Overall, Calendly has streamlined my scheduling process, allowing me to focus more on my work rather than the logistics of meeting arrangements. Calendly integrates seamlessly with my Google Calendar eliminating scheduling conflicts. One of the most frustrating aspects of scheduling meetings is the endless email exchanges to find a suitable time. Calendly simplifies this process by allowing clients and colleagues to book directly from my available slots, eliminating the need for back-and-forth communication. We've used NetSuite to save time and money on payroll processing and bill payments. We've also gained greater visibility on who is spending what and when. We have established workflows that help us manage spending / signing authority limits and spending approvals. We've upgraded our PO processes to make them more streamlined and user friendly. Limitations with having to sync to Salesforce first (instead of HubSpot) which creates some difficulty with order of operations, scoring, etc. since all of our other leads go through HubSpot first, then Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualified enables scheduling a meeting with sales super easy (for everyone involved - both our sales team and the prospect/visitor), making it a win-win experience overall. In my last position, the ability to ask people questions who aren't necessarily on the approval list made it easier to properly code and process invoices. Now that I'm in AP, its great to see how those questions make it so the invoice is right when it comes to me for final payment approval. Additionally, the ability to find an invoice regardless of where it is in the process with the search feature is a huge help to answer calls and questions from vendors. The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. Zenskar helped us create custom revrec rules for different billing schedules, and created journal entries (ASC 606 compliant) with no errors. It also integrates well with QuickBooks and Stripe. I know security is a big deal, and people really need better security, but to sign in, you have to have an authenticator on your phone, scan a QR code, and then enter a code after entering the typical user name and password. It just seems to be a bit much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had multiple cumbersome quote to cash and billing systems that were disentangled from one another and our CRM. MonetizeNow solved all of that for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. We haven't had a "homebase" (CRM) in which we could really get in touch with our clients and send blast emails that will notify our clients of specials and services we offer.

Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. I tested dozen of similar platforms and none would fully fit my needs. With vcita I was able to gather almost 100% of my needs and it makes my life so much easier with the level of customisation that it has. I can configure my services, packs, synch my calendars, offer multiple payment options, have the widget on my website and make use of the links to set up specific offers straight into my website. A Few Minor Hiccups

While Bigtime has been a fantastic addition to our workflow, there are still a few areas where manual intervention is required. In some cases, duplicate data entry is necessary to ensure accuracy. Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I also feel that there are some missing features that would be really useful. However, one good thing is that I have requested a feature in the past that they actually implemented which made me feel very seen and heard as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need customers to be able to "reserve" pastries so that I can gauge daily demand and this software makes preordering possible.

I use "party size" as "number of pastries" and this way I can understand how many pastries each person wants to reserve.

We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor.
