wish there were a way to view any document I pull up in a certain preset format. For example, because of the huge size of the signature box, I usually opt for "Fit to Width" at the top right. This is just another step I need to take with every document that could be easily fixed with preferred settings options.

6) I would like to see a quick option to add lines for signature for those contracts that I receive that do not already have signature lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?

This used to be the perfect solution for what I needed but with the glitches, it is getting more annoying to keep fixing everything I have to put on the page.
