Overall, Calendly has streamlined my scheduling process, allowing me to focus more on my work rather than the logistics of meeting arrangements. One of the most frustrating aspects of scheduling meetings is the endless email exchanges to find a suitable time. Qualified enables scheduling a meeting with sales super easy (for everyone involved - both our sales team and the prospect/visitor), making it a win-win experience overall. What I dislike about Owner are the limitations in some of the promos and website design options. While the platform is generally user-friendly, these constraints can be a bit restrictive for our marketing and customization needs. Owner.com is solving several key problems for us at Perrotti's Pizza, where we operate two locations. Cloudbeds is always slow, I'm not talking (only) about downtime, but even when it is green in their status tracker, the data loads so slow, for each reload you have to wait at least 10-20 second stairing to your client's eyes like we're in 1998.

I think they don't have the enthusiasm to overhaul and use new technologies like injecting new updates to the page without refreshing( that now exist just in calendar view). The customization of the system is hard to come by. There are several times where we have wanted to tweak the software to how we do business and operate but the dev team or support tells us it simply cannot be done. Integration between the accounting software and POS has been the biggest problem solver and time saver. We also have seen increased production with the operations team as they are able to get real time data and more accurate, reliable costing information out of the system then they have had in the past. Open Table is a very expensive reservation management system, and its cost can make sense if their marketing and boost campaigns were included in their fees, but they are add-ons to the cost. The price doesn't make sense, especially when so many other reservation management systems charge a flat rate, regardless of the number of reservations through OT or using their widget on the restaurant's websites. Open Table has definetaly helped managing the influx of reservations, by adjusting the reservation pace and targeting the slowest time slots. The only downside I see, and it is a small thing in light of all the great features, is the 2 way integration with other calendars. You have to use one app to achieve that. Boomerang for Gmail is solving problems such as email overload, missed follow-ups, and forgotten emails. By allowing users to schedule emails to be sent at a later time, set reminders for important emails, and track responses, Boomerang helps users better manage their email communication. One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. I have very little negative feedback about Cvent Passkey. Once a user has gone through a few training modules, the software is user friendly enough to give you room to learn along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our hotel had an untapped revenue source - upsells. We have many upgrade and suite options at my property and since they are not all included in group contracts, we were loosing out on all of these valuable assets. Passkey has allowed us to streamline our inventory availability for groups and confirming deluxe rooms and suites with premium rates that used to be comp upgrades. We haven't had a "homebase" (CRM) in which we could really get in touch with our clients and send blast emails that will notify our clients of specials and services we offer.

Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I also feel that there are some missing features that would be really useful. However, one good thing is that I have requested a feature in the past that they actually implemented which made me feel very seen and heard as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need customers to be able to "reserve" pastries so that I can gauge daily demand and this software makes preordering possible.

I use "party size" as "number of pastries" and this way I can understand how many pastries each person wants to reserve.

- The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic! There's very little we could fault with Helmbot, however, we would love to see more customisation on the customer-facing booking system, It's nice enough, but some more styling options would be great.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say my one complaint is that available appointment days are highlighted in grey, which has made some clients think those were greyed-out days, not available days. The only concern I've had is getting Notifications to my mobile device to work consistantly. I am often logged in at multiple locations (Home PC, Work PC, Tablet, Smartphone) and it took almost a year before I was able to get a ding on my phone to let me know someone joined the queue. May not be important during busy times, but essential during slower periods when someone can quietly add themselves to the queue and we not notice. Working at a small booth, we do not have space to have long lines. This allows customers who are going to have a bit of a wait to find other valuable things to do, like go shopping, have a bite to eat, or anything to help pass the time versus standing still, making the time seem longer.
