While I like many of the features like the retractable left side menu and Kanban board, I may find the per-user customization a bit limited for my taste.

The mobile app sucks. It's basically unusable and Smartsheet doesn't allow you to choose to use the mobile Chrome or Safari browser instead of the app. There is so much feature limitation on the mobile app. I honesly can't think of a system that is as awesome as Smartsheet that has a mobile app that is as limited and as terrible as it is. It would be easier to say what we don't use it more. We don't use it for ToDo lists or for messaging. We use Todoist and Slack for those. Otherwise, we literally use Smartsheet for our business.

I couldn't set more than one task responsible; when I try to assignee another person, the task is duplicated, and I didn't want this behavior. Another view I would like to see is a dropdown menu of Portfolios. Today we have only Projects, Teams and Starred. There is no other market tool that provides a system that manages a document's life cycle as completely as Laserfiche. When considering their system, make sure to look at the Workflow piece, Laserfiche Forms, and Records Management as part of your solution; they work so well together that it is difficult to think of using their system without those pieces. We are taking people out of the document management process. The primary benefit is that people can focus on more value-adding work instead of spending time tracking paper, filing paper, and storing paper. Lucid makes it much easier to lay out complex ideas and processes visually. Instead of struggling to explain things through text, I can create clear diagrams that everyone can understand. #1 - it's starting to be a bit of a lead / follow-up board. We receive leads on people, subjects, businesses - we put them all into Trello. This is our primary list location for all future story tellers.

#2 - it is our action board, what we need to do on any given week. The other teammembers report their status here.

The features and set up can be a bit manul at times which makes onboarding this tool move slower than I would like. I wish some of the features were more intuitive and more UI focused. Customer facing interfacing is lacking in easy of use and can create bottlenecks. Support team is overseas and creates a less than seamless experience in terms of trying to resolve issues quickly. It helps keep internal processes and procedures clean and bullet proof. The customer facing URL gives customers a chance to particpate in the project roll out. The Forms feature makes it easy to gather and collect data. The files feature allows you to easily store documentation for each project which helps replace Google forms and Drive. There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Previously we were made all diagrams in Mspaint and other platform now creately offers various customization options, allowing us to tailor diagrams to their specific needs. This includes customizable shapes, styles, colors, and fonts and many more.

The past rendition of MindGenius stage was not as undertaking detailing amicable as current variants and it took a touch of experimentation to get the correct configurations for announcing especially on financials. While assets and time distributions are basic, we actually need to send out the activities to all the more costing driven programming items to get exact costings and following on costings for projects. At first, we utilized MindGenius to catch and make organized web arrangements from gatherings. We utilized the note-taking, dismantling of contemplations, and re-development of brain guides to in a real sense make outlines and wireframes not long after gathering ends. There's not a lot of account-wide integrations available without using something like Zapier, but there are a lot of 3rd party tools that can be added to each project. There's also not a way to limit the client views in discussions like you can in Basecamp, they see all conversations on the projects, even internal ones, which can get messy or confusing for clients. I wish the Add People option was on a per-tool basis, not project wide. I also wish it did estimates or proposals just so I can get rid of a few other tools. Not much down side. I've led F100 PMO teams that were responsible for portfolio and project management tools and processes, including MS Project, Asana, Clarity PPM and Planview. WHile each tool has strengths, Meisterplan was quickest to onboard and least costly to maintain. Meisterplan's strength is modeling and comparing various scenarios for schedule and resourcing; it does this better than any PPM tool I've used. The project scoring functionality is flexible and IMO peerless. We can make far better-informed project selection, scheduling and pacing decisions and thereby improve the ROI on the projects we select and deliver. One of the unfortunate realities about Hive right now, is that it is not as polished and mature as products like Microsoft Project. There have been unintuitive/awkward/cumbersome UI interfaces at times. Sometimes when they roll out a release, there are bugs that break things that were working well, so they could improve their QA testing to minimize these instances.
