What do you like best about OptiSigns?

OptiSigns has allowed up to update communications to our team members very quickly. We are able to send out updates on over 10 monitors as needed very quickly. We can update our monitors as offten or we would like sometimes it multiple times per day. Having built in templates has also been a help to us. I would say that the thing that has been troublesome for me was the learning curve. However, we have had good experience with customer support. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Sometimes, you are not able to see recurring meetings on the desktop, or if they are on the desktop version, they are not on the online version. Also, sometimes, we don't get sound recorded even though it says "recording in progress."

Our county is very spread out demographically. This allows us to feel like we are all in one room, instead of wasting almost 2 hours of travel time to get to and from different areas for meetings. It also allows us the ability to stream our public meetings so that our community members are able to watch live governmental meetings, or if they are not able to attend in person, they can then watch the recording that we've downloaded from Zoom and upload to our YouTube site. Having used NetSuite for several years, I've come to appreciate how it transcends the role of a traditional ERP and functions as a comprehensive business platform. Qminder is incredibly simple to setup. We love the ability to have our staff chat with clients from the interface while clients are waiting. We love the Apple TV App that shows clients right where they are in the queue. We started out using Qminder at one campus and are in the midst of expanding it to all of our campuses. Atlanta Mission serves individuals experiencing homelessness daily. Monday through Friday, we do screening and intake at our main campuses. We wanted our clients to really take ownership over signing in, and following along to know when they were going to be called. In addition, last year, we began to have our existing clients sign up through one of our existing solutions for appointments with their case managers. Now, when they arrive for their appointments, they're able to check in so a staff member knows when they've arrived. Zenskar was able to translate these terms and billing schedules into an automated billing workflow. It was impressive. The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. “Does what it's supposed to, but the UI is a bit difficult to navigate”
What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. This of course also negatively affected the amount of time it took to implement some of the less surface-level functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. Getting a definite confirmation from the customer that they will be joining the meeting is often all it takes to lock them in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FreshBooks?

Freshbooks offers the perfect blend of product mix, ease of use, and pricing for bookkeeping, invoicing, and estimating products. The customer support is absolutely top shelf. I have never had a bad experience with the Freshbooks support team. I've been using Freshbooks for almost 15 years. From the beginning, it was easy to implement into my business and easy to integrate into my workflow. I am in Freshbooks at least once per day tending to my bookkeeping, following up on invoices or writing new proposals. It is an absolute necessity for my small business. What do you dislike about FreshBooks?

The only problem I've had over the years is that occasionally the bank connection will stop of automatically disconnect. It's not a huge problem but definitely a minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
