While I like many of the features like the retractable left side menu and Kanban board, I may find the per-user customization a bit limited for my taste.

The mobile app sucks. It's basically unusable and Smartsheet doesn't allow you to choose to use the mobile Chrome or Safari browser instead of the app. There is so much feature limitation on the mobile app. I honesly can't think of a system that is as awesome as Smartsheet that has a mobile app that is as limited and as terrible as it is. It would be easier to say what we don't use it more. We don't use it for ToDo lists or for messaging. We use Todoist and Slack for those. Otherwise, we literally use Smartsheet for our business.

I couldn't set more than one task responsible; when I try to assignee another person, the task is duplicated, and I didn't want this behavior. Another view I would like to see is a dropdown menu of Portfolios. Today we have only Projects, Teams and Starred. Hubstaff has been a huge help in solving the challenge of tracking my time and managing remote work effectively. Before using it, I struggled with manually logging hours and keeping track of how productive I was throughout the day. Hubstaff’s automatic time tracking and activity reports have made it so easy to see where my time goes. The screenshots and app monitoring features keep me on task, and I love how it simplifies invoicing and payroll, saving me hours every week. #1 - it's starting to be a bit of a lead / follow-up board. We receive leads on people, subjects, businesses - we put them all into Trello. This is our primary list location for all future story tellers.

Absolutely the biggest gripe is how Connecteam advertises a QuickBooks integration to export timesheets. This is inaccurate as you can only export regular hours. You cannot export PTO or OT from Connecteam to QBO......major bummer.

The ability to customize the home page or "Feed" page would be nice. The default shortcuts aren't always what's most frequently used by users.

Streamline does not fully support networking of multiple suppliers with single or multiple DCs. Adjusting forecast models also looks very dull and it does not provide a pool of options for forecast models. The tabs for forecast model info also can be more view - friendly and easy to use. Streamline helps solve inventory optimization, networking for intersite transfers and demand planning using features like demand sensing for demand planning to make supply chain efficient for all our clients who come with the need of a supply chain solution which is easier to integrate and implement within their organisation and is easier to use. Streamline's simplicity makes customer support faster along with a very helpful technical team which provides quick solutions to most of the problems faced by our client. If I were to have one dislike of the system it is this, sometimes the user interface feels a little clunky. A lot of the people who use the product in our business need more of an easy-to-use interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. There are things that I wish click time had but, I have come to realized that they do already exist in click time except our organization hasn't enabled them yet. For example I currently only see the time of people that are my direct reports. However, I have people across the organization that are impacting my budget and I have no way of knowing how much time they are applying to my budget. I have talked to our finance team though and learned that this is possible. But, they are worried about adding any other friction that might slow down the running of payroll. The features and set up can be a bit manul at times which makes onboarding this tool move slower than I would like. I wish some of the features were more intuitive and more UI focused. Customer facing interfacing is lacking in easy of use and can create bottlenecks. Support team is overseas and creates a less than seamless experience in terms of trying to resolve issues quickly. It helps keep internal processes and procedures clean and bullet proof. The customer facing URL gives customers a chance to particpate in the project roll out. The Forms feature makes it easy to gather and collect data. The files feature allows you to easily store documentation for each project which helps replace Google forms and Drive. I wish that Rippling integrated with our timecard system more seamlessly for time off requests. We have found a solution that works for us, but it does reqiure an extra step. What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. Sage is solving to get our grants in the system but I am still not using everything that is offered fully. I feel llike I still do not know everything yet, even though I have been using this for almost a year now, I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two minor features we currently miss in Bordio: the ability to export timesheets and a clock timer for tasks. We've provided feedback on these, and we understand they'll be included in upcoming updates. These small drawbacks don't significantly impact our overall positive experience with the product. We are a small team, and before we started using a task management system, we used WhatsApp to assign tasks to each other. However, as our team grew, it turned into complete chaos. We were overwhelmed with an enormous number of chats, information got lost, and it was difficult to track who didn't complete a task when needed.

Our work efficiency increased, team communication sped up, and Bordio's clear interface made it easy to plan sprints. Most importantly, we can now always check the work history.

We are still in the process of improving our workflows, but it is clear that Bordio will help us achieve the level of management we are aiming for. In terms of numbers: our turnover increased by 40% last year. Of course, this is the result of comprehensive work, but Bordio is one of the main innovations for us and likely has had a significant impact on this result. Xoro is helping us conncect everything in one place. Before, we would place purchase orders, create sales orders, and run our accounting system through three different places. As you can imagine, this got really complicated when trying to record simple things such as cost of goods and things like that. Xoro has helped simplify that.
