What do you like best about Chargebee?

Chargebee has been an excellent asset to the company and filled the need we had perfectly! When we implemented a new group of subscription-based products, we also needed to implement a new method of managing these products for customers and Chargebee's flexibility with going monthly, every three months, quarterly, annually, etc was really the biggest sell for us. We've had minimal issues integrating with our already-existing software such as Salesforce and our internal C# applications using Chargebee's API, and when we did run into confusion that their documentation couldn't resolve, the customer support team has always been very responsive and helpful! What do you dislike about Chargebee?

Having used NetSuite for several years, I've come to appreciate how it transcends the role of a traditional ERP and functions as a comprehensive business platform. NetSuite is not just a tool for accounting or operations; it's a central hub that integrates and streamlines all facets of our business activity. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. User-friendly, I like the UI of the platform. Our sales team creates different contract terms with custom billing schedules to close enterprise deals. Zenskar was able to translate these terms and billing schedules into an automated billing workflow. It was impressive. The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. There are some interesting features such as a good retention process that can be created quickly and will be very effective. The support and onboarding was excellent. The least helpful part is not being able to payment links that can be sent to a customer to click and pay. Links can only be embedded on a website. I have never had a bad experience with the Freshbooks support team. I've been using Freshbooks for almost 15 years. From the beginning, it was easy to implement into my business and easy to integrate into my workflow. I am in Freshbooks at least once per day tending to my bookkeeping, following up on invoices or writing new proposals. It is an absolute necessity for my small business. What problems is Tridens Monetization solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. What do you like best about SuiteDash?

SuiteDash was surprisingly simple to setup and quite flexible. It is nice to have options for dealing with access levels by user, company or circles. It is also nice to have simple steps for clients to set the portal as an app on their mobile device.

The portal looks professional and the white-label features are easy to follow. The integration with Stripe is quick and it's great to have multiple options for currencies as Stripe allows us to accept payments in different currencies. It is even possible to set the position of the currency symbol on the left or right. This allowed me to set a currency profile with the dollar sign on the right for French Canadian clients. What do you dislike about SuiteDash?

We no longer use SuiteDash. Sadly, it doesn't integrate with many tools that we use.

The company seems to believe that they can answer every needs, which prevents us from using other tools we need.

They also keep revamping plans and use confusing offers to promote new add-ons. The latest promotion for exchanging suitekeys gives a strange vibe about the future of the company.

I would love to have some templates for projects or proposals already loaded to use as a starting point.

While the system has built-in CRM and messaging options, even branded through SMTP, it would be great to see integration options with other CRMs so we can properly tag clients on our lists.

I've found great training videos on YouTube. I would suggest adding links from various sections to help sections and videos for quicker access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were using a custom solution for proposals which required a lot of cut and paste and it would be harder to track and modify. SuiteDash allows us to streamline the process with pre-built sections (pages) which can be included in the proposals. What do you like best about SubscriptionFlow?

It’s been more than 2 years since I started using SubscriptionFlow and I am comfortable in saying that this software has got everything you require to manage your subscribers. Be it subscription management, customer retention, revenue management, or automation requirement; SubscriptionFlow covers it all.

My marketing company requires us to reimburse subscription plans to our worthy customers and payment collection has always been a great problem for us. Not only that, the second problem here was funneling all those funds into a pipeline that could funnel all the revenues to an account in a very ordered fashion.

I used to use some other software before SubscriptionFlow and I lost many customers because they were sometimes getting charged extra, sometimes they were not charged for many months, and sometimes they were getting charged for all the missing months in one go. This resulted in declining revenues and losing customers. This was the time, we decided to switch our subscription management platform and while searching on G2, I found SubscriptionFlow.

The demo was free, and the customer support team is competent enough to give you an entire tour of the software in a very optimized way.

Another thing that I love about SubscriptionFlow is its analytics and statistical report. This report is capable of reflecting every single detail of significance. Be it MRR, ROA, ROE, NIM and PM. It can simply reflect any detail required according to your will.

Lastly, I love the part of SubscriptionFlow that allows customization. We all understand that at times, we require customization of sorts to tailor the software according to our needs. What do you dislike about SubscriptionFlow?

Well, as of now, SubscriptionFlow has been very optimal for us and our requirements have been met as desired but before switching to SubscriptionFlow, we wanted to run a pilot, but the software doesn’t allow free testers but demos.

I believe maybe they should start giving away free trial periods. Though that’s now a necessary requirement, it will consolidate their costumers and make them sure about the capabilities of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
