I am able to get a AI generated insight into what happened in the call and also get recommendations as to next step. Also, I can listen into calls live. What do you like best about Nooks?

Nooks is an invaluable tool in my arsenal as an SDR. With quota and responsibilities always increasing, Nooks allows me to get more work done quickly. I use it every day hands down. It's extremely easy to use and intuitive - everything you would expect from a multidailer and more. They also are constantly innovating and adding new time-saving and quota acheiving features like dialing with area codes that prospects are more likely to pick up from. Whenever I need help, we have a shared Slack channel where I can directly ask their technical support team questions. I can't think of an issue that wasn't resolved in more than 24 hours. Nooks also integrates well with our Salesloft and Salesforce instance for easily tracking our metrics and keeping track of call sentiments across accounts. Customer support is okay, but I wish it was better, you always talk to someone else so if there is ever an issue it could be troublesome to fix, but fortunately most of the features usually work fine, but when there are more complex set ups like with the hub spot integrations and different admin accounts and super admin accounts, it makes it harder to fix when you talk to many different people Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot recommend Kixie enough. We operate on High Level, and we found that our previous dial-out system was really holding us back. After conducting market research, I discovered Kixie.

After reaching out, I was connected with a representative named Nate, who has been working diligently to ensure Kixie integrates seamlessly with our service, CRM, and workflow.

Our call outcomes have increased by literally 700%, and the passion behind this team is incredible.

Kixie is cheaper than most dialer systems when you choose the unlimited plan.

Calls are cheaper, and the local presence feature is a game changer! I am very glad to have found Kixie and thankful they hire folks like Nate to represent them so well.

There is not much that I dislike. The only fallback I had was that it is a very technical service, so it's easy to get lost in the dashboard when you first sign up. However, they have a ton of tutorial videos to walk you through everything. Once I took the time to learn how to use it and had a few Zoom calls with Nate, everything has been great. What do you like best about DialedIn by ChaseData?

I started using DialedIn by ChaseData in March of this year. After a month, I tried another dialer system/service and what a mistake. I could not wait to switch back over to DialedIn by ChaseData. First - I love the way it's set up. I can separate the Dial Pad and keep it off to the side for any outgoing calls I want to make physically. Second - it tracks my time on and breaks it down to actual work time, break time, wrap up time; all to better adjust my usage. Third - it has a calendar where I can view at a glance what appointments or call backs I have scheduled. It's just a really great system and I'm going to stick with it. What do you dislike about DialedIn by ChaseData?

I haven't come across any major issues or problems but "If" I were to mention anything, you have to use a USB Headset. I had already had a headset but it was non-USB and only a few months old so having to purchase a USB type made me roll my eyes. Again, not a major issue. The service they provide is still fantastic. What problems is DialedIn by ChaseData solving and how is that benefiting you?

Physically dialing a phone to reach a client is not a huge task but when DialedIn by ChaseData does it for you, it's incredible how many more folks you can get a hold of; you get more calls done in less time. What do you like best about PhoneBurner?

When I first demo'ed PhoneBurner, I was very pleased and had a good experience with their sales rep. The platform was easy to implement and worked okay as a temporary CRM. Initially their support was very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhoneBurner?

Post implementation, after using the platform for over a year, I have constant call quality issues (and do not have issues with any other calling platforms or video conferencing softwares.). I use the platform daily and find it rather unreliable, mainly due to poor call quality. The integrations Phoneburner offers are very basic and definitely leave lots to be desired. Close is the most effective tool I've used for contacting leads as soon as they come into our crm, staying on top of them as well with multiple touch points and then efficiently being organized to help with follow up.

It is also very good at tracking data to see what my team is doing on a day to day basis and also how we can better optimize our outreach.

Their support is also amazing and has helped me resolved anything I need in a timely manner.

On my personal experience I have been using Ozobetel since two yrs and above. And there are least complaints. We have hardly faced issue's. And one thing to highlight is the service that Ozonetel provides,any issues that's complicated, with in few minutes it gets resolved.

And access for Ozonetel is smooth, No bugs or issue while using. And talking about landing of the calls,the calls connect easily we haven't received any complaints regarding connecting of the calls.

I dislike the amount of bugs that Convoso cannot fix. For our team that is taking and receiving calls, we have it set up to go in a round robin order but it does not always go that way. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I have used Zoominfo Sales in most of my sales roles, it syncs perfectly with either Salesforce or Hubspot (I have used both) and is an invaluable tool in the sales world. If you are trying to bulid a list of prospects, it has excellent list building capabilities. You can dial way in on the type of company you want to target and the types of individuals within those companies that would be the most ideal to connect with. In addition to building out lead lists, you can search for specific companies and look at all of the individuals that Zoominfo has contact info for at those companies. Also, with the chrome extension, you can visit a website of a company you may be considering targeting and with a click you can see if there is a Zoominfo record associated with the website you are viewing. And lastly, you can export any company or contact right into your CRM with a few clicks. This both saves you time from needing to build records from scratch and it populates additional company info into your CRM record for a more complete company profile. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

The main issue that I run into is often the phone numbers and contact info is outdated. I know Zoominfo is pulling data from a multitude of sources on a regular basis to try and keep their info up to date, but even with these efforts, too often the info is incorrect. I don't believe any of Zoominfo's competitiors do this any better however, so it may be just something to be expected and accepted when using a business intel tool like zoominfo. What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are two major issues or pain points that Zoominfo solves within our sales organization. the first is the need we have to identify and reach out to potential companies and contacts that could use our services. Just searching google for these companies is never going to get you the type of data that Zoominfo provides. We can find companies all over the United States that fit our ideal client profile and dive into who is in what role within these organizations and what their contact info is. Often there are cell phone numbers, direct lines and email addresses available that makes targeted outreach so much more effective. The other problem Zoominfo addresses is the tedious work required to manually create client records in our CRM. Of course there will always be data that needs to be manually put in, but anything that can be found in Zoominfo can be exported right into HubSpot or Salesforce, allowing for detailed records, in mass, to be added directly to prospecting pipelines allowing for more time to be spent dialing and emailing and not doing tedious data entry. As a new customer of ReadyMode, we have been impressed with the platform's ability to enhance our communication with prospects.
