SOCI has been amazing! It was easy to integrate all our social media accounts onto the platform. We used to have to go to each individual platform to make posts. Now we are able to make one post and push it out to all our platforms. We also have the ability to schedule posts ahead of time, and plan out our month in advance. It's wonderful for time management. We are able to do everything from SOCi so we never have to leave the platform. We can reply to messages, inteact with our customers, and respond to reviews. When customers do agree, it takes a lot of time and resources to turn stories into usable marketing content, so we have a shortage of customer evidence/proof, and the stories we do have quickly become outdated. With this tool, we can unlock new testimonials, we can provide sellers with quantitative proof points, and we can amplify our customer’s voices faster and more broadly. We use our Loyalty Program in tandem with Okendo to incentivise reviews, however some users have found ways to cheat the system. In my short, but definetly long-term time use - I've found EmbedReviews to be a powerful and easy tool. What I love most about it is the sheer flexibility of widgets, account management and display items.

I can modify any widget to my liking and make it more syncronised with rest of page. The service have also been over the top - they're readily available and make sure to address your issue timely.

The site is easy to use and offers multiple reports so that the data collected can be easily shared and analyzed.
