Additionally, the ability to find an invoice regardless of where it is in the process with the search feature is a huge help to answer calls and questions from vendors. User-friendly, I like the UI of the platform. Our sales team creates different contract terms with custom billing schedules to close enterprise deals. Zenskar was able to translate these terms and billing schedules into an automated billing workflow. It was impressive. The overall experience has been great. While invoicing itself was not an issue with us earlier, revrec was a major painpoint. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. From the beginning, it was easy to implement into my business and easy to integrate into my workflow. I am in Freshbooks at least once per day tending to my bookkeeping, following up on invoices or writing new proposals. It is an absolute necessity for my small business. Thryv has been a serious game changer. We are still in the middle of onboarding and getting all of our information pushed to Thryv and I couldn't be more excited. So far, we are very present on the internet on many different platforms, we have our much needed home base in which we are able to schedule, send estimates, let our clients know about upcoming events, specials etc.

having 24/7 assistance is HUGE!! It's a breath of fresh air as a business owner; knowing we will have a relation to any issues (if) and when they may arise. I have a small bakery and we often would sell out. We needed a preorder solution for our customers so that we could prepare in advance for our daily demand.

What do you dislike about Waitwhile?

Sometimes I the platform can lag and have some bugs (i.e when we move a preorder from serving to completed, sometimes it wont update and the customer stays in the wrong list. Some days the platform is really slow and wont load all the customers who have booking requests and approved bookings, even refreshing constantly. Sometimes we'll send messages to customers and it will show up as sent, then after a few minutes we'll check back and the message was not sent.).

I also feel that there are some missing features that would be really useful. However, one good thing is that I have requested a feature in the past that they actually implemented which made me feel very seen and heard as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I need customers to be able to "reserve" pastries so that I can gauge daily demand and this software makes preordering possible.

What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

We just used Stripe before Anchor. Our customers didn't have visibility of their history. It is easier to set up invoices, make changes and manage agreements with Anchor. What do you like best about Copilot?

The current iteration of my service works well. The contracts (e-signature), invoicing, and forms built in apps enable me to host my client onboarding in one place. What do you dislike about Copilot?

- Track is an inbound RevOps software that does so much more than that. The complete integration of calendars plus the ability to create Huddle & Collective Links make communication so seamless.

- Track’s intuitive and well thought out user interface makes it easy to get around and use the app, even if you’re just starting out. Then once you’re used to it, you will be surprised as to how much time the keyboard shortcuts save you, thoroughly impressive!

- The lead distribution structure in my organization is complicated and we have reps handling leads based on their location, size and how soon they want to implement our solution. Earlier, as the leads came in, we would manually route them to the appropriate rep and this process was prone to error and time-consuming.

- Track’s team worked with us to replicate this entire routing system online and they got it done within a matter of hours. This automated our entire lead routing process and now we just watch the leads come in and get assigned to the right rep without any manual work or errors. It feels like magic!
