Nooks is an invaluable tool in my arsenal as an SDR. With quota and responsibilities always increasing, Nooks allows me to get more work done quickly. I use it every day hands down. It's extremely easy to use and intuitive - everything you would expect from a multidailer and more. They also are constantly innovating and adding new time-saving and quota acheiving features like dialing with area codes that prospects are more likely to pick up from. Whenever I need help, we have a shared Slack channel where I can directly ask their technical support team questions. I can't think of an issue that wasn't resolved in more than 24 hours. Nooks also integrates well with our Salesloft and Salesforce instance for easily tracking our metrics and keeping track of call sentiments across accounts. I started using DialedIn by ChaseData in March of this year. After a month, I tried another dialer system/service and what a mistake. I could not wait to switch back over to DialedIn by ChaseData. First - I love the way it's set up. I can separate the Dial Pad and keep it off to the side for any outgoing calls I want to make physically. Second - it tracks my time on and breaks it down to actual work time, break time, wrap up time; all to better adjust my usage. Third - it has a calendar where I can view at a glance what appointments or call backs I have scheduled. It's just a really great system and I'm going to stick with it. I have used Zoominfo Sales in most of my sales roles, it syncs perfectly with either Salesforce or Hubspot (I have used both) and is an invaluable tool in the sales world. If you are trying to bulid a list of prospects, it has excellent list building capabilities. You can dial way in on the type of company you want to target and the types of individuals within those companies that would be the most ideal to connect with. In addition to building out lead lists, you can search for specific companies and look at all of the individuals that Zoominfo has contact info for at those companies. Also, with the chrome extension, you can visit a website of a company you may be considering targeting and with a click you can see if there is a Zoominfo record associated with the website you are viewing. And lastly, you can export any company or contact right into your CRM with a few clicks.
