When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. LogicGate is up and coming for the unique use for our instituition. As such, we are developing solutions together rather than having them in advance. While this is not a deal-breaker and does support the spirit of growth, it can delay certain ideas and implementations. These delays cause impatient stakeholders to create meetings to talk about developments upcoming, instead of what is being immediately rolled out.

Much of my productive time in work would be wasted in drafting emails, extracting data, and documenting communications. With the help of Power Automate, some of those tasks are performed automatically, while other tasks are carried out with a single click on my flows. One of the hardest things for me about the SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform is setting up—it can be very difficult, especially if you’re new to this product. Plus, it takes time to learn all the features, especially if you don’t already know things like RPA.

As a user, what I do dislike about Kissflow is the delays in customer responsiveness to resolving the technical issues they are facing. Moreover, the pricing structure can be a bit more complex for organizations with limited resources specifically limited to finances that may be the barriers to customization options according to the company's needs.
