The great thing about HubSpot card scanner is that it instantaneously puts the data in your CRM. All you do is take a picture and it finds the content for you. Close is the most effective tool I've used for contacting leads as soon as they come into our crm, staying on top of them as well with multiple touch points and then efficiently being organized to help with follow up.

It is also very good at tracking data to see what my team is doing on a day to day basis and also how we can better optimize our outreach.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I like predictive sending inside of the Automations, as well as the search feature. You can really find contacts easily. I also like the "last engaged date" feature which makes it easy to identify who is engaging with us. Its very easy to upload contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I wish they had predictive sending in Campaigns, not just automation. I want to be able to send single emails easily with predictive send, or at least use "contacts time zone", you have to chose a specific time. Sometimes the email building feature is a little hard to navigate. I think they are improving the segmentation, but that also is sometimes hard to understand. We used to get free consultations twice a year with an Activecampaign team member to help us with questions and if we can improve anything, but now that has been revoked. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Capsule CRM is extremely user friendly and my whole team loves the simplicity of the dashboard. My sales team performance has been improved significantly ass it allows them to process leads and manage their pipeline effectively. I love the fact that it has Zapier integration.

The interface has been designed really well, especially when I compare this other CRM’s I have used. Our team has full visibility of projects, tasks and tracks. This is vital for our organisation. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started using Capsule CRM 10 years ago. About 2 years ago we moved over to Active Campaign as they had email marketing automation built in. However, our team’s performance dropped significantly. We moved back to Capsule CRM recently as they now have Transpond.io natively integrated. Transpond is an email marketing automation system, and this native integration makes this an incredibly powerful tool. We can now manage our contacts, pipeline, tasks and email marketing all from one place.

The interface is laid out extremely well and is very intuitive. Our whole team has visibility on all projects, tasks and sales activities. We use the sales pipeline feature to forecast our sales. It is an invaluable part of Capsule CRM as we can see where the leads are within our pipeline, and we can forecast our sales accurately. The added bonus is that Capsule CRM with Transpond.io is more competitively priced than other solutions!

In conclusion, I highly recommend Capsule to new or established businesses. This was the first CRM I used a long time ago, and after trying out other solutions, I have come back and my team a really happy we have made this transition. I reckon they have all kinds of pieces of training which you can assist with as well if you are like me, new to cold email software. I think what I don't like the most is integrating cold email campaigns with warm up email settings.

You have to go to campaign options to figure out how many emails a day you should use, but then you have to go to your email accounts and also change in the settings the number of daily warm-up emails. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is extremely user-friendly. I set it up almost entirely by myself, I did the migration, set up the pipelines, prepared templates for emails and set up a few automation myself. This is not something to take for granted as I used a competitor's CRM before Pipedrive and it was everything but easy and intuitive and my frustration with it resulted in a suboptimal use of the CRM. Something else about Pipepidrive that is really worth mentioning is Smart Docs. That is primarily what attracted me to Pipedrive. What do you like best about Knack?

Knack is a fantastic no-code database tool for building business solutions.

It especially comes into it's own when you need to have large groups of users needing varying forms of access. Think Customer portals or HR processes.

The technical infrastructure of the system makes this easy to accomplish - and the licencing model supports this as well (they do not charge per user). Most of my client's systems have large numbers of very infrequent users (one had over 200,000!).

Becuase it is so easy to control what different users can see and interact with, it soon becomes the corner stone of your operation and can replace many seperate systems and spreadsheets in an entirely integrated solution.

Partnered with an Integration/Workflow tool like Make, you can automate your whole business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Knack?

Like others have said, I would like to see an improvement to the standard 'look and feel' of a finished Knack app - but this is on the way quite soon.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Frankly, I like the service best. I know that raises an eyebrow because it makes people wonder, "Why does he need to contact customer service if the product is so great?". That's a legit question but it doesn't mean the product is not great. A good CRM platform is going to be deep and wide and have a lot of functionality that takes a bit of time to learn. I'll admit, I'm not the fastest learner of CRM tools, so once in a while, I ask the team for pointers or help sorting out issues that in most cases I've screwed up myself. In every single case, Nutshell's customer service was immediately available and very happy to help me. They constantly go above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Not much.

I would like the customizable dashboard to be just a bit more customizable. Right now, there are about 5-6 widgets, but there could be more.

They make it very easy to manage a small or large number of contacts and sales leads in a variety of different styles and methods.
