The great thing about HubSpot card scanner is that it instantaneously puts the data in your CRM. All you do is take a picture and it finds the content for you. I’ve found its complexity and steep learning curve a bit challenging, requiring significant training and time. Slow speeds and occasional downtime, have disrupted our operations, especially when dealing with large datasets. The user interface feels somewhat overwhelming, making it difficult to navigate and find what I need. Close is the most effective tool I've used for contacting leads as soon as they come into our crm, staying on top of them as well with multiple touch points and then efficiently being organized to help with follow up.

It is also very good at tracking data to see what my team is doing on a day to day basis and also how we can better optimize our outreach.

Their support is also amazing and has helped me resolved anything I need in a timely manner.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign?

I like predictive sending inside of the Automations, as well as the search feature. You can really find contacts easily. I also like the "last engaged date" feature which makes it easy to identify who is engaging with us. Its very easy to upload contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActiveCampaign?

I wish they had predictive sending in Campaigns, not just automation. I want to be able to send single emails easily with predictive send, or at least use "contacts time zone", you have to chose a specific time. Sometimes the email building feature is a little hard to navigate. I think they are improving the segmentation, but that also is sometimes hard to understand. We used to get free consultations twice a year with an Activecampaign team member to help us with questions and if we can improve anything, but now that has been revoked. Having used NetSuite for several years, I've come to appreciate how it transcends the role of a traditional ERP and functions as a comprehensive business platform. NetSuite is not just a tool for accounting or operations; it's a central hub that integrates and streamlines all facets of our business activity. From financial management to supply chain operations, administrative tasks, and beyond, NetSuite offers a unified solution that empowers every department within our organization. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. What I like least about Sage is that there is so much to learn. I had to take alot of training classes in order to just use what I would use for my everyday job. This system unfortunately not be for everyone. I'm a super fast learner but even this was difficult to use starting out and was really confusing. Also, the trainers weren't very good to me. I learned alot just trial and error onmy own- playing around with the system. There is still so much for me to learn as well and it seems as though the learning never ends. I also do not think I have access to the customer support, I believe just our leadership does. Which means I have to reach out to multiple people in order to get help with something. The best part about Acumatica for us was the ability to access the system from anywhere. We went live in late March of 2019, right at the height of the pandemic. What do you dislike about Acumatica?

There is not much I can say I dislike. I could nitpick at a few minor features, but it would be doing a disservice to the platform. However, if I had to select one improvement I wish would be made, it would be the ability to generate production order from the inventory replenishment screen. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Capsule CRM is extremely user friendly and my whole team loves the simplicity of the dashboard. My sales team performance has been improved significantly ass it allows them to process leads and manage their pipeline effectively. I love the fact that it has Zapier integration.

The interface has been designed really well, especially when I compare this other CRM’s I have used. Our team has full visibility of projects, tasks and tracks. This is vital for our organisation. What problems is Capsule CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started using Capsule CRM 10 years ago. About 2 years ago we moved over to Active Campaign as they had email marketing automation built in. However, our team’s performance dropped significantly. We moved back to Capsule CRM recently as they now have Transpond.io natively integrated. Transpond is an email marketing automation system, and this native integration makes this an incredibly powerful tool. We can now manage our contacts, pipeline, tasks and email marketing all from one place.

The interface is laid out extremely well and is very intuitive. Our whole team has visibility on all projects, tasks and sales activities. We use the sales pipeline feature to forecast our sales. It is an invaluable part of Capsule CRM as we can see where the leads are within our pipeline, and we can forecast our sales accurately. The added bonus is that Capsule CRM with Transpond.io is more competitively priced than other solutions!

In conclusion, I highly recommend Capsule to new or established businesses. This was the first CRM I used a long time ago, and after trying out other solutions, I have come back and my team a really happy we have made this transition. I reckon they have all kinds of pieces of training which you can assist with as well if you are like me, new to cold email software. I think what I don't like the most is integrating cold email campaigns with warm up email settings.

You have to go to campaign options to figure out how many emails a day you should use, but then you have to go to your email accounts and also change in the settings the number of daily warm-up emails. I wanted a way to catalog my clients and prospects and keep detailed notes (with files attached). I was able to note who referred each client to me, track my follow-ups and sales conversions. This is the first Manufacturing ERP built and designed for the modern era. Fulcrum is constantly changing and growing while maintaining a culture with its customers that most companies strive for. When choosing Fulcrum, you become a part of this close-knit community where you're on a first-name basis with most of their team and other Fulcrum users. Everyone involved Is so enthusiastic about helping one another. The culture alone puts Fulcrum above Jobboss; Fulcrum's pure focus is providing a product that constantly meets your need as you expand and grow. The Platform Is great and open-ended, meaning no matter your size or specialization in the manufacturing world, you can tailor Fulcrum to meet your needs. Great for service providers to turn-key providers fulcrum can adapt and support your business. With weekly update rollouts, Fulcrum finds new ways to bring innovation to your company.

The key difference compared to other ERP Systems is that everything revolves around the Item you are producing and the machines you're running it on. Employees or companies are not tied to a particular item or device, allowing for flexible solutions while reducing redundancy. Everyone is in sync and aware of jobs, articles, revisions and changes going on with an order from your office to your shop floor.

Fulcrum should be your first choice to keep your company competitive while fostering a foundation to grow, especially in automation. What do you dislike about Fulcrum?

Honestly? Diskiles about Fulcrum are so short-lived with my company. With weekly updates and improvements, what might be a pain this week could easily be solved following an update. The platform is constantly changing, and Fulcrum is always listening to feedback. If something may not work for you in particular, reach out to your Rep, I guarantee they are either already working on an update for it or have solutions in place to help adapt Fulcrum to your needs.
