What I liked least about FloQast was that the initial setup and customization required a significant time investment, particularly for organizations with complex accounting processes. I used to spend multiple days each month calculating that information, juggling between CSV downloads and complex formulae in several spreadsheets. Deferred revenue was a nightmare to parse. Now revenue by customer and deferred revenue calculations are all automated and a breeze to navigate within Rillet. Rillet's prepaid automation is super handy too. Ditching my Excel based supporting schedule for prepayments has been a boon to my month end processes. The Stripe reconciliation engine reconciles payouts and fees automatically.
